За да наеме автомобил Водачът(Наемателя) трябва да има навършени 21 години и да притежава шофьорска книжка, валидна от поне една година, контролен талон, лична карта(паспорт) и валидна кредитна карта в момента на наемане на автомобила.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	б). Ако водача не е навършил 21 години се дължи допълнителна такса &laquo;Млад водач&raquo; и има специални условия за гаранционният депозит(т.10/д).</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	в). Наетото МПС може да бъде управлявано само от лица вписани в договора за наем. След поискване могат да бъдат упълномощени и допълнителни лица, като бъдат предоставени и техните лични документи.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	2. Отговорности и задължения на НАЕМАТЕЛЯ.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	а). НАЕМАТЕЛЯТ е длъжен да се отнася грижливо към наетото МПС, като следи за нормалната работа на двигателя и да следи за нивото на маслото и охлаждащата течност, да пази и заключва МПС;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	б). В случай на щета, загуба или прекратяване на договора за наем Наемателя е длъжен да върне ползваното МПС във вида, в който е получено, без дефекти;&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	в). Наемателя е напълно отговорен за всички нарушения и е длъжен да заплати всички глоби наложени през времето на ползване на автомобила, както и за всички възможни последици от направените нарушения на законите на страната.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	г). Наемателя е напълно отговорен за действията на водача на наетото МПС;&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	д). Нямате право да използвате наетото МПС:&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- ако сте под въздействие на алкохол или наркотични вещества;&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- за състезания, спортни прояви и шофиране off-road;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- за тестове и експериментално шофиране;&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- за преотдаване на трети лица;&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- за криминални прояви;&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- за превоз на опасни товари и теглене на други МПС;&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	е). С наетото МПС може да се излиза зад граница само след изричното съгласие на Наемодателя. Таксата за издаване на пълномощно е 20 евро.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	3. Застраховки / ГО / Отговорност на Наемателя</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	а). Предоставените автомобили са с включена стандартна застраховка Гражданска отговорност.&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	б). Цената за наема включва застраховка &quot;Ограничена отговорност&quot; до 900 евро и се отнася за щети по:</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- щети по шасито, наранени джанти и тасове;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- щети по интериора и липси от автомобила;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- унищожаване или кражба на талон, ключове, номер, антена, счупени прозорци по невнимание;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- не връщането на допълнително предоставено оборудване;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	Срещу допълнителна застраховка от 6 евро на ден личната отговорност може да бъде ограничена до 450 евро или да отпадне напълно срещу допълнителна застраховка от 12 евро на ден.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	Застраховка &quot;Ограничена отговорност&quot; късае само щети описани в т.3/б). и не освобождава Наемателя при щети описани в т.3/е)</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	в). Застраховка на местата на автомобила е възможна срещу допълнителна такса от 2 евро на ден.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	г). Покритието за спукани гуми и счипени стъкла е тема на допълнителна застраховка.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	д). Наемодателя не носи отговорност за липси и кражба на лични вещи от МПС.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	е). Застраховката на автомобила става невалидна при и не покрива:</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- щети неописани в полицейският протокол;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- щети предизвикани след зареждане на гориво неотговарящо на стандартите и предписанието на производителя;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- щети причинени от превоз на опасни товари;&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- щети причинени при off-road и теглене на други МПС;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- сменени, спукани или срязани гуми(обект на допълнителна застраховка);</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- щети причинени от неправоспособни и неоторизирани водачи;&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- щети възникнали след употреба на алкохол или други упойващи вещества;&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- щети причинени от неправомерни ремонти неодобрени от Наемодателя;&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- щети причинени след напускане на страната без позволението на Наемодателя;&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	ж). В случай на кражба сте напълно отговорни и дължите сумата по възникналата щета в целият и размер.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	4. Инциденти / кражба / уведомление при щета.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	а). В случай на злополука или щета на МПС Наемателя е длъжен да уведоми незабавно Наемодателя и Полицията за изготвяне на протокол без оглед на това чия е вината по злополуката. НАЕМАТЕЛЯТ трябва да осигури всички известни му факти, обстоятелства, свидетели и данни за съставяне на акта по злополуката и да окаже на НАЕМОДАТЕЛЯ и застрахователната компания пълно съдействие относно злополуката и нанесените щети. При отказ на Полицията да изготви протокол за ПТП Наемателя е длъжен да изготви такъв собственоръчно.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	б). При настъпване на злополука, щета или повреда да предприеме всички необходими мерки за спасяване, ограничаване и/или намаляване на щетите на наетото МПС, съобразно изискванията на застрахователната компания.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	5. Цени / промоции / резервация / плащане</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	а). Цените на нашия сайт са висококонкурентни и съобразени с нивото на предлаганите услуги и автомобилен парк. Валидни са публикуваните на сайта на Carrental.bg цени към момента на направеното от вас запитване. Всички цени се отнасят са за наем на автомобил за 24 часа (с изключение на транспортните услуги) и включват 20% ДДС. Посочените цени са в EURO, платими в лева по курс за 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	б). Тарифата за наем на автомобил (в едно с всички допълнително възникнали такси за застрховки, оборудване, доставка) и всички данъци се заплащат преди наемане на автомобила.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	в). На нашия уебсайт са налични временни по-евтини цени за специфичен период и кола, но все пак тези цени, определени от нас да важат за специални промоции, ограничения и условия. Моля, проверете данните за промоциите, условията и цените внимателно, преди да потвърдите своята резервация. Наистина бихме искали да заплатите възможно най-ниската цена за кола под наем, но на гарантирано ниво и високо качество на предлаганата от нас услуга.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	в). За да премине вашето запитване в резервация е необходимо да ни предоставите личните си данни и валидна кредитна карта. Ние не теглим от суми от вашата кредитна карта предварително, а само временно блокираме сумата до наемането или анулиране на резервацията. Автомобилите, които отдаваме под наем са с ограничение в дневния пробег до 400 км., ако не е упоменато изрично друго условие при някои автомобили. Пробег над определения се заплаща по 0,20 EUR/km.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	е). Предоставеният автомобил може да бъде различен от резервираният като марка и модел, но отново от същият клас.