Has a few insanely powerful breakers combined with very versatile pivots that make it very hard to sweep this team.
No proper fire type so this team may have issues with getting around certain pokemon like Scizor and Celesteela but that is up to the player.
Doesn't seem very hazard oriented which is strange with Mega Mawile, who can break down entire teams after a couple hazards are down, but has several very reliable defoggers so will be safe against spikes themselves.
Lower tier team members seem somewhat questionable. Team already has top quality defog in Torn-T and Mew, Lurantis is not useful here, there are several other grasses that could have been picked instead. Ambipom is a meme. Still the front mons are good enough that it may make up for it. B+

AwesomeTorterra Nottingham Forretress
Team relying on mostly defensive pivots with a few volt-turners to keep momentum. Seems difficult to break on the surface, but lacks a few key resistances that could be problematic against the wrong teams.
Team passes on several important typings such as Grass, Fighting, and Rock that leave it open to strategies like normalspam, Manaphy/Keldeo, and Weavile, to name a few. Mons are bulky enough on their own that they should be able to hold up at full health but with chip this team is going to crumble pretty hard to common offensive pressure.
Has effective offensive and defensive hazard control, tspikes on cofag means this team should be able to beat opposing defense teams in a battle of attrition if used properly
Good use of team members at all tiers, value mons in all slots. Except Rapidash, I have no idea what that's about, but I guess when you have to grab a T5 fire type...
Main issue with this team is that it seems to lack a real win condition or gameplan besides switch a lot and try to outlast the opponent, which isn't really as effective as it used to be, and this team will fall apart after some chip to the right mons. Depends on how good the opponents it plays against are. B

Yuki Shibuya Sylveon
Has some personal favorites of mine but everything seems arranged around trying to bust holes in the opponent with immediate power options...which is less effective when you are choosing pokemon with STABS that have immunities.
This team has Bulutran which is a strong af core, other mons seem strangely arranged which I will touch on later. Overall most bases are covered but this team really wanted a ground type more than anything else with its number of electric weaks which may come back to be a problem.
Fini makes no sense on a team with webs focus, should have been Primarina and Fini could have been something else like Salamence, Blacephalon, etc that terrorizes teams under webs. Team still has reasonably good hazard control and placement all the same.
Feels like some mons don't synergize very well. Bulutran and Drifblim are obvious yes-es but then you get into stuff like Gallade and Sneasel which just stacks weaknesses with other team members without providing too much that another mon couldn't have done better. Feels like mons were picked on-the-go rather than with a plan to form a coherent offense team that Galvantula would shine in. C+

ItzWhateva Sacramento Nidokings
Has a dangerous combination of up-front power and set up sweepers. That said, not many of the mons in question boast many useful immunities, so it may be tough to actually manuever into a position to get momentum going in the first place considering this team lacks many volt-turners.
Team seems to cover almost every important typing, Is not excessively weak to any one typing nor has it stacked up on any one offensive typing too much.
Has many good Stealth Rock setters and defoggers to back it up. Its mons are in a weird place where they are strong enough to get by without spikes, but not strong enough nor good enough at keeping momentum that spikes would actually greatly enhance this team, so I can forgive the lack of a spiker.
This team's back few mons are highly defensive and fill important roles, suiting the front mons well. I personally think Togetic is the most ass mon in the world but it does have some good immunities and Baton Pass so maybe it will bring some much-needed momentum to the table. If played well this team has a lot of potential, but played carelessly it can be just as bad. I can't find many objective complaints. A-/A

