1Part One: Goals

3    Nearly every NS can relate to each other's "redpill" journey that led us to the disinfecting light of the truth. 90% of us just wanted to be left alone to our own devices, and retain Freedom of Association. Whether you are a National Socialist, Fascist, or whatever flavor of "alt-right" and even "conservative", there is no peace. An argument made against James Mason was "why don't you just buy an island and start your own country and be hateful there?", the *small* problem is that you're not allowed to separate. The State won't allow it.
4    The above *should* be enough for a Libertarian to throw on a skull mask and American flag and march into the White House; however, we know that this is not the case. American Patriots and various types of Ayn Rand Libertarians will die at best for their "freedoms". More on them later.
5    Why '"freedoms"'? I remember hearing and even still hearing "they'll take my guns off my dead body" and "I'll be the first to [bottom text] when they try to take my guns". Right, but they already have. 1986 wasn't an infringement on our 2nd? Or the Assault Weapons Ban of 1994? Or the Ban and Felony put on Bump Stocks? Or Red Flag Laws which allow for your guns to be seized w i t h o u t a w a r r a n t? Beyond our 2A, look at our ever shrinking 1A. The fact that we have "Hate Crimes" will lend itself to "Hate Speech" as predicted by Dr. Pierce. Look at Florida's Semitic Protection Legislation, you will be a criminal for questioning or revising the Holocaust, blaming Jews as a group, or associating Jews with having loyalty to Israel. hm. Not to mention our 4A that has been stripped. You may be required to take a drug test by your employer, and there is no way to stop a cop from searching your car. They ask to search, you say no, they either call a dog to smell, and advance further. Or, they may impound your car and wait for a warrant.
6    I don't mean to make this book about our "rights" and the like as mentioned above, that would be dreadful; however, it is important to cover. Despite all these violations of our rights, and our constitutional right to revolution to check and keep the government in power, not a single "patriot" is doing that.
7    So, why does this prevent us from separating? Obviously I was going to talk about Ruby Ridge and Waco, but I could also talk about Ghaddafi and Assad. No country has sovereignty, unless it perpetuates "democracy".
8    We are, unfortunately, left with only one option. TOTAL REVOLUTION. Now, this has changed in its methodology, which will be covered in the rest of this book. My rant is pretty much over, but I shall continue.
9    The Justice System uses extra-legal punishment on people it doesn't like and the Jury is bs. Putting a "racist" in a cell full of niggers or spics is a sure way to put the death sentence on a man. Or, the abuse of FISA warrants as shown on a PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE, imagine what they'd do to you. Look at Mr.Fields, 417 years in prison for 1st degree murder, because he *almost* hit a 300lb manatee in his car, who fell and died. I'm not here to argue the facts or innocence of these people, I'm here to radicalize the redpilled.

12                                            b.Short-term goals
13    Essentially our short-term goals are to radicalize, polarize, and collapse the System which is a threat to our individual lives and collective existence. We don't wish to rock the boat, WE INTEND TO SINK IT!
14    First, it is necessary to launch the movement into "3.0". These podcasters and livestreamers sell indulgences that if you pay them your Goy Tax is payed. You will no longer have to worry about things because they are saving Western Civilization, goy. Obviously, this is false. To think people actually bought into or buy into this is scary.
15    These people are a threat to any advance that can be made, plain de-radicalization agents. Whether because they don't want their shekels taken away by telling the truth, or because they are payed COINTELPRO (counter intelligence program) is unimportant. Traitors get their reward first. Commander Rockwell said it best "white man, join us or GET OUT OF THE WAY", and the Podcast Nationalists are opportunists making money off "da moobment".
16    This book and Siege are threats to PodNats, which is why they kvetch at their mention. A PodNat is immune to all insults, they all run off them like water off a duck; but call them a PodNat and watch them flip "I've been found out". You see, Siege calls out phonies and opportunists directly, and if people were to wake up to this, then the money they make off donations, ads, Superchats, etc... cease.
17    The above are roadblocks to 3.0, and slow the collapse, they are barely different from "conservatives". The next step is acceleration. An Accelerationist is able to play both sides. If Weed is legalized (federally) burning down fields during a drought or stopping the flow of it into addicted cities would cause riots due to withdrawal, or something similar. Always think about things from how it can be useful to collapse the System.