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	6. Гаранционен депозит / Авторизация за плащане / кредитна карта</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	а). За добросъвестно изпълнение на задълженията по договора Наемателя предоставя гаранционен депозит при наемане на автомобила в размер от 300 до 1000 евро за различните класове автомобили. Депозита се приема само и единствено по кредитна карта. Наемодателя има право да предяви претенции за нанесени щети установени и след изтичане на договора за наем;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	б). Наемателя оторизира безвъзвратно Наемодателя да тегли суми от предоставената кредитна карта по всички суми, такси и разходи възникнали по договора за наем на автомобила обект на договора за наем. За определени цени и специални оферти, моля, забележете, че Вашата кредитна карта може да бъде пре-авторизирана или да бъдат снети средства от нея (понякога без възможност за възстановяване) при резервация и потвърждението й.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	в). Предоставянето на валидна кредитна карта при наем е задължително. При наем на някои автомобили се изискват и по две различни кредитни карти.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	г). За да гарантираме и защитим личните данни, които са ни предоставени, ние сме добавили и използваме всепризнати международни продукти, системи и процедури. Информацията от Вашата кредитна карта е препратена до нас чрез защитен сървър протокол, който криптира всичките Ви лични данни и тези от кредитната Ви карта. Използваният метод на криптиране е стандартната технология за криптиране на мрежови трафик &quot;Secure Socket Layer&quot; (SSL).</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	д). В случай на измама или неоторизирано използване на Вашата кредитна карта от трети лица, повечето банки и компании, издаващи кредитни карти, поемат риска и покриват всички плащания, произтичащи от такава измама или злоупотреба. Carrental.bg не носи отговорност за измами от подобен род и произтеклите от това щети за Наемателя.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	7. Анулиране / непристигане</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	а). С извършването на резервация Вие приемате и се съгласявате с прилаганите от нас правила за анулиране и политиката ни в случай на непристигане, както и с всички допълнителни условия (на доставка) и правила, които могат да се отнасят до Вашата резервация. Моля, обърнете внимание, че определени цени в резервацията или специални оферти не подлежат на анулиране или промяна. Моля, проверете описанието на резервацията старателно за всякакви подобни условия, преди да потвърдите.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	б). Ако желаете да прегледате, коригирате или откажете своята резервация, моля върнете се към имейла за потвърждение и следвайте инструкциите в него.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	в). Отказ и анулиране на резервацията 48 часа преди договорения срок и непристигане в уговорената дата и час се таксува в размер на сумата за наема за 1 (един) ден.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	8. Гориво / такса зареждане</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	а). Наетото МПС се предава с пълен резервоар. Съответно Наемателя е длъжен да върне автомобила с пълен резервоар. Ако автомобила не е зареден в момента на връщане на Наемодателя, то разликата в горивото се заплаща по 2 евро за всеки липсващ литър гориво плюс такса за &bdquo;Зареждане&rdquo; от 20 евро.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	9. Такси за допълнителен шофьор и оборудване</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	а). Всеки автомобил може да бъде предоставен с шофьор след поискване от ваша страна. Таксата за допълнителен шофьор на ползване на територията на страната е 20 евро на ден и 25 евро на ден за ползване зад граница за 9 часов работен ден. Над тези часове се начислява такса от 2 евро за всеки следващ час.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	б). Към автомобилите се предлага и следното допълнително оборудване след направена заявка:</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- GPS навигация - 2 евро на ден;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- Вериги за сняг - 2 евро на ден;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- Детско столче &ndash; 2 евро на ден;&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- Багажник &ndash; 6 евро на ден;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- Хладилна чанта &ndash; 4 евро на ден;&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- Мобилен телефон &ndash; 4 евро на ден.&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	в). Таксите за шофьор и допълнително оборудване са обект на допълнителен гаранционен депозит.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	10. Такса &bdquo;Доставка/Прибиране&rdquo;, пътни такси, административни такси</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	а). Доставка или прибиране на автомобил до Аерогара София, Варна, Пловдив, Бургас или на посочен от клиента адрес се таксува 10 евро;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	б). Пътните такси са за сметка на Наемателя. Ползване на винетка е възможно срещу сумата от 1 евро на ден към наема на МПС;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	в). В случай на ПТП се начислява административна такса от 40 евро;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	г). При загуба на ключове, документи и регистрационни номера административната такса е 300 евро.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	д). За водачи на възраст под 21 години се начислява еднократна административна такса в размер на 100 евро и гаранционен депозит от 1000 евро, независимо от класа автомобил.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	11. Доставка / връщане / закъснение / извънработно време</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	а). МПС се предава на НАЕМАТЕЛЯ в изправно техническо състояние.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	Претенции от страна на НАЕМАТЕЛЯ се правят единствено пред НАЕМОДАТЕЛЯ при приемането на МПС;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	б). НАЕМАТЕЛЯ се задължава да върне МПС с всички предадени му документи в уговорените в договора срок и място и същото техническо състояние. НАЕМОДАТЕЛЯ си запазва правото да си върне автомобила по всяко време за сметка на НАЕМАТЕЛЯ, ако МПС не се използва в съгласие с този договор;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	в). Неизпълнението на задължението за връщане на наетото МПС за повече от 24 часа от момента на изтичане на срока по договор независимо от причината се счита за обсебване на МПС и НАЕМОДАТЕЛЯТ има право да уведоми МВР за действията на Наемателя. Сумата за наема остава дължима до окончателното връщане на автомобила по договорената тарифа.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	г). Договора за наем може да бъде удължен само след изричното съгласие на Наемодателя и при поискване от страна на Наемателя, но не по-късно от три дни преди изтичане на крайния срок на договора.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	д). Връщане на автомобила в различен офис от този, от който е нает се таксува еднократно 60 евро. Доставката и прибирането на територията на София е безплатна от 08.00 ч. до 20.00 ч. извън тези часове, както и през почивните дни НАЕМАТЕЛЯТ заплаща такса от 20 EURO. Закъснение над уговорения по договор час се заплаща по 10 EURO за всеки просрочен час.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	12. Кореспонденция между страните</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	а.) Потвърждение на резервация:</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- С осъществяването на резервация Вие се съгласявате да получавате имейл, който ще Ви изпратим като потвърждение за направената от вас резервация давайки Ви информация за резервираното МПС.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	б.) Отзиви за нашите услуги:</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- Високо оценяваме Вашето доверие, избирайки Car Rental Bulgaria за Ваш доставчик на автомобили под наем и транспортни услуги. Основната ни цел е качеството на предлаганата от нас услуга и вашето мнение е от изключителна важност за да подобрим всеки детайл от услугата! След изтичане на наема, Вие се съгласявате да получите по имейла покана да попълните нашата форма за отзиви на гости, която ще Ви бъде изпратена веднага след връщане на наетото МПС, като този отзив може да бъде попълнен и анонимно. С попълването на отзива Вие се съгласявате той да бъде публикуван на нашия уебсайт, с единствената цел да информира (бъдещи) клиенти за услугите (нивото) и качеството, което предлага Carrental.bg. Ние си запазваме правото да коригираме, отхвърляме или премахваме отзиви по наше усмотрение. Формата за отзиви нека не бъде възприемана като проучване и не включва никакви (по-нататъшни търговски) оферти, покани или поощрения и др.