Has an interesting mix of frustratingly good pivots and slow breakers. Mega Heracross is garbage, should have drafted Mega Audino instead, would have gotten more value out of it. Also missing some speed, Cinccino notwithstanding the fastest real mon is Thundurus-I which is not bad but something else above 115 would have been nice.
This team has most of the important typings, it has passed on Rock and Dark which can really hurt vs certain strategies like birdspam and when trying to shut down certain Psyshock Calm Mind sweepers. Also sucks because you're wanting to maintain a lot of momentum with this roster and not having good multiple good Knock Off switchins is a serious blow to that strategy. Hopefully Necrozma, Ditto, and Avalugg can prove good enough to pull their weight against those sorts of threats.
This team has solid rocks setters, a reliable defogger and a low-tier spinner that may struggle to get the job done. Necrozma, Chandelure, Thundurus, and Azumarill really want to keep hazards away to function properly so Flygon is probably going to have to do a lot of a work.
I feel like this team's set-up options are going to have a really hard time actually sweeping, Heracross is notoriously bad at getting going on its own and Flygon needs to Defog too much to actually pull anything off. It's really up to Thundurus and Necrozma. That said those mons are very diverse and consistent sweepers, so it may work. I give this team the grade I do because the mons on it are very solid in their roles, even if I feel like the team as a whole may fail to come together slightly, it will probably be able to win games just by virtue of those mons' consistency and strength. B+

Ghostricker U.S. 'Bees
This team has some of the most threatening combos in the game stacked up. Koko-Hawlucha is scary as hell, Rotom-H/Chesnaught is unbelievably frustrating and plays into Ghostricker's strengths very well. As a whole this team can very easily take and hold momentum from any opponent it wishes until it's ready to strike.
As far as typings go this team is flawless, everything is covered except Normal but I don't think this team is really missing it. Could have possibly gone Liepard/Lickilicky or something in the free slots to address that but there's nothing wrong with any choice that I can see here.
Has all hazards represented and represented well. Scizor is one of the best offensive defoggers in the game, Mega Latios can also turn up in a pinch, Rotom speaks for itself. Can break down opposing teams with hazard stacking or protect itself from the same very easily.
Make no mistake, this team has threats coming from every angle. Almost every single member of this team can threaten a sweep in some capacity, function as a pivot, or boast raw power depending on what is needed. Incredible diversity and capability that is rivaled by almost no other team in this league, and it stays safe while doing so thanks to the amount of safety net it gives itself with recovery potential. A+

Pi Dallas Marshadows
Team seems to heavily feature positioning into an endgame where one of its 180-tier picks can sweep. A combination of mons that are good but can't win games on their own, combined with mons that need help to win games. Needs to be careful to lose mons in the right order to avoid getting stuck with no way to win.
Team seems to be eschewing most common typing cores in favor of going ahead with its own strategy. While this isn't bad if the strategy is good enough, it does mean that it is the kind of team that can suffer from being shoehorned into bringing certain mons in certain matchups, which can be taken advantage of.
Has the Qwilfish and Donphan hazard engine which is stupid good for the cost, but does get worn down over time, mostly good against offensive teams. Will rely on MAbsol really heavily to keep the threats of hazards at bay for matchups where Donphan is not viable, which may not work.
This team has a lot of potential to roll over opponents if its game plan gets going, and it has the mons to make things happen for it. That said, if it goes against someone who can read the team and knows what to expect, it may fall flat, as its mons also have very well defined counters and can be beaten consistently by those counters. It will be up to the player to adapt in their toughest matchups if they want to win. B

Dah Dah Dancing dittO's
It's the MKang team. Except this MKang team also has the terrifying momentum of RaiLando paired with the frighteningly good typing combo of Celebi-Volcanion, backed up by the cancer of Umbreon. You are all stupid for having T2 Raikou with T1 Volcanion btw. This league has the absolute worst tierings.
This team really does have almost all the bases covered. It's missing a Dragon, but ultimately those are optional, you don't draft Dragon to cover types. The only thing that may hurt is not having a Poison type to absorb TSpikes.
In SM this team would have been straight fucked on hazards but since Lando-T gets Defog now for some godforsaken reason, it's fine. Lando doesn't -really- want to be a defogger though, and Hitmonlee is not a real rapid spinner, so this team might fall afowl of hazards if it makes misplays.
In my opinion this team has everything it needs to win. Railando into Wobb opens up so many possibilities for just ending games. In practice, the main strategies these teams will employ do have counters, and it does objectively have a few gaps that keep it from being perfect like the burden Lando-T will have to shoulder to keep this game functioning, and the amount of punishment this team can take from mispredicts like eating the wrong HP or getting Taunted on the wrong mons. Still, very scary overall and I'll be amazed if the player manages to blow this. A