22    It's about the birthrates. Even if we had 100% white population we would still eventually go extinct. Also we will be minorities nationally by 2043, and Texas is already 44% white, which is about 21% white men. So let's talk about your political solution.
23    Let's entertain the idea that we can find and vote in *pro-white* politicians and that they will/can implement pro-white policies. If we live in a ZOG, Zionist Occupied Government, why would the occupants allow for the natives to joining their ranks? We are under occupation and the solution is to infiltrate the GOP? 24    Now in reality. Texas will be blue by at lest 2020 and most 2024, Florida similar. Which means the top 4 electoral states (NY, CA, TX, FL) will be blue within the next 1-4 years. So no, we are no longer able to elect a president we want, and by 2022 or 2026 the Senate will be blue along with the already blue House. 37    This includes, but is not limited to: Organizations (no matter how good their "optics" or how passive), Militias (greater than 6 people), Redpilling the normies, infiltrating x party, or redpilling a group. "What solution then? Give up?" hell no. follow me.

40    Militias or groups like AWD are doomed to fail because of their vulnerability to infiltration. Don't get me wrong, I won't disavow AWD or similar groups as long as they don't cuck . 41    Organizations that seek to rally for protests and "influence politics" like "AIM" (IE) or any copy of this structure. Patriot Front is the only one that has moved in the right direction with anonymity. I don't know much about their organizational structure if they have one, but they still miss their Mass Action strategy still falls flat. The rest of the organizations like AIM are really just Goy Scouts; blessing Cops and the like as a form of "protest" and their allegedly homosexual leader. They ultimately lose because they are vulnerable to infiltration like allowing in homosexuals to their leadership, as well as favoring the mass strategy as mentioned earlier.
42    Do I really need to cover why we can't infiltrate or would wish to infiltrate a political party? Why the FUCK would you want to be a part of that slimy ring? Hitler refused to sit with the politicians that betrayed his nation, and he did infinitely better than us. 43    What then, is the solution? Leaderless resistance. Let me introduce to you the Cell and Embedding strategies. The Cell strategy is not a new concept, but it remains forever effective. The Minute Men of the American Revolution and various groups that acted on a small scale basis collectively were a powerful enough force to gain independence.

47                                                        Winning Strategy
48    If not an organization, what can we do? If you accept the fact that Revolution is the only winning strategy left (besides hunkering down and hiding with your innawoods gf) then we may seriously consider our choices.
49    First, what does revolution look like? In our circumstances revolution won't be a nationally televised program, it won't be widespread fear among the masses. It will be local balkanization, or even simple resistance. The hard thing about the US is that it is too big. Devastation in Atlanta won't affect Jew York. What you need to come to terms with is that guerilla warfare is local, and people don't think they will be involved until the barrel is in their face, or the water stops running (or is unsafe to drink, more on that later). Taking a city is different now than it has been before. It doesn't mean flying your flag on city hall after a large-scale gunfight or battle. It means sabotage and recruitment or disappearance of the people that matter.
50    Modern Cell strategy. A group of 1-6 people that are dedicated to a specific mean. A cell can look like an automotive shop that rakes in cash for another cell that [bottom text] or is dedicated to guerrilla. More on intra-action between cells later. A Guerrilla cell or unit must be self-sufficient besides income from another cell, and must hold accountable each member and seriously consider their actions, as well as have the means to spread propaganda independently. A guerrilla cell must go underground *before* any action, preferably for several months. A financial cell should collaborate with other cells while still remaining independent. The cells should form an organ, which across the nation should form a living revolutionary organism.
51    Embedding system. This is not my own original idea, but I do have my input into it. The embedding system means dedication and work, but rewards dividends to the area for cells. The ES is essentially a collective of cells that make up the infrastructure of a small city or large town. Infiltrating the police (only the most important parts not the entire department), possibly mayoral position, infrastructural engineers, shops of importance (automotive, fringe item store, firearms shop, etc...), material providers (lumber, stone, etc...), farming and sheparding, and press. This town/small city must become self sufficient and stop relying on imports.
52    The ES allows for a Revolutionary NatSoc or Fascist town. The citizens become reliant on us, and ultimately our people that will fight for us.
53    Possibilities with the ES: Blind Eye turned to guerrilla activity, town becomes a refuge or hiding place for action. Blind eye turned to drug dealers that "go missing". NatSoc programs may be implemented. Discrimination won't be challenged (freedom of assoc.). Healthy education and canning of Common Core. Communists arrested and jailed or go missing. Race traitors and coal burners go missing. The possibilities are endless but the key is that it allows for our guys to survive a collapse or force one to happen and not get hurt.
54    The ES is a difficult pill to swallow because it requires dedication and commitment that the Right has shown to be lacking.