под.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	в.) Ограничена отговорност</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	а). Съгласно условията на ограниченията, изложени в тези правила и условия, ние ще носим отговорност само за директни щети, понесени, платени или за които Ви е потърсена отговорност, в резултат на неизпълнение на задълженията от наша страна във връзка с услугите ни в качеството си на Наемодател, до размера на сумата равна на сумата за наема за първите три дни от Вашата резервация, както е посочено в имейла за потвърждение (независимо дали е за едно събитие или серия от свързани събития).</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	б). Нито ние обаче, нито който и да е от нашите длъжностни лица, директори, служители, представители, дъщерни или филиални компании, дистрибутори, партньори не носи отговорност за никаква наказателна, специална, индиректна или последваща загуба или щети, за никаква загуба на продукция, загуба на печалба, загуба на приход, загуба на контракт, загуба или щети по/на клиентела или репутация, загуба от предявена претенция; за никаква неточност, свързана със сайта на Carrental.bg. (включително цени); за отдаваните услуги или продуктите, предлагани от нас; за никакви щети, загуби или разходи, понесени от Вас, за които Ви е потърсена отговорност, или сте платили, появили се в резултат или във връзка с използването, невъзможността за използване или закъснение на нашите услуги; или за никаква (персонална) травма, смърт, имотни щети или други (директни, индиректни, специални, последващи или наказателни) щети, загуби или разходи, претърпени или за които Ви е потърсена отговорност, или е платено от Вас, независимо дали се дължат на (законови) действия, грешки, неспазени задължения, (общо) неизпълнение, умишлено престъпление, пропуски, неизпълнение, изопачавания, закононарушение или неизпълнение на преките задължения (пълно или частично) на хотела (неговите служители, директори, агенти, представители или филиални компании); включително за никакво (частично) анулиране, дублиране на резервации, стачка, форсмажорни обстоятелства или някакво друго събитие извън нашия контрол.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	14. Интелектуална собственост</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	а). Правата на интелектуалната собственост (включително авторските права), текстовете и всички използвани материали върху съдържанието и информацията, или върху материала на нашия уебсайт, включително и тези общи условия са собственост на СКУАД 4 ЕООД. Уведомяваме ви, че записваме и ще използваме Вашия IP адрес, тип браузър и Интернет сървиз провайдър (ISP) в случай на копиране и използване на интелектуалната собственост на СКУАД 4 с комерсиална цели, както и за целите на предотвратяване на измама, злоупотреба и при криминални разследвания.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	15. Уебсайт &bdquo;Carrental.bg / онлайн резервация</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	а). Посредством уебсайта &bdquo;Carrental.bg&rdquo; ние рекламираме нашите rent a car услуги, автомобили, транспортни услуги с шофьор, превоз на пътници и лимузин сервиз.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	б). Сайта ви предоставя възможност за извършване на резервации посредством онлайн платформа. Извършвайки резервация през платформата, където резервирате автомобил Вие влизате в директни договорни отношения (законово обвързани) с нас. От гледна точка на това Вие сам осъществявате Вашата резервация в качеството си на Наемател, а ние сме в ролята на Наемодател на МПС.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	в). При предоставяне на нашите услуги информацията, която е показана, се базира на информация, осигурена от нас за нашите коли и услуги и ние сме отговорни за публикуването и актуализирането на всички цени, наличността и останалата информация, поместена на нашия уебсайт.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	16. Допълнителни клаузи</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	а) Наемателят трябва да знае, че подписвайки този договор, личните му данни могат да бъдат използвани за носене на наказателна и съдебна отговорност(прочети условието за Защита на личните данни тук);</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	б) Настоящият договор може да бъде променян само по взаимно съгласие с подписване на допълнително писмено споразумение;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	в) За неуредени по настоящият договор въпроси се прилагат разпоредбите на чл. 228-239 от Закона за задълженията и договорите;&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	г) Споровете по този договор се свеждат до компетенцията на Софийски градски Съд.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	д). Общите условия се отнасят до всички наши офиси и са достъпни онлайн, по имейл или по телефона. Чрез достъпа, разглеждането и използването на нашия уебсайт и/или осъществяването на резервация, Вие признавате, че сте прочели, разбирате и сте съгласен с посочените по-долу правила и условия (включително условието за Защита на личните данни). Право на промени и корекции на тези правила и условия има единствено и само СКУАД 4 ЕООД.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	е). Оригиналната българска версия на тези правила и условия е преведена на други езици. Преводната версия представлява единствено офис превод, който няма правна стойност. В случай на спор по отношение на съдържанието или интерпретацията на тези правила и условия, или несъответствия и различия между българската версия и версията на тези правила и условия на всеки друг език следва да бъде прилагана българската версия, която има правно надмощие и е решаваща. Българската версия е достъпна на уебсайта ни или може да Ви бъде изпратена при писмена заявка.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	ж). Ако някоя от клаузите на тези правила и условия е или стане невалидна, не подлежи на изпълнение или стане незадължителна, в сила остават всички останали клаузи. В подобен случай невалидна клауза въпреки това следва да бъде изпълнявана в пълна степен, допускана от прилагания закон, и Вие най-малкото се съгласявате да приемете подобен ефект като на невалидната, неприложима или незадължителна клауза, даващ съдържанието и целите на тези правила и условия.</div>\r\n<br />\r\n', '<div>\r\n	<strong>General Terms and conditions&nbsp;</strong></div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&ldquo;SQUAD 4&rdquo; Ltd., in the followed called LESSOR hereby rents the car (vehicle) described here above to the Lessee under the following conditions accepted by the Lessee with his/her signature.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	1. Production of a driving licence/ authorized drivers / travel abroad</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	a) Prior to handover of the vehicle the Lessee must possess valid driving licence necessary for driving the rental vehicle. The vehicle may be driven and used only by the lessee or by the drivers specified in the rental contract. The driver of the rented vehicle must be at least twenty-one (21) years old and must possess a driving license valid for at least one year, personal ID card or passport and credit card at the time of the pickup.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	b) For drivers under 21 years additional &ldquo;Young Driver Surcharge&rdquo; and special conditions for deposit applies (art. 10/e).</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	c) Upon request the lessee shall be obliged to advise the lessor, in writing, of the names and addresses of all drivers.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	2. Lessee&#39;s Liability</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	a) The lessee undertakes to treat the vehicle appropriately and with due care, to observe all the regulations and technical rules which apply to its use, especially to check regularly that the engine oil level is sufficient and to observe when vehicle services are due and to check regularly that the vehicle is in a roadworthy condition and to properly lock the vehicle.