1Setup Gmail to send and receive your domain.com account
2Go to cpanel -> Setup Mail client -> Get the info of Secure SSL/TLS settings -> Go to gmail.com -> Gear Icon -> Settings ->Accounts and import -> Add a mail account(check mails from other accounts) -> Add mail accoount -> domain email address -> next -> import emails from my other account(pop3) -> Next -> Add the manual settings informatiomn -> check all except Archieve incoming messages -> Add account -> Yes -> Next -> Change name to show what name you want on the email -> Treat as alias -> Set smtp server -> Add account -> Get verificaattion code -> Go to setting again -> select which email you want to use, domain email or gmail -> done

4Outlook client to send and receive your domain.com account
5Go to cpanel -> Email accounts -> Configure email client -> Get the info of Secure SSL/TLS settings -> Open outlook -> Go to preference -> Accounts -> Other email -> Use domain email info -> username is also domain email -> use type "pop" -> input the "manual settings info" (use ssl) -> done

7Macmail to send and receive your domain.com account
8Go to cpanel -> Setup Mail client -> Get the info of Secure SSL/TLS settings -> open mac mail -> go to top conner and then accounts -> select icloud and click plus sign -> scroll down click on add other accounts -> click on mail account -> put your domain email info -> Sign in -> Add the manual settings informatiomn (select pop) -> You can edit the desription -> done

11Setup O365
12Login to microsoft online -> enter your o365 admin account and sign in ->  domain section -> add a domain -> Let's get started -> it will ask to enter the domain name -> next -> don't leave the micosoft page open new tab for advance zone edittor, copy the txt info add txt record in advance zone edittor it will approximately have 15 mins - 4 hours to take effect -> click on I have added the record -> it will verify the info -> next -> click on updated selected user -> next -> you can add new users -> next -> update dns records "click on no I will manage my own dns" -> check all -> next -> enter all the dns record info provided on screen -> delete all the old mx record -> give it 15min-4 hours -> go back to microsoft page and click on finish.