MVenu into Skarm is a 1-2 that kicks off a great cancer stall core. Fortunately the team doesn't go full stall and does have some killer breakers to mix things up, but if those are weathered this is going to be one of those teams.
Team has a number of important Electric vulnerabilities and then drafts Piloswine as the Ground type. Piloswine is a dumpster mon pretending to be a Ground type. I fully expect to see this roster routinely punished by Electric and Rock types for this. Also has one mon to beat Flying and Psychic each, which tends to be fairly important when headlining Mega Venusaur. No, Skarm and Musharna won't beat any good Psychics any time soon. It's like the team started off with several excellent gamewinning balance picks and then decided to not support any of them properly by then drafting a bunch of glass cannons and subpar low-tier mons.
Team has some real fans of Defog in its ranks, which is great because Rotom-Spin and Skarm are highly reliable defoggers. Skarm also functions as a quality hazard platform on its own, although with the amount of weight it will have to pull covering for the rest of the team it likely won't ever get to use Spikes. A bit light on hazards overall for my tastes considering what this team wants to do, but it will be able to field a defogger every week which is the important part with Darmanatian and Dragonite.
As stated previously, the team is like two misshapen halves glued together. Rotom-Spin is an excellent budgetmon now thanks to Defog but the rest of the later choices are odd in my opinion. It's entirely possible the rest of the league can forget how to play against them and give this team wins anyways but as far as MVenu teams go I've seen much better. C

Interesting offensive team that ends up super heavy on the Fighting-Psychic-Dark triangle. Obviously wants to win with late game MLop/Weavile sweeps but whether it has the tools to do so is debatable.
This team obviously started with the two Fighting-weak glass cannon high tier picks and then spent the rest of the draft compensating for that. The issue with how it was done is that this roster is still going to have issues with Fighting types packing Knock Off since none of those mons have Z-crystals unless they consistently all run Colbur. This team is also missing a Fire type and its Bug resists are problematically frail for the most part so it's not going to enjoy going up vs Scizor, or any U-turn heavy spam. It gets around the issues of not having a Rock type by featuring Rotom-Wash and Bronzong which is a good defensive combo.
Speaking of Rotom-Wash and Bronzong, this is a good hazard control combo now featuring very reliable Rocks and very reliable Defog. Stunfisk and Tornadus can also feature if necessary. Not exceptional, not bad. The hazards any team baseline needs.
This team will be relying very heavily on its high-tier picks to win games. Amoonguss, Bronzong, and Guzzlord are not bad mons, but they are not going to close games out unless they are in heavily favorable situations. As such, any team with consistent and reliable counters to these mons can already formulate a game plan for winning, meaning this team will need to put in some serious work or creativitiy to achieve its goals. Not a highly flawed team but another one that's going to have to play well to consistently win, which makes it not exceptional either. B-