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	b) In the event of damage to the vehicle, loss of the vehicle or breach of the rental contract, the lessee shall be liable, in principle, in accordance with the general rules governing liability. In particular, the lessee must return the vehicle in the condition, free of defects, in which he took possession of it.<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span></div>\r\n<div>\r\n	c) The lessee shall be liable without limitation for the breaches of any statutory provisions, particularly for traffic and administrative offences, committed during the rental period. The lessee shall indemnify the lessor against any and all penalty and warning fines, fees and other costs, levied by the authorities from the lessor because of any such breaches.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	d) The lessee shall be liable for the actions of the driver as if they were the lessee&#39;s own actions.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	f) The vehicle may not be used:</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- after usage of alcohol, drugs or any other intoxication.&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- for motor sport purposes, in particular driving events where the important thing is to achieve maximum speeds or driving off-road.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- for vehicle tests,for safety driving training or for driving school practice.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- for the commercial transportation of persons</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- for renting to sub-lessees</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- for committing criminal offences, even if said offences are punishable only under the law of the place where the offence is committed</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- for transporting easily inflammable, toxic or other hazardous substances and towing another vehicles</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	g) The vehicles are available for renting abroad on request. Additional surcharge of 20 EUR applies. The Lessee is not allowed to leave the country by the rented vehicle without the Lessors&rsquo; permission and power of attorney issued by Lessor</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	3. Insurances /TPL/ LDW</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	a) TPL (Third Party Liability) is included in the rental price.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	b) Standard CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) include excess of 900 EUR and concern:</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- damage underneath the vehicle, wheel covers, rims;&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- missing parts and interior damages;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- lost or broken keys, documents, wipers, antenna, audio equipment, broken windows by negligence,&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- damages of the additional provided equipment as GPS navigation system, roof racks and snowchains;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	Additional insurance(Limited Damage Waiver-LDW) of 6 EUR per day limits the responsibility of the Lessee (concerning only clauses in art.3/b) in case of damage up to 450 EUR.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	Additional insurance(LDW) of 12 EUR per day limits the responsibility of the Lessee (concerning only clauses in art.3/b) in case of damage up to 0 EUR.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	c) Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) is available for 2 EUR per rental day and provides to the driver a lump sum in case of permanent disability or death.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	d) Tire and Glass coverage is subject of additional insurance;&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	e) The Lessor is not responsible for theft of personal belongings.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	f) All insurances will become void if:&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- damages are not reported to the Police and SQUAD 4</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- damages caused after filling the vehicle with inappropriate fuel;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- the vehicle is being used for the transportation of dangerous goods;&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- off road driving and towing;&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- an unauthorized driver uses the vehicle or driver does not possess the valid driving license at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.;&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- damages caused after driver under intoxication (alcohol, drugs or other);&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- damages caused after inappropriate and approved by the Lessor repair works;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- cross border occurs without a written permit;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	g) In case of theft the Lessee is fully responsible and should pay for all caused damages;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	4. Accidents / theft / obligation to notify</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	a) In case of accident, theft, fire, damage by negligence or other damage, the lessee must immediately notify the Police and the Lessor. This applies also to minor damage and accidents, for which the driver is responsible without third parties being involved. Should the Police refuse to record the accident, the lessee must provide the lessor with evidence of this.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	b) In the event of loss or damage the lessee is obliged to notify the lessor in writing immediately of all the details, using the accident report form included with the vehicle papers, each section of which must be completed carefully and in full.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	5. Rates / promotions / reservations / payment</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	a) The prices on our site are highly competitive. Valid are the prices published on our web page www.carrental.bg at the moment of renting of the vehicle. All the rates are in EURO and based on 24 hours rental period and include VAT 20%.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	b) The rental rates (plus any other charges agreed such as, e.g. exemptions from liability, delivery charges, location surcharges) plus value added tax in the statutory amount applicable from time to time shall be due at the beginning of the rental period.&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	c) Sometimes cheaper rates are available at our website for a specific promotions, vehicles and conditions. Please check this information and rate details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	d) To turn your choice into a definite booking we need some personal information from you. Will you kindly enter this information as completely as possible? If you want your reservation to be 100 % guaranteed, please provide valid credit card or fill the attached form, scan and send it back to our e-mail office@carrental.bg. SQUAD 4 does not charge your credit card. Your credit card is required to guarantee your booking. Please note that your credit card may be pre-authorised prior to your arrival. Let us know any important information about your reservation, e.g. travelling abroad, extra charges apply for GPS, roof racks, snow chains or age and weight of children when reserving baby seats.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	e) The payment could be made by credit/charge card, by bank transfer or cash. Accepted are VISA, Euro Card/Master Card. Unless otherwise agreed, the rental charge, all other agreed charges and the security (deposit) shall be charged to the lessee&#39;s credit card.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	6. Deposit / Authorization / Credit cards</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	a) As security for the performance of his duties, the lessee shall be obliged to pay a sum of money at the beginning of the rental period, which sum shall be between 300 and 1000 EUR for the different rental classes of vehicles. The Lessor can enforce its right to payment of security even a considerable time after commencement of the rental agreement.