59    ...Is what you'd be in a compound. Now don't get it wrong, compounds can be great tools, but compounds *alone* generally suck. This isn't a complete negative and has serious potential, but I want to cover the negatives here and the positives in the next chapter.
60    The first negative isn't universally seen as a negative by my comrades, but I would like to go further in depth. The problem of getting Waco'd. A fairly good counter argument runs along the lines of "Good, it'll be broadcasted nationally and if we get Waco'd for our politics then it will rile up some people...". At first it seems pretty good; however, what happened to the nasty dirty cult in Waco? Oh, that's right. The media convinced the public that David Koresh and the Branch Davidians 1. participated in mass suicide 2. were child predators 3. they deserve it for being nasty cultists.
61    The idea I suppose it to shake off fence-sitters or provoke a  McVeigh reaction, however I think there are far better methods than sacrificing yourself and comrades to end up like the Branch Davidians. In the long run they have become relatively forgotten except to serious libertarians and ourselves, who both know the warrant was obtained illegally and the military was unconstitutionally used on civilians.
62    Tarrant shook off the fence-sitters, and he went 51-0, not 4-82. Like I said before, a compound can be an extremely useful tool, but I don't think facing the full brunt of the Political Police in a siege is a necessarily good idea. Unless, you are preparing it for that purpose in which case you may be initially successful (until another wave)and potentially make a getaway.
63    Only problem with the above is that it is like buying a really sweet fun you want to use for home defense. Will you ever actually get robbed? It may be far more likely to be infiltrated (like Waco). But because of political reasons it is safe to say if you make a racket your compounds will get a visit.

67    This is where everything so far discussed comes together. An abbreviation for this is "ECC" for Embedded Cellular Compound. You have the cell strategy, along with the embedding system, and a compound! This is the ideal environment for real action in a region.
68    Let's go back to the Waco scenario except with ECC. After fighting off the first FBI agents, the second wave comes (just like in Waco) except this time the agents don't get so close. Or they do. But, the camera picks something up, what is that? Reinforcements! What hell that would raise! This used to be a common tactic to break a Siege, outside reinforcements pincer the attackers between your fort (gunfire) and reinforcements (more gunfire). Now THAT shakes off fence sitters.
69     Maybe a few people go and storm communications facilities because they've got an engineer on the inside. Maybe the propaganda and news story suddenly becomes two-way. Maybe the fence sitters of the town come to assist. Think about the possibilities. A Siege on a compound is serious escalation especially during the heat of the moment. Huge opportunity.
70    The potential of the ECC is unlimited. And a prepared compound as mentioned previously would only exponentially increase the chance of counter-attack. In addition, the Cell system allows for preparation to be confidential. Individual action or preparation on a collective level is impenetrable and effective.
71    That, would cause a real scene. Far more than a loss. Even a loss would  show that we have support beyond what the normal perception is.

75    So you don't want to go through the effort of embedding or whatever and you want to gas the bikes and race cars now. What is a huwyte man to do? Ah shit you can just use the cell system.
76    This isn't rocket science, the boat is already rocking and it doesn't take much to swing the pendulum. This is rocking science... and it isn't too complicated. The next couple parts will be dedicated just to cellular action and will only have a few mentions of the ECC or embedding strategy.
77    What can you do as a cell without a compound or embed? Anything that benefits acceleration and you can get away with (or one-way trips). Which means that the limit is your revolutionary genius and innovative mind which shouldn't be hard for us considering we built 90% of civilization.
78    The main take-away from this really should be that anything is possible if you have the resourcefulness and genius. I will simply guide with a few of my ideas I may have written in time. Think large. Think whole. Always take time to consider the alternatives etc... ECC or not you can still make a difference and still have a two-way trip.