Ninja The Unreliable Unown
The sand team of the league consisting of mostly balance mons outside of the sand abusers. Backed up by MZam for a speed tier, which is by no means a bad choice. After that it's Talonflame and then basically nothing unless Sand is up, but that doesn't necessarily mean all bad things.
Team covers itself intelligently in the back end of the draft type-wise. Only type it is missing is Bug, which is whatever, it has the things Bug does covered already.
Excadrill and Gigalith are exceptional rocks setters and Excadrill is also probably the best spinner in the game. Rotom-C is a nice defogger for when Excadrill needs all of its move slots, and Hydreigon can contribute too if it has to. Garbodor brings the very important and appreciated double Spikes, which this team benefits greatly from.
The major flaw that must be pointed out is the inconsistent speed tiering outside of sand which can come back to bite no matter how many good anti-sweeper mons a team has, there's no substitute for revenging or bluffing scarf when it comes to trying to gain momentum. Hydreigon and Rotom-C are good momentum mons for days when the team has to forego sand, though. A very middling team that has clearly defined strengths and weaknesses. It has a lot of potential for surprises, but, the Pokemon on this team so very often run very standard sets for good reasons, which may limit the outplay potential this team can really bring, thus further solidifying the mold this team may fall victim to. 69Spent a while looking at this team trying to figure out where it was going. It has some obvious combos like the two regenerators, MDiancie and Magnezone, but nothing exceptional that makes me think "I'm glad I'm not facing that". Seems to be a balance team in the end.
This team has every type represented through good dual-typing, and then has Kecleon for good measure. It might hurt having Diancie-Mega as the Fairy since it's very limited and doesn't fill the traditional bulky Fairy role but it's not a huge loss, either.
Garchomp gets Stealth Rock, Mandibuzz is an exceptional defogger...and then that's it. Drapion has Toxic Spikes but I'll be amazed to ever see it with them. Kecleon gets Stealth Rock but it's pretty redundant with one of the best Stealth Rockers in the game in that regard. It's very strange that this team is so light on hazards and hazard control since it looks like the kind of team that absolutely needs to be running the hazard game, to me, since it suffers heavily from them and benefits greatly from racking up chip. MDiancie is an obvious deterrent with Magic Bounce but you can't always rely on that because there isn't always a safe time to bring it in to Mega Evolve, and it just flat out doesn't work in some matchups.
As stated previously this team is academically balanced, but the synergy in practice between its mons just seems...meh. As someone who greatly enjoys going the 4-120 tier mon route, I expect to see a lot more excitement out of the 120-tier picks than defensive mons that half-cover each other and don't really accomplish anything. They don't even really cover the top tier picks that well, either, Magnezone is the only one that really stands out in that regard but it's one of four. Heracross, Kyurem, and Magmortar are strong, but not the kind of strong that will be able to take advantage of the long-game that the rest of the team is trying to encourage. Maybe I'll be proven wrong but I don't expect to be thrilled by this team. C

Many things with wings on this team. A respectable balance showing, these Pokemon have a collectively excellent combination of momentum tools and longevity. Can close out games with some fantastic cleaners in MScizor and Latias.
Silvally technically means that every type is represented, although in practice this isn't really likely what's going to end up happening. One thing I would have liked to see doubled up on would be another water type, since Mantine does not resist Ice and this team has some serious Ice fright going on, even with Mega Scizor.
Hazards are fairly lacking here, it's just Rhyperior. No shortage of defoggers, though, no less than five consistent and reliable options exist on this team, which kind of makes one wonder if the player could have passed on one of them to round out the team's hazard game a bit better, Swampert instead of Mantine for example.
Many of these mons represent versatility and longevity. Not a lot of them represent up front power, which may make it difficult to close out games against more durable teams unless they let you set up. Linoone and Dodrio both seem oddly redundant, if not with the rest of the team than with each other. Either of those could be something else to help provide more up-front strength like Hariyama or to bring more type variety like Incineroar. With some changes this team could be top caliber but it's got some obvious flaws holding it back. B+

