3dax (aka rww) is one of Freenode IRC network admins.

5He is known for demonstrating unconductive and harsh behaviour to users, who disagree with his opinion on the IRC network by banning them with reasons irrelevant to reality.
6His bans are usually based not on conscientiousness, but his personal opinion and current feelings, as for example, I got banned from a channel he was op on for telling him I disliked his discombobulating speech, when he joined in the middle of conversation, without being aware of the subject and I was about putting him on my ignore list. Some of you may think that putting a staffer into ignore list is not usual practice, but believe me or not, this is turned to be common practice among regular Freenode users in relation to some staffers lately, because many of them do not follow general channel guidelines they wrote by themselves (https://freenode.net/changuide).
7As long as Freenode staff will bully their network users, they will get respective response from us, users of the network we always respected and loved.