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	b) The lessee irrevocably authorizes the lessor to debit all car rental costs and all other claims in connection with the rental contract from his credit card presented at the time when the rental contract is concluded, specified in the rental contract or from the credit card subsequently presented or additionally specified by the lessor.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	c) A credit card is required for all the vehicles.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	d) In order to protect and safeguard the personal data provided to us, we have implemented and use appropriate business systems and procedures. Gasoline / refuelling charge.&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	a) The vehicle shall be handed over to the lessee with a full tank of fuel. Correspondingly, the lessee must return the vehicle at the end of the lease with a full tank of fuel. If the vehicle is not returned fully tanked, the lessor shall charge the lessee the cost of filling the vehicle plus a service charge in accordance with the price list applicable at the time of rental. The missing fuel will be charged 2 Euro per liter at the end of the rental.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	9. Chauffeur services / additional equipment</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	a) A vehicle with a driver is available to rent for transfer between Sofia and any other location in Europe. The fee is EUR 20 per day within BG and 25 EURO abroad for 9 hours working day. Over time will be charged 2 EUR per hour.&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	b) Additional equipment is available upon request and will be charged as follow:</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- GPS navigation - 2 EUR per day;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- Snow chains - 2 EUR per day;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- Baby seat - 2 EUR per day;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- Ski/roof rack - 6 EUR per day;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- Cooler - 2 EUR per day;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- Mobile phone - 2 EUR per day.&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	c) All the additional equipment is subject of additional guaranty deposit!</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	10. Delivery/Collection Fee/Out of hours</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	a) Delivery and collection of the vehicle within Sofia are free of charge. Every hour delay will be charged 10 Euro per hour. One way rental or changing of the return location within Bulgaria will be charged 60 Euro. Delivery and collection of the vehicle within City of Sofia is free of charge from 8 a.m. till 8 p.m. Out of those hours and during holidays the Lessee will be charged 20 EURO.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	b) Delivery Fee of 10 EUR applies for all the rentals at the Airports Sofia, Varna, Burgas or pointed from the client address.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	c) The rental contract shall end at the agreed time and can, under the provisions of this contract, be extended with the prior consent of the Lessor, provided that the lessee advises the Lessor of the extension three days before the expiry of the agreed rental period.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	d) The lessee is obliged to return the vehicle to the lessor at the end of the agreed rental period, at the agreed location, during normal business hours, which are displayed in a notice at the lessor&rsquo;s offices. Special rental rates apply only to the period offered. If said period is exceeded, the normal rate shall apply to the whole period.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	e) If the lessee does not return the vehicle to the lessor after expiry of the agreed rental period, even if he is not at fault, the lessor shall be entitled to demand payment for use of the vehicle for the period exceeding the contractual term, at the rental rate previously agreed.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	11. Road Taxes/Vignette/Administrative fees&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	a) The lessee must ensure that the motorway toll is paid in full and in due time in order to use the federal motorway with a rented vehicle. A road tax(vignette) within Bulgaria 1 EUR per day occurs.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	b) &ldquo;Young Driver Surcharge&rdquo; is 100 EUR and the Lessee should present 1000 guaranty deposit on credit card.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	c) In case of accident administrative fee of 40 EUR occurs.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	d) lost of key, documents or registration plates - 300 EUR penalty charge.&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	12. Correspondence</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	a) Confirmation:</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- By completing a booking, you agree to receive an email which we may send you shortly prior to your arrival date, giving you information on your destination and providing you with certain information about booked vehicle.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	b) Services review:</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- Choosing our services we highly appreciate your opinion and support to prove our services. An email which we may send to you promptly after your booking inviting you to complete our guest review form. Your review may be uploaded onto the our website for the sole purpose of informing our future customers of your opinion of the level of our rent a car, limousine, chauffeur and transportation services. We reserve the right to adjust, refuse or remove reviews at our sole discretion. Additional conditions</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	a) The Lessee has to be aware that signing this contract, his personal data could be used for criminal and legal responsibilities. The following personal data relating to the lessee may be electronically processed, stored, and transmitted and used by the lessor:</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- name, address, e-mail address, fax number, telephone number, mobile phone number and lessee&#39;s date of birth, particulars of driver&rsquo;s license.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- outstanding claims which the lessor has against the lessee</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- the information supplied when renting the vehicle is incorrect</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- the vehicle rented is not returned within 24 hours after the rental period, or extended rental period as the case may be.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- payment tendered by the lessee such as cheques, bills of exchange, or credit cards, is not honored or is protested, or car rental invoices are not paid.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- the rented vehicle is stolen or damaged.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	b) This contract can be modified additionally with written agreements only when mutual consent between the both parties is reached.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	c) For any matters unsettled in contract the orders in terms 228-239 from the Law for duties and contracts will be applied.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	d) All disputes, which may arise out of or in connection with this agreement, shall fall within the executive jurisdiction of the Sofia Court.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	e) The General terms and conditions apply to all our services directly or indirectly (through distributors) made available online, through any mobile device, by email or by telephone. Production of a driving licence/ authorized drivers / travel abroad</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	a) Prior to handover of the vehicle the Lessee must possess valid driving licence necessary for driving the rental vehicle. The vehicle may be driven and used only by the lessee or by the drivers specified in the rental contract. The driver of the rented vehicle must be at least twenty-one (21) years old and must possess a driving license valid for at least one year, personal ID card or passport and credit card at the time of the pickup.