In class we spoke about reincarnation and timelines for those of us who believe that Time as we know it, does not truly exist anywhere but in our own reality, the question was posed; how do we reincarnate with time if time doesn't exist.? We had a short conversation in class but at the time, we were due to finish and already running overtime, and the answer to this is not a two min conversation.
So Stephanie Mckinnon Medium asked me to answer this question on here for those interested in it. I have read Seth Speaks many years ago and some of his other books. He is a disembodied spirit that a woman called Jane Roberts used to channel while her husband took notes, and between the three of them they created The Seth Material. He writes through Jane about life on the other side, as he exists there. He answers and explains many questions which most of us already suspected and the material is a great validation for anyone knowing that there is more to our reality than what meets our 5 senses. His books Seth Speaks and The Nature of Personal Reality had such a ring of Truth to them for me and are what I deem to be The Bible of spiritual books.
One of the things Seth maintains is that there are many levels of Reality. You can think of them like layers or however it makes sense to your mind. Different levels of reality can be perceived through different levels of consciousness. That is the first Key to seeing beyond. For example, when we are dreaming, we are in a different level of consciousness, yet while we are there it is just as real to us as our waking reality. The reason why our waking reality seems more credible and real to us, is that we SHARE this waking reality with each other and when we dream we do so individually. When we share a reality it becomes something we create as a MASS Consciousness. (Mass consciousness is very powerful thing and when even as little as two or more people concentrate on the same thing together it can affect all manner of thing in our reality - Druids were said to be able to control the weather). This means we ALL contribute to our waking reality world and we all perceive it in roughly the same way. For example we all see the sky is blue we all see the grass is green, we all see houses with walls, the ground, the water, etc. We all put our energy collectively into it and every bit of it has a boundary, for example you cant walk through a wall. We perceive it as a solid boundary.
One thing we perceive in our waking reality is beginnings and endings. Everything has a boundary. Where something starts and something finishes. There is no exception. That's why it is called a three dimensional reality. Up down sideways and you hit a wall or an end. It consists of space and time. Time is a part of our "boundary" reality. We perceive it to be second by second, start /end/start/end on and on. Seconds in time are just mini boundaries that exist in our Three dimensional reality.
Our brains are made up of physical matter with neuro pathways for thought that is not designed to experience anything outside our waking reality unless we incite a change of consciousness within our brain. Meditation is also a practice where we can perceive different levels of consciousness and with a different level of consciousness comes a different reality and the connection to other realities. Just as in a dream. Or as the Native Americans would go on their Spirit Walks when they altered their level of consciousness by ceremony and using peyote.
So the key to experiencing different levels of reality is a different level of consciousness. This is the most important key to understanding our reality and others.
This is where time does not exist. Remember, time is part of our shared 3 dimensional reality. It is a boundary made of stops and starts second by second. Move outside of our reality and time does not exist because boundaries do not exist.
In the true sense of Reality; time is an illusion. It only exists here in our reality which is an agreed reality created by our Mass Consciousness working together to create our world. It is an illusion that we all feed into when we created this reality as it is a part of it as much as the walls of your house are a boundary too. But a disembodied person or spirit can walk through a wall. There are no boundaries when one exists outside our 3 dimensions.
So in the true reality we are all energy and have no boundaries. Therefore time as we know it in this reality stays in this 3 dimensional reality and when we move outside of it, time ceases to exist. There is a sort of PERPETUAL NOW-NESS. Its is a though everything exists at once. No separations, no segmentations, no boundaries.
But because we think in 3 dimensional terms with a physical brain, it is hard for us to conceptualise this, hard for us to visualise or put into frame. It is like trying to conceptualise infinity. Infinity has no end, but can you imagine it? No. The closest you get is to understand what the word means. You can't imagine/see or feel it in a physical body. You can imagine a picture of outer space, and see the planets and stars going past as you travel to infinity.... can you see where it goes? Your physical brain will look for an end, and cant conceive or imagine an end but will look for it. Where does infinity end? this is a trick spiritual question. The answer is nowhere. It ends within our 3 dimensional reality.
When we die, we move into a different level of reality. Class is over. We return "home" to the truer reality, where we experience our higher self, part of the God reality or All That Is. Each one of our incarnations is a part of our Higher Soul. Just the same as you have different characters to your personality, so it is with your higher self. You are a part of the higher self and the higher self is a part of the All That Is. (God made man in his own image - we are all part of God or the All That Is)
Each incarnation is a part of your higher self, learning what you need to know. Each lifetime is a different class in the same school.
The reason you may not experience "future lives" is that when we meditate on past lives, we are doing it FROM our base brain which is rooted in this 3 dimensional reality, and it is easier for our brains to reconcile seeing and experiencing or remembering the past and past events, We are hard wired that way.
And the other reason is that it is only this part of your higher self - the you that you are now in this life - that is doing the meditation or regression. The you that you are now, lives in a time-space-boundary reality and can't conceive outside of it. So perception of what we understand as "Past" is easier than trying to look into what we deem future, as it is in our reality. You are hard wired to look into the past, or what just happened ten seconds ago and you are hard wired not to know what is going to happen in the next hour. So even under the influence of meditation it is easier for our brains to look backwards. It ties in with our thought patterns of time and how we perceive it. So we see what we deem as past lives. lives set in our past time.
In the nature of true reality all of our personalities in different incarnations exist at once in a Perpetual Now-ness which is only experienced when we are in between lives. Only experienced outside of this 3 dimensional reality. Time is an illusion of this 3 dimensions and is a boundary, just as the wall of your house has starts and stops and is a boundary.
Interesting thing is that when Seth wrote about this, from memory I think it was the early 70's, he proclaimed that atoms and molecules which contain their own energy, phase in and out of this reality at such a fast rate that to us it looks like they are here all along. For example your coffee table is made of boundaries, it is square or round and has legs and the legs and edges are boundaries. The atoms and molecules that make up matter, are phasing in and out so fast that we perceive it to be here and existing in a solid state. So the matter that makes up your coffee table seems like it is here as a solid thing all the time.
If I am not mistaken, science did not even know about string theory at that time, but now science has "discovered" that atoms and molecules do in fact phase in and out on vibrational frequency so fast that the speed defies our human brain to perceive it. So we think the coffee table is here at all "times". But it isn't. So where is it when it isn't here? It is in a different reality. That is why science calls it string theory; because the atoms bounce back here into our reality for almost unmeasurable amounts of time and are somewhere else when they are not here. This goes a long way to actually scientifically proving that other realities exist.
I remember going to an open Uni day at Wollongong Uni in the early 80's and talking to one of the science teachers. I brought up the theory that atoms do not exist here in a solid state to see what his take on it at that time was, and he brushed me off as a bit of a nut and told me that I should go and talk to the Philosophy people. Lol. Hey the world really isn't flat. who would'a thought. (At least this world we mass consciousnessly created isn't.) So there you have my explanation of how time doesn't really exist. I hope that answers the question with clarity, and welcome any more questions or conundrums about this subject and ask you all to feel free to pose them. Cheers, Nikky Radinger