104    This is intended to be about targets but also yeah don't off yourself. I don't think I really need to say that. The entire book will be in the context of the cell strategy (Leaderless Resistance) just to be clear in the framework of this.
105    Don't hit yourself is a pretty logical thing, but seriously consider a couple of things. Where is your cell? Is it 100% self sufficient? If not then from where do you get your supplies? How close are you to your target? Will you or another cell be in the crossfire of your action? A lot of this can be boiled down to 'Stay out of the city(ies)' and then bam you are good to go.
106    Make sure you don't hit your town if you are in an embedding system. Your cell should be unscathed from an action, and so should other cells. The only places that should receive action are the Inner Cities because it is 99.5% guaranteed to affect only guilty or degenerate "people". Ultimately just put yourself out of harm's way and become self-sufficient. Unless your aim is to blend in with the chaos by showing you have also been affected as a form of evidence of your innocence.
107    The City is full of genetic scum of the lowest tier, as well as academia and Jewish propaganda of the most repulsive forms. There are of course some good people, but the rest of this part will show where to [bottom text] and that should avoid most of the better genes. Things against the inner city gets a blank check.
108    Collateral damage is something to be considered too, but not everyone is innocent. In fact, almost everyone is guilty. 113    You know how you get caught? Making irrational decisions of a "Hit and Run" fashion. If you are not prepared and haven't been prepared for months then you will be caught or will be on the FBI most wanted list.
114    The key to successful action is "Run and Hit" which really means hide then fight. Be like an eagle in his nest tending to himself. Then, after he has finished his business he swoops from the unseen peak to catch his prey. If you still don't get it; hide in your hideout and stock it with everything you need and drop out of sight for a month or more. Then, after the System has thoroughly lost you and you have taken care of your nest, act. You may return to your nest afterwords without a glance taken at you.
115    Laying low again you may do whatever is necessary as a guerilla cell as you have become a ghost. Coupled with other cells or one other cell above ground aiding you in food or whatever it may be.
116    It is essential that your nest is unknown by more than 7 people, and that you don't identify yourself or your cell. Especially with your action. Spread your propaganda and take responsibility for the action through a collective identity that will be discussed in a later section. Never identify yourself uniquely.

121                                                        Risks
122    You know how you get yourself a life sentence or expose your cell? By taking unnecessary risks. There is a difference between calculated risks and irrational behavior. Minimizing chance and risk is important though not always possible.
123    Let's say that your cell is in desperate need of money. Make sure first that your means don't contradict the ends. Robbing a store owned by a white is a no-go. Robbing a store owned by a Jew is fine, bonus points for their political activity. If on the way to the store your cell spots what looks to be a better opportunity, DON"T GO FOR IT. Without having prepared for that or knowing the owner or take it is a stupid and irrational decision.
124    If your cell wants to do something in the City, make 100% sure you are not traceable. Cosmetic changes to your face and body that are temporary are far better than masks. Masks don't allow you to enter anywhere without a 9-1-1 call, and they stand out from the crowd. If you so desire to enter the city make sure your method of transport is not linked to you or your action. Always assume there is a camera on you. This is why I hate the city.
125    Any City action is like trying to get away with something in a FEMA camp. As hard as it is, there are also many dozens of ways to minimize risk and get away with things. You can blend in with a crowd, go through building complexes and change clothes/cosmetics in a bathroom, and much more.
126    Fewer than half of all crimes are reported, and half of those are unsolved. Your success rate if carefully planned and executed may be 75% just  by these figures alone. Of course the larger your action the harder they will search. But no matter how hard they search if you've left nothing to find, you may be safe.
127    Paranoia is a killer here. Being paranoid leads to irrational decisions that draw attention to yourself such as sudden withdrawals of cash, stocks, etc.. or sudden moves from locations to other locations can be very exposing. Of course not watching your back also leads to a knife in it.

132    What are you trying to achieve with your action? Make sure it is clear and concise so that shills and Jewish media can only skew it so much. Being invisible toy our identity is also key, so that no character assassinations may be done unto your cell by the media. Don't dox yourself, you won't take power.
133    Revenge can be a very good motive. Teaching people that they can't get away with crimes unto us is a very good lesson. If one of our people is killed in a prison, do unto the people responsible what they did unto us three times over. Revenge can also be a very poor motive as it can make emotional a situation that is already very tense. Make sure your purpose is unmistakable.
134    Breaking the boredom as well as the inevitable media blackout on our action is another key facet of action. Journalists and broadcasting stations, action against well-known but despised or anti-white figures, politicians especially, and E-celebreties that tarnish our name and lash out in non-white anger and greed against us. Shaking off fence sitters, and anything else.
135    Ultimately acceleration of sinking the ship is always the goal. Tearing down every facet of this Jewish/Zionist Occupied Government that molests us on a global scale is acceptable.
136    Action against figures makes statements, but only recruits those who are already radical. Other action to consider must be economic, agricultural, infrastructural, and poised to cause the masses to kick shit. Race riots (from shutting down welfare and other Afro-Semitic outlets), stopping a popular drug from being used (withdrawal riots), shutting down roads, commerce, imports, electricity, water, housing, food, and more. All to be covered through the rest of this part.