Yahi Egyptian Pyroars
Wallbreaker central. This team has the closest to a HO bent that exists in the league. Backs it up with Dugtrio and Xatu who both represent excellent tools for teams seeking to end games decisively.
Team is conspicuously missing several normally important types like Electric and Fighting which would normally be a huge problem, but the whole point of HO isn't to be balanced. Whoever has Volcanion and Snorlax will have a field day with this roster, though, among other problematic combinations that this team will need to be creative to get around.
Ferrothorn (and Dugtrio, if necessary) will set hazards. Xatu will dissuade them from being set. That's it, that's all it really needs, HO teams don't have the team space to waste on multiple pokemon that are dedicated to hazard control.
Overall, the problem with HO teams in draft leagues is that they work well until the first person counterteams them and then it all goes downhill. The second someone brings the train to a halt with an unexpected counter-mechanic, that fight is usually over. That said there's a whole lot of immediate power and versatility in these mons, so it's possible that it might have a few tricks to show. Vanilluxe feels out of place but Hail is a useful tool, it would have been better if there were more weather teams to counter with it. This team might do better than I'm opting to rate it but this is my subjective PR listing so prove me wrong, lol. B-

Gellz Los Angeles Infernape
This team is a good example of how to give stall teams nightmares without falling prey to predictability or having to sacrifice the ability to go long if necessary. Many excellent mixed options and some of the best in format sweepers, coupled with overall bulky mons in the back. The fact that MBee is the only mon above 110 speed is going to be problematic, , though.
This team covers its typings decently, Spiritomb is a very good mon for that as is Nidoqueen. Lacking a Rock OR Steel type on a team this slow is unacceptable, however. Pokemon like Staraptor, Swellow, and Mega Lopunny will go to town on this team, as will many scarfed pokemon. While pokemon like Porygon2 and Mesprit are bulky enough to take hits in many cases, they have their limits and having to cover as much as this team will require them to is going to exceed those limits.
Infernape, Nidoqueen, and Roserade give this team fantastic hazard options. Togekiss is a fine defogger as can be Fatmence if it must do so. Considering how hard this team will be pushing MBee, it probably would have appreciated a spinner instead of yet another fatmon somewhere in the roster.
This team's picks are all bulky and versatile, which makes them great glue in a vacuum. But when all you have is a big bottle of glue, you aren't going to win any races, which this team needs to do more of. Manaphy and Infernape have no speed boosting options aside from Scarf, which will be tough to utilize on this team due to the limited clearing ability it has and the fact that its clearers are both weak to rocks themselves. Bottom line is this team has reasonable ability to keep momentum, and it has great tools to use once it has that mommentum, but against many of the stronger teams in this league there's no way it's going to be able to get that momentum in the first place unless the opponent misplays. Which, given the coverage options that some of these Pokemon have, may be possible to force them into misplays. But if you can't set your own gameplan independent of the opponent, and have to rely on their reactions to win, that's not setting yourself up for success. C+

King Clyde Inglewood Infernape
Team is showing off excellent late-pick synergy with early mons to create an environment they can excel in. So many of the picks are under-tiered in this league, making the team extremely strong both in parts and as a whole as almost every pick has some kind of extra value to it.
Missing typings are Dark and Rock. But, featuring Aurora Veil, you can get away with a lot more missing types. Zeraora and the various priority options on this team will crush many of the faster pokemon that Dark and Rock usually cover if given the chance, and Veil can cover for anything that has to take a hit from them. All of the stronger offensive typings are covered by pokemon well-designed to take hits from them.
Cobalion and Lycanroc are both setters that operate very well with four moves but don't mind giving up a slot for rocks if they must. Tsareena is very reliable hazard clear and Komala has the unique property of being immune to Toxic Spikes. Golbat can defog also, although personally I think Golbat is total trash and you could come out on top replacing it with Slaking if you want a meme.
This team has a very clearly defined game plan of wearing down the opponent with strong hits until one of the cleaners can go to town, and Zygarde behind Aurora Veil is a very, very good cleaner. Last mon Zygarde sweeping is a very time-tested strategy this generation and every team must have an answer for it. I respect that the T5 mons were picked, they represent good immunities and preserving of momentum which is the best you can hope for from a T5. If played properly this team will be a real challenge. *A*
you're still dense for trying to convince me that Lurantis is T4 though