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	b) For drivers under 21 years additional &ldquo;Young Driver Surcharge&rdquo; and special conditions for deposit applies (art. 10/e).</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	c) Upon request the lessee shall be obliged to advise the lessor, in writing, of the names and addresses of all drivers.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	2. Lessee&#39;s Liability</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	a) The lessee undertakes to treat the vehicle appropriately and with due care, to observe all the regulations and technical rules which apply to its use, especially to check regularly that the engine oil level is sufficient and to observe when vehicle services are due and to check regularly that the vehicle is in a roadworthy condition and to properly lock the vehicle.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	b) In the event of damage to the vehicle, loss of the vehicle or breach of the rental contract, the lessee shall be liable, in principle, in accordance with the general rules governing liability. In particular, the lessee must return the vehicle in the condition, free of defects, in which he took possession of it.<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span></div>\r\n<div>\r\n	c) The lessee shall be liable without limitation for the breaches of any statutory provisions, particularly for traffic and administrative offences, committed during the rental period. The lessee shall indemnify the lessor against any and all penalty and warning fines, fees and other costs, levied by the authorities from the lessor because of any such breaches.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	d) The lessee shall be liable for the actions of the driver as if they were the lessee&#39;s own actions.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	f) The vehicle may not be used:</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- after usage of alcohol, drugs or any other intoxication.&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- for motor sport purposes, in particular driving events where the important thing is to achieve maximum speeds or driving off-road.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- for vehicle tests,for safety driving training or for driving school practice.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- for the commercial transportation of persons</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- for renting to sub-lessees</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- for committing criminal offences, even if said offences are punishable only under the law of the place where the offence is committed</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- for transporting easily inflammable, toxic or other hazardous substances and towing another vehicles</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	g) The vehicles are available for renting abroad on request. Additional surcharge of 20 EUR applies. The Lessee is not allowed to leave the country by the rented vehicle without the Lessors&rsquo; permission and power of attorney issued by Lessor</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	3. Insurances /TPL/ LDW</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	a) TPL (Third Party Liability) is included in the rental price.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	b) Standard CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) include excess of 900 EUR and concern:</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- damage underneath the vehicle, wheel covers, rims;&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- missing parts and interior damages;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- lost or broken keys, documents, wipers, antenna, audio equipment, broken windows by negligence,&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- damages of the additional provided equipment as GPS navigation system, roof racks and snowchains;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	Additional insurance(Limited Damage Waiver-LDW) of 6 EUR per day limits the responsibility of the Lessee (concerning only clauses in art.3/b) in case of damage up to 450 EUR.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	Additional insurance(LDW) of 12 EUR per day limits the responsibility of the Lessee (concerning only clauses in art.3/b) in case of damage up to 0 EUR.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	c) Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) is available for 2 EUR per rental day and provides to the driver a lump sum in case of permanent disability or death.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	d) Tire and Glass coverage is subject of additional insurance;&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	e) The Lessor is not responsible for theft of personal belongings.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	f) All insurances will become void if:&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- damages are not reported to the Police and SQUAD 4</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- damages caused after filling the vehicle with inappropriate fuel;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- the vehicle is being used for the transportation of dangerous goods;&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- off road driving and towing;&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- an unauthorized driver uses the vehicle or driver does not possess the valid driving license at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.;&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- damages caused after driver under intoxication (alcohol, drugs or other);&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- damages caused after inappropriate and approved by the Lessor repair works;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- cross border occurs without a written permit;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	g) In case of theft the Lessee is fully responsible and should pay for all caused damages;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	4. Accidents / theft / obligation to notify</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	a) In case of accident, theft, fire, damage by negligence or other damage, the lessee must immediately notify the Police and the Lessor. This applies also to minor damage and accidents, for which the driver is responsible without third parties being involved. Should the Police refuse to record the accident, the lessee must provide the lessor with evidence of this.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	b) In the event of loss or damage the lessee is obliged to notify the lessor in writing immediately of all the details, using the accident report form included with the vehicle papers, each section of which must be completed carefully and in full.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	5. Rates / promotions / reservations / payment</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	a) The prices on our site are highly competitive. Valid are the prices published on our web page www.carrental.bg at the moment of renting of the vehicle. All the rates are in EURO and based on 24 hours rental period and include VAT 20%.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	b) The rental rates (plus any other charges agreed such as, e.g. exemptions from liability, delivery charges, location surcharges) plus value added tax in the statutory amount applicable from time to time shall be due at the beginning of the rental period.&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	c) Sometimes cheaper rates are available at our website for a specific promotions, vehicles and conditions. Road Taxes/Vignette/Administrative fees&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	a) The lessee must ensure that the motorway toll is paid in full and in due time in order to use the federal motorway with a rented vehicle. A road tax(vignette) within Bulgaria 1 EUR per day occurs.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	b) &ldquo;Young Driver Surcharge&rdquo; is 100 EUR and the Lessee should present 1000 guaranty deposit on credit card.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	c) In case of accident administrative fee of 40 EUR occurs.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	d) lost of key, documents or registration plates - 300 EUR penalty charge.