139                                                    Who's got the power?
140    Well, we do dammit! Especially when they don't have power (electricity). Everyone looks to the people with the power.  
141    Electrical infrastructure is protected by chain link fences. There is 0 protection on fiber-optic cables which can be broken with a pair of pliers. Transformers and pylons are susceptible to attack from individuals. These can be used to cripple or kill a city. But that would take a dozen people coordinating a day to a week to accomplish. Let's look at more practical approaches.
142    Blowing up or burning down power plants, or simply cutting their connection to the City. Or severing the plant's method of generating electricity from the supply (severing coal transport to a coal electrical facility etc...). Destroying hard to repair/replace equipment. Contaminating the method. Making it impossible for engineers or workers to show up for work or to work.
143    Destroying oil refineries or burning oil/natural gas deposits. Total Action. Hell, you could sneak into places pretty easy. Cells can destroy transformers and the like in cities by putting orange cones around the area if it doesn't have a fence, and wearing a florescent orange/yellow/green vest. Having fake paperwork. Picking locks instead of climbing fences or breaking through doors. Tactical or intricate action vs brute force. Each have their place but you are given a lot longer time undisturbed with intricate work.
144    Of course apply cosmetic changes to yourself (wear a bullet proof vest/armor panel under you clothes to look bigger, wear an appropriate mask in the winter or for the line of work you are destroying etc...) before doing any action. Don't use a car that is close to the cell or can be traced to the cell. This can mean getting a fake plates or applying different paint jobs. Make sure any State tags are removed. Bicycle is a viable means of transportation along with a satchel or backpack.
145    If you are cutting power to a specific place before more action on it, consider if it has backup generators. Oil, Electricity, and other infrastructure like that (cell towers) are the most effective means to sew chaos.

150    Water, an essential compound. But what use does this have to us? A lot obviously otherwise I wouldn't write about it. Every city relies on lakes and some even rely on water being piped in from other sources to hydrate the population.
151    Let's look at how vulnerable water is. Cutting water pipelines from major sources or cutting water to power plants stops electrical generation. Induction relies on heating water to steam to turn a turbine inside magnetic coils to produce electricity. Nuclear is just nuclear steam energy. Electricity cannot be produced without water.
152    How about drinking water? Not everyone drinks water from their faucet or fridge, but everyone drinks water that is in their food, soda/tea/drink, and washes their dishes with water that all comes from the same source. What if someone dropped a toxic element or compound that doesn't get filtered out? Or bacteria/virus/bugs that clog or pass through filters? Or something that clogs the system in general? Rather, we should be utilizing propaganda and covert action in order to break resistance. There are two ways to do this.
201    The first is more direct, to get the police to quit going after you through vatious means. Fake mutineys in the police department started through racial propaganda inside the stations and other well placed areas. Make it impossible for them to police you through other means by thinning them out. Not by physically removing them, but by creating problems more immediate such that they need to put more of their resources there instead of on you. Don't target white police unless it is absolutely unavoiadable. We can use police in many ways. Whether people hate them and like them being removed, recruiting them, making them afraid to police us, or through any means making them not want to police us.
202The second method (which makes the first easier) is from collective action from the Body. 236    Everything you do must be carefully thought out. One of the hardest if not THE hardest things is accurate or safe recruiting. This is equal to if not above the planning necessary for action. The more autistic and elaborate your plan most likely the better.
237    The key to staying safe is to stay anonymous even within your cell. Meet with masks on or cosmetic change (for guerilla cells) applied. Don't divulge personal lives or information. This doesn't mean not to care for each other, you are still brothers. However, a fed tactic is to build up trust over a long period of time by sharing personal information. Also, this is OPSEC even if no one is a fed. No one can snitch even under torture if no one knows each other.
238    I will cover in the next part what I call the "One Man Plan" aka how to plan without loose lips. This is geared towards interaction in the cell. Whenever meeting each other, meet at a water rich environment. Pick a safe house that has either a pond, lake, river, or pool. Or make your own. 244    This works both ways. We must hold each other accountable on a large scale, as well as within cells. Each cell member must hold each other accountable for assignments, and the punishment must be severe. We need to be absolutely strict.
245    Missing two cell meets (if you are not full time, guerillas should be full time) is subject to punishment or expulsion. Failing a task of high importance should prompt a meeting of cell leaders from the area for a trial for the failed member, whether a mutineer or incompetent. Capital punishment is not necessary unless the act has been proven beyond a reasonable doubt intentional, or the member will a liability to everyone else's safety. If it is found out the ideology of a member is not NS or fascist and racialist, trial begins and that member is a liability. Always screen for ideology.

