6We attempted to automatically update you to the latest version of Carbonite, but the install was unsuccessful. To manually install the Carbonite software, please click here and refer to our Knowledge Base for step-by-step instructions.

13The version of the Mozy software you are currently using will soon be unsupported. Your Mozy software will continue to back up your data until 04-13-2019. At that point, your Mozy backup will be frozen, meaning it will no longer update and will be available only to restore, until 06-12-2019.

15If you need to restore data from this backup, you must do so prior to 06-12-2019. At that time, you will no longer have access to your backed up data, which will be irretrievably deleted.

17To avoid interruptions to your backup, it is important that you update to the latest software available from Carbonite.