&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	12. An email which we may send to you promptly after your booking inviting you to complete our guest review form. Your review may be uploaded onto the our website for the sole purpose of informing our future customers of your opinion of the level of our rent a car, limousine, chauffeur and transportation services. We reserve the right to adjust, refuse or remove reviews at our sole discretion. The following personal data relating to the lessee may be electronically processed, stored, and transmitted and used by the lessor:</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- name, address, e-mail address, fax number, telephone number, mobile phone number and lessee&#39;s date of birth, particulars of driver&rsquo;s license.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- outstanding claims which the lessor has against the lessee</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- the information supplied when renting the vehicle is incorrect</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- the vehicle rented is not returned within 24 hours after the rental period, or extended rental period as the case may be.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- payment tendered by the lessee such as cheques, bills of exchange, or credit cards, is not honored or is protested, or car rental invoices are not paid.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- the rented vehicle is stolen or damaged.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	b) This contract can be modified additionally with written agreements only when mutual consent between the both parties is reached.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	c) For any matters unsettled in contract the orders in terms 228-239 from the Law for duties and contracts will be applied.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	d) All disputes, which may arise out of or in connection with this agreement, shall fall within the executive jurisdiction of the Sofia Court.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	e) The General terms and conditions apply to all our services directly or indirectly (through distributors) made available online, through any mobile device, by email or by telephone. Production of a driving licence/ authorized drivers / travel abroad</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	a) Prior to handover of the vehicle the Lessee must possess valid driving licence necessary for driving the rental vehicle. The vehicle may be driven and used only by the lessee or by the drivers specified in the rental contract. The driver of the rented vehicle must be at least twenty-one (21) years old and must possess a driving license valid for at least one year, personal ID card or passport and credit card at the time of the pickup.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	b) For drivers under 21 years additional &ldquo;Young Driver Surcharge&rdquo; and special conditions for deposit applies (art. 10/e).</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	c) Upon request the lessee shall be obliged to advise the lessor, in writing, of the names and addresses of all drivers.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	2. Lessee&#39;s Liability</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	a) The lessee undertakes to treat the vehicle appropriately and with due care, to observe all the regulations and technical rules which apply to its use, especially to check regularly that the engine oil level is sufficient and to observe when vehicle services are due and to check regularly that the vehicle is in a roadworthy condition and to properly lock the vehicle.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	b) In the event of damage to the vehicle, loss of the vehicle or breach of the rental contract, the lessee shall be liable, in principle, in accordance with the general rules governing liability. In particular, the lessee must return the vehicle in the condition, free of defects, in which he took possession of it.<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span></div>\r\n<div>\r\n	c) The lessee shall be liable without limitation for the breaches of any statutory provisions, particularly for traffic and administrative offences, committed during the rental period. The lessee shall indemnify the lessor against any and all penalty and warning fines, fees and other costs, levied by the authorities from the lessor because of any such breaches.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	d) The lessee shall be liable for the actions of the driver as if they were the lessee&#39;s own actions.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	f) The vehicle may not be used:</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- after usage of alcohol, drugs or any other intoxication.&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- for motor sport purposes, in particular driving events where the important thing is to achieve maximum speeds or driving off-road.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- for vehicle tests,for safety driving training or for driving school practice.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- for the commercial transportation of persons</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- for renting to sub-lessees</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- for committing criminal offences, even if said offences are punishable only under the law of the place where the offence is committed</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- for transporting easily inflammable, toxic or other hazardous substances and towing another vehicles</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	g) The vehicles are available for renting abroad on request. Additional surcharge of 20 EUR applies. The Lessee is not allowed to leave the country by the rented vehicle without the Lessors&rsquo; permission and power of attorney issued by Lessor</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	3. Insurances /TPL/ LDW</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	a) TPL (Third Party Liability) is included in the rental price.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	b) Standard CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) include excess of 900 EUR and concern:</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- damage underneath the vehicle, wheel covers, rims;&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- missing parts and interior damages;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- lost or broken keys, documents, wipers, antenna, audio equipment, broken windows by negligence,&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- damages of the additional provided equipment as GPS navigation system, roof racks and snowchains;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	Additional insurance(Limited Damage Waiver-LDW) of 6 EUR per day limits the responsibility of the Lessee (concerning only clauses in art.3/b) in case of damage up to 450 EUR.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	Additional insurance(LDW) of 12 EUR per day limits the responsibility of the Lessee (concerning only clauses in art.3/b) in case of damage up to 0 EUR.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	c) Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) is available for 2 EUR per rental day and provides to the driver a lump sum in case of permanent disability or death.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	d) Tire and Glass coverage is subject of additional insurance;&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	e) The Lessor is not responsible for theft of personal belongings.