252    Recruiting is vital, our numbers must grow. Once a cell reaches 6-8 members, it must split into 2 separate cells in order to recruit new members. If a cell that was originally 3-6 members falls to 1-2 members, another cell should open its doors to them; however, it is ultimately up to the cell and OPSEC should be taken into consideration.
253    Recruiting is a difficult task. However, when coupled with proper cell inter-action recruits will follow proper OPSEC and not have to be worried about. I suggest an interview, followed by drunk interview, then an activity like shooting or working out with the recruit asking questions intermittently. Let me show a scenario then explain.
254    You meet recruit KikeKiller1488 at a beach during a fairly busy weekend with plenty of people on the water. Taking a kayak or waterboard and swimming out into deep water. Both (or each) of you have by this point been in the salt water submerged for a half hour. First you ask him for his world view or guiding principle. He tells you something about how he lives for the natural order and elaborates (not elaborating here so that feds don't get the know). You quiz him on Siege, and he connects it with the modern world. You quiz him on Mein Kampf or National Socialism, he admits his astonishment by its genius. You question him about the economy. He doesn't talk about GDP and has a third positionist take. You question him about Turner Diaries or William Pierce and he expresses the connections and predictions Pierce made...
255    At the next interview it is at a lake house or pier, KikeKiller1488 is given the option between hard lemonade, beer, and whiskey. He makes the right choice. 262                                        Modern Warfare
263    "Modern Warfare" is a perpetually evolving and dynamic game that everyone in the modern world plays, more on that later. The concept of warfare as we know it originated from the Peace of Westphalia in 1648 where the government essentially claimed the right and monopoly on war, where before anyone could wage war. Clans, families, marriges, companies, banks, and so on could wage war previously, which we are in a more complicated way returning to.
2641st Generation warfare occured from 1648 - 1860/1900. 1GW (1st Generation Warfare) was an organized line and column colonial style of combat. As time progressed to the Civil War it became suicidal to have an organized line and column battlefield because the capacity to kill in a shorter period of time increased with the inventions of lever action rifles and gatling guns. 
265    2nd Generation warfare (2GW) occured between ww1 and ww2, where an army would shell the battlefield with artillery before deploying troops. This is a better form of warfare but still very outdated, where whoever had the biggest and most guns would win. 
2663rd Generation warfare (3GW) occured almost only in ww2 where Germany developed the blitzkreig giving the battlefield 3 dimensions, as well as flanking and strategy. it was no longer about putting your troops in a large block as a defensive unit with more firepower, because the enemy could come from the side, behind, or above. It is debatable how long 3GW lasted, whether Germans invading USSR and the citizens fighting the invaders is the first occurance of 4GW, or the Korean War is. 
267    4th Generation warfare (4GW) is the modern development of warfare that starts to resemble but is still in very many ways different from ancient warfare. 4GW is the reason why the US and the USSR are unsuccesful in their invasions of foreign countries (Afghanistan, Korea, Vietnam, etc...). The US has been and still for the most part is in the mindset of 2&3GW where we have the most firepower and best tactics, with the lowest casualty rate. Yet we are still unsuccesful. In Vietnam our k/d was 1 US to 100 Vietkong. 
268So what *IS* 4GW? 4GW means people have the ability to fight without formally being in an army. It is hughly decentralized, and almost never connected with the oficial government of that nation. it is in essence guerilla war, except with a slight twist. It isn't guerilla war just because that tactic wins, but because it is an idealogical war. Communism vs Capitalism vs Fascism, or Islam vs Christianity/Judaism (In the Big Church sense of Christianity, where it has been corrupted to do the bidding of Judea). Mostly in the Middle East it is Nationalism vs "Western" Imperialism and globalism. Our struggle is Nationalism, Fascism, and Spirtual right vs Globalism, Cap/Communism, and Spiritual Evil of Judea. 
269    4GW is very complicated for a State military because ANYONE can now or at anytime in the future become a militant. There is no official armband or dress of the non existant oficial army against invasion. The uniform of a soldier is the same as the uniform of a civilian. This is important for us to utilize, don't stand out from the crowd because that is a giant red flag.

274    The Table is a counter insurgancy table proposed in the 4GW handbook to simplify and utilize 4GW for planning. The Table in the handbook covers the traditional (Gen 1-3) warfare elements of tactical, operational, and strategic impacts of the goal. The other new elements introduced in 4GW are moral, mental, and physical. Moral is the most important aspect, where physical can have the least importance... but that is for counter-insurgency, not us.

282    Let's talk about the similarities first. I left in the three traditional elements because they are essential aspects of conflict and warfare. There are still objective goals or operational goals. There is still a need to keep strategic and tactical importance because they are relevant to the future of the cell and the fulfillment of the operational element. I left in Moral because even though we will be tainted in the public light, we can midigate that as well as make it easier for people to justify joining us. Most importantly, it prevents us from thinking of ourselves as monsters or criminals. I left in physical because we are small in numbers, and it is imperative that we don't get wiped out.
283The changes. I changed the 4GW points significantly for insurgant purposes, and the most noticable is adding another element to the mix. I replaced Mental success with Morale, Mental isn't explained very well but I believe the Morale of the Body and Cells is very important. A depressed group of loners are much easier to kill and subvert than a group of strong and steady friends without regret. The most important element I add is escalation, or acceleration. Escalation is many, many things for a guerilla. Escalation makes it hard to police you, to station troops, and to prevent recruits. Escalation has mental importance where it makes your presence known to the area, and it scares the nigger cattle making the situation too hot to handle. 
284    How do I rate where these go? I put them all at equal importance with exception to morale. The reason being is that Morale should always be a product of successful actions. However, action dedicated to morale during a time of depression is reasonable, so long as it doesn't go against any other elements. Suicide missions are failures in regards to the physical aspect which we cannot afford until we are of substantial mass. 
285Escalation and Morale are two sides of the Mental element, but I believe it is important to make a distinction. Morale encompasses *our side* while escalation is the mood and attitude of the public. Take what you want from this table, change it make it yours whatever works.

290    Whar we need is to reverse engineer 4GW and William Lind for the insurgent's purpose. For education only, of course. 
291The key William Lind says to invasion and counter-insurgency is de-escalation... or decceleration. The advantage we have in the US is that there is a contstant velocity that we cannot stop. We can slow down but only so much, and politicians don't become popular or electable from moderation or decceleration so on a grand scale we are undefeatable. On an insurgent level we can still be stopped, but that is ultimately up to us.
292    The probability that the National Guard will be deployed to the area of your action is 100% unless they are exhausted, in which case it is 0% and we have almost reached victory. The insurgent needs to be able to make the National Guard unable to function effectively, or to be able to avoid and circumvent them all together. Deployment of the National Guard is clear mental escalation bound to shake the few serious people off the fence to our side. Actually the System may bring in unofficial officers that are unmarked in order to make things seem business as usual, so keep your OPSEC. 
293Our weapon is escalation and acceleration. It is exponential too. If racial tensions are at the breaking point, deploying the National Guard will not only escalate things further, but can be used to make them benificial for us. See if you can lease a shop or something small that you will have to yourself and can technically live in as well as use as income or a shop. Get rid of your personal phone (sell your goyphone and get an android) or keep it in a Faraday cage. If there is a basement the space is far better, and can be used for many reasons. See if you can pay off the owner so that you don't have to prove your identity, just try to remain anonymous. Now you are ready for action, just be extremely cautious (as you should be anyways).
351    The later is a better scenario. Your cell should try to buy or lease an abandoned warehouse/industrial/etc... preferably made of concrete, brick, or concrete. It is a must to get it anonymous, pay off whatever is necessary. Tell the owner you are manufacturing electronics (which you will be) and don't want your methods or something to be stolen etc... Bonus points for having a business card with a Jewgle voice or burner number to give. It is preferable that only one person actually KNOWS the location, while the other members are blindfolded on the way to the place. Cars can be used like I said earlier, just do whatever is necessary to keep yourself safe.

By 3:00 you have separated into 50% the cell size and joined a local cell or whatever your contingency is.

You know that you will need your cell's full manpower (always do action with 100% your man power) so how do you prepare your cell without telling anyone your plan? Force them into the plan roles then once they are in a position of no escape tell them their role.
405    You need to ambush [x] convoy or truck. Throw your cell into a pool or water for an hour before hand, then EMP everyone for good measure. Blindfold your members and take them to the ambush point. This can be used for any number of people and will always work. Once there debrief them within 30 minutes of expected arrival. Give them weapons and allow them to prepare. Keep an eye on everyone and go over each person's specific role. This forces any snitches to follow through with the action otherwise they die. All deserters are executed.
406    This is best OPSEC. To prevent from the strategist being a fed, he must provide EVERYTHING. There may be actions which acquire certain things but again he will be responsible for the strategy. In the event that you are arrested before the action you can't be touched because 1. You were told nothing 2. The equipment isn't yours. You're still going to be at the mercy of the System if you get arrested. But we aren't letting ourselves arrested now are we?