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	f) All insurances will become void if:&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- damages are not reported to the Police and SQUAD 4</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- damages caused after filling the vehicle with inappropriate fuel;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- the vehicle is being used for the transportation of dangerous goods;&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- off road driving and towing;&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- an unauthorized driver uses the vehicle or driver does not possess the valid driving license at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.;&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- damages caused after driver under intoxication (alcohol, drugs or other);&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- damages caused after inappropriate and approved by the Lessor repair works;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- cross border occurs without a written permit;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	g) In case of theft the Lessee is fully responsible and should pay for all caused damages;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	4. Accidents / theft / obligation to notify</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	a) In case of accident, theft, fire, damage by negligence or other damage, the lessee must immediately notify the Police and the Lessor. This applies also to minor damage and accidents, for which the driver is responsible without third parties being involved. Should the Police refuse to record the accident, the lessee must provide the lessor with evidence of this.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	b) In the event of loss or damage the lessee is obliged to notify the lessor in writing immediately of all the details, using the accident report form included with the vehicle papers, each section of which must be completed carefully and in full.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	5. Rates / promotions / reservations / payment</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	a) The prices on our site are highly competitive. Valid are the prices published on our web page www.carrental.bg at the moment of renting of the vehicle. All the rates are in EURO and based on 24 hours rental period and include VAT 20%.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	b) The rental rates (plus any other charges agreed such as, e.g. exemptions from liability, delivery charges, location surcharges) plus value added tax in the statutory amount applicable from time to time shall be due at the beginning of the rental period.&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	c) Sometimes cheaper rates are available at our website for a specific promotions, vehicles and conditions. Please check this information and rate details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	d) To turn your choice into a definite booking we need some personal information from you. Will you kindly enter this information as completely as possible? If you want your reservation to be 100 % guaranteed, please provide valid credit card or fill the attached form, scan and send it back to our e-mail office@carrental.bg. SQUAD 4 does not charge your credit card. Your credit card is required to guarantee your booking. Please note that your credit card may be pre-authorised prior to your arrival. Let us know any important information about your reservation, e.g. travelling abroad, extra charges apply for GPS, roof racks, snow chains or age and weight of children when reserving baby seats.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	e) The payment could be made by credit/charge card, by bank transfer or cash. Accepted are VISA, Euro Card/Master Card. Deposit / Authorization / Credit cards</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	a) As security for the performance of his duties, the lessee shall be obliged to pay a sum of money at the beginning of the rental period, which sum shall be between 300 and 1000 EUR for the different rental classes of vehicles. The Lessor can enforce its right to payment of security even a considerable time after commencement of the rental agreement.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	b) The lessee irrevocably authorizes the lessor to debit all car rental costs and all other claims in connection with the rental contract from his credit card presented at the time when the rental contract is concluded, specified in the rental contract or from the credit card subsequently presented or additionally specified by the lessor.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	c) A credit card is required for all the vehicles.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	d) In order to protect and safeguard the personal data provided to us, we have implemented and use appropriate business systems and procedures. For example, your credit card information is transmitted to us through a secure server protocol, which encrypts all your personal and credit card details. The encryption method used is the industry standard &quot;Secure Socket Layer&quot; (SSL) technology.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	e) In the event of credit card fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card by third parties SQUAD 4 is not responsible for any damages caused after such act.&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	7. Cancellation / no-show</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	a) By making a reservation with us, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of SQUAD 4, and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions that may apply to your reservation or during the rental period. Please note that certain rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation or change. Please check the rental details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	b) If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your reservation, please revert to the confirmation email and follow the instructions therein.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	c) Cancellation 48 hours before confirmed pick up date or no-show will be charged the amount of one rental day.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	8. Gasoline / refuelling charge.&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	a) The vehicle shall be handed over to the lessee with a full tank of fuel. Correspondingly, the lessee must return the vehicle at the end of the lease with a full tank of fuel. If the vehicle is not returned fully tanked, the lessor shall charge the lessee the cost of filling the vehicle plus a service charge in accordance with the price list applicable at the time of rental. The missing fuel will be charged 2 Euro per liter at the end of the rental.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	9. Chauffeur services / additional equipment</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	a) A vehicle with a driver is available to rent for transfer between Sofia and any other location in Europe. The fee is EUR 20 per day within BG and 25 EURO abroad for 9 hours working day. Over time will be charged 2 EUR per hour.&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	b) Additional equipment is available upon request and will be charged as follow:</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- GPS navigation - 2 EUR per day;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- Snow chains - 2 EUR per day;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- Baby seat - 2 EUR per day;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- Ski/roof rack - 6 EUR per day;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- Cooler - 2 EUR per day;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	- Mobile phone - 2 EUR per day.&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	c) All the additional equipment is subject of additional guaranty deposit!</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	&nbsp;</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	10. Delivery/Collection Fee/Out of hours</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	a) Delivery and collection of the vehicle within Sofia are free of charge. Every hour delay will be charged 10 Euro per hour. One way rental or changing of the return location within Bulgaria will be charged 60 Euro. Delivery and collection of the vehicle within City of Sofia is free of charge from 8 a.m. till 8 p.m. Out of those hours and during holidays the Lessee will be charged 20 EURO.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	b) Delivery Fee of 10 EUR applies for all the rentals at the Airports Sofia, Varna, Burgas or pointed from the client address.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	c) The rental contract shall end at the agreed time and can, under the provisions of this contract, be extended with the prior consent of the Lessor, provided that the lessee advises the Lessor of the extension three days before the expiry of the agreed rental period.</div>\r\n<div>\r\n	d) The lessee is obliged to return the vehicle to the lessor at the end of the agreed rental period, at the agreed location, during normal business hours, which are displayed in a notice at the lessor&rsquo;s offices.