They start telling you that it is good to be white, that there is an alternative to your shit job, that there is far more to life and they can help you. Obviously, you are at this point attentive. They tell you who the 1%ers are, why everything has gone to shit. They show news stories of white children being tortured and killed by shitskins and so on. Finally they close by calling to arms in your area, that you should riot and fight for your existence, and that you won't be able to sit this war out. It's right at your doorstep.
451    Normies are far more receptive to violence and revolution than Alt-r/light grifters and other pacifist traitors. 711    Really the Embedding System is the most practical method of winning because it allows us to sit back if we so choose while everything goes to shit. Once everything falls our community will be defacto leaders and the best off in the grand scheme. However, the Embedding System requires far more dedication and effort than going straight into the cell strategy. Of course it offers its advanteges.

714                                            Cell Interaction
715    So how should the cells interact to form the body? It is very situational and I will outline a few different possibilities.
716Court: This is for if traitors are found, people fail assignments, or anything else that violates a policy that is set. One person from each cell in the area should meet to judge the individual at a location given in person from the infractee's cell. There, the verdict will be delivered along with the sentence. For minor infractions the cell should decide based on the individual. For major infractions or cases where the individual has sensitive information and endangers the other cell capital punishment is justified. 
717    Action: Action should be done and planned by a single person per cell. However, as things escalate and after a year's worth of constant action, it may become necessary to colaborate with other successful cells for larger action. 
718Cell types: Like I mentioned before, one cell should be dedicated to communication and cryptography. If a region has 8 cells, at least 2 should be responsible for propaganda. One cell should have an ejudicator that is responsible for court (hopefully this isn't a frequent thing, we don't want to enter a period where we are executing more people than recruiting). The remaining cells are actionable cells that should keep constant pressure on the System. Each cell should be self sustainable but asking for help from other cells is okay, so long as it is infrequent and uncommon. 
719    Legal Cells: These cells should be making money for other cells, and providing them with recruits. In addition, the underground cells should not recruit until having given the individual to a legal cell for vetting and work. Legal cells distribute propaganda, and can be a business or an organization (a-political or left leaning but secretely giving money to us instead of illegals), or even a church or social media figure. Any method that makes money. Legal cells are also people on our side that work in various important positions from police chiefs to important engineers or people with special priveleges.

723                                            Interaction with the public
724    Among recent guerilla successes, the guerilla groups have had "interaction" with the public in much the same way politicians and the media does, besides recruitment and action. There are only three ways The Body should have mental contact with the public. Propaganda, Newsletters, and Action (making our presence known). 
725It is quite obvious that using social media platforms to represent us is almost completely useless, although it *might* have some use to disseminate our ideas, successful guerillas have used newsletters. Newsletters allow us to spread our propaganda and truths physically and digitally, without having to worry much about censorship. This is amplified physically because when someone holds and reads something that physically came from us it has much more meaning than something online. 
726    I have thouroughly covered action (though not to the extent I'd like, but I'm trying to get this out) in previous sections, and have to some extent covered propaganda. The thing that will be our biggest recriutment and success factor will be our physical and mental presence. High profile action increases our mental presence and strength in the mind of the entire public, but our being in an area substantially increases the awareness and cooperation of the locals. Especially if they know we are protecting the people that live within our area. 
727Here are some things that should be in a newsletter:

734I think the best way to lay out the newsletter would be to keep it weekly. Put "The Body" on the top and a symbol and/or phrase in the corners, then b. & f. first, respectively. Put e. second to last then f. last. 
735    I would tend to stay away from talking about ourselves because that allows the enemy to think they can talk to us, when instead there is only one way to deal with them. Instead, talk about the enemy slanderously and personally. Dehumanize them and always bring up their crimes as well as anti-white, Talmudic vitriol. 
736Make it as big as you want, and publish as frequently as you want. Just make sure our voice is heard clearly through the newsletter, and loudly through action. Remember that we are not trying to negotiate with the System by rocking the boat and seeing what deals they'll make, but the complete destruction of it.

774                                    Laws and Morality
775    As White and Aryan men, we must close our hearts to pity. A common misconception and conflation that people have is that laws = morality. Of course, under anarch-tyranny this means everything we do (including existing) is immoral, and everything they do is moral. Clearly this is wrong, and shows that everything Pierce said about society said is right. He was a firm believer that most people are neither good nor evil, but simply exist in what capcity they are expected to. When there is no beacon of morality ot it is so twisted like it is, the "next best" to them are the laws supposedly written by "good and smart 'men'". 
776Something I don't cover much in the main body (it's in Siege, so read it) is to not draw uneccesary attention to yourself by commiting other illegal acts. Converting your guns to full autos or having exotic weapons is generally stupid, even thougn I detest the 1986 Assault Weapons ban. However, when it comes to keeping semi-autos all bets are off, keep your guns by whatever means you see fit. Remember, by living another day as free men is another day of victory to us, so don't get locked up if you can help it. Okey??
