4So in other important news. I've taken an RP hiatus. My current IRL situation is sapping any and all will I have to RP. Lately it's been less fun, and more of an obligation. I feel less like I'm Rping for fun, and more like I'm only Rping to avoid letting anyone down. Well. I can't handle that anymore. So for the foreseeable future, I will not be taking RP offers. If you still wish to give me one, then leave a note. I'll get to it when I feel like it. Harsh as this is, depression isn't something to pussy foot around. 65Twilight is known as a very eccentric pony. This is obvious to anyone who meets her. Twilight is what you would call an "Uber Geek"/"Research enthusiast". Since a young age she has always had her nose buried in a book. She became a librarian once just so she could read all she wanted without having to pay late fees! Book smarts is something Twilight has an overabundance of. She is prone to taking her research too far sometimes. She's known to lose sleep over just needing to "finish this thesis real quick". Her favorite subject to study is magic. This goes along with her special talent. She's mastered and learned many different types of magics and spells. She tends to research whatever else happens to interest her at the time. Twilight possesses a very analytical mind, and she makes good use of it. She tends to approach situations calmly, always trying to find the best solution the problem. Twilight is known for having a terrible diet. She eats mostly sweets and junk food. Her alicorn metabolism combined with magic burning calories affords her this luxury.

67This isn't to say she doesn't have her moments however. Twilight is known for having a case of OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder). This means that when she's fixated on something, she cannot leave it alone. She'll often abandon eating or sleeping in order to continue her research. During these times it falls to her friends to gently (or by force) get Twilight to start taking care of herself! Twilight is prone to panic attacks if things are not going her way. This includes hyperventilating at times. Princess Cadence has since taught her methods to calm herself down during these times. It's not all bad for Twilight however. She's a loyal, loving, caring, and surprisingly devout friend. Twilight knows that without her friends, she would never have gotten as far as she has. Once Twilight has accepted someone as a friend, she carries them in her heart at all times. Friendship and it's mysterious magic potential. Twilight considers this her true calling. Her destiny.

69Twilight herself remains very humble about her title. She is neither arrogant nor overly prideful about being a Princess. She's worried about the future. Living up to expectations. Failing during trying times. She has her share of worries, but this never stops her from approaching each and every trial with determination! She believes that no matter the hurdle, as long as her friends are with her then she can succeed! That won't stop her from losing sleep time to time of course. Luckily Twilight still knows how to enjoy herself when around her friends. Parties with Pinkie and her friends, A spa day with Rarity to decompress, helping Fluttershy with her animals, helping Applejack organize the apple harvest, or flying lessons with Rainbow Dash. Twilight takes each new day with enthusiasm and determination.

72Twilight's appearance is unique to say the last. The most noticeable features one notice happen to be Twilight's wings and horn. Twilight is one of only four alicorn ponies. She has the horn of a unicorn (which she was born with) along with the wings of a pegasi. Her horn is longer then any unicorn's however. Her wingspan is larger then the average pegasus as well. This is due to her ascendance into an alicorn Princess. She a bit taller then most other ponies her age as well. This alone makes her stand out among the crowd. These features would give Twilight a regal appearance if it wasn't well, Twilight.

74Twilight's mane is long and very "Geeky". It's kept simple in design though very well kept. Silky smooth one might say. Her hair is either long enough to go down past her lower back, or short enough that it only comes down to her neck. Twilight has mastered a spell that allows her to grow her hair out at a rapid rate. This means she has the luxury of deciding how long her hair will be on any given day. Provided she doesn't mind paying to get it cut! Her mane is moderate sapphire blue with moderate violet and brilliant rose streaks color wise. Twilight's eyes are considered by her to be her best feature. Her eyes are moderate violet in color, and are often hidden behind reading glasses. (They are enchanted, she actually doesn't need them to see).

76The main color of Twilight's fur is pale, light grayish mulberry. Purple in layman's terms. Twilight's body is something of debate among most. She herself doesn't view herself as anything special, while others see her as a goddess. Her figure is a subdued hourglass. She isn't as curvy as Rarity, but she isn't as subdued as Rainbow Dash. She's a nice middle ground among her peer group. Her chest sits at an impressive D cup. This is mostly due to Twilight's diet. Twilight's most distinguishing feature however happens to be her pleasant hips and gorgeous sparkle butt. Her rump isn't too large, but is perfectly shaped. Hips wide, but not too wide. She possesses shapely legs as well, ending in the typical pony hooves (or feet on preference).

78Twilight's clothing choices are a bit eccentric as well. She tends to wear casual clothing most of the time. Skirts, comfortable dress shirts, plain black shoes, stockings. Nothing too outlandish. She does have her more impressive outfits however. Rarity makes all of her clothing by hand after all. Twilight's beautiful dresses are often perfectly tailored, matching her fur and accenting her natural beauty. These types of dresses are only worn for important events of course. Royal robes are made by the 'royal tailor', and are even more impressive. Twilight isn't fond of them however, as they look too grand for her tastes. Twilight's most often worn article of clothing however is her lab coat. Being the researcher she is, she often deals with slightly dangerous magics.. Only slightly. As such, she has a thick, sturdy lab coat along with gloves and boots. All of Twilight's clothing has her cutie mark featured upon it. Her insignia if you will.

That was a question once posed by Twilight to Spike. The answer? Twilight is simply really, really talented when it comes to magic. As a young filly, Twilight caught the eye of Celestia herself. The Alicorn Princess of the day commented she had "never seen a unicorn with so much raw potential before!" Twilight was tested by Celestia. Twilight had to hatch a dragon egg using magic. Twilight was successful in doing this (after a little chaos and help from Rainbow Dash). Twilight studied under Celestia for years as her protege. It wasn't until recently that she 'graduated' from Celestia's tutelage, becoming the Element of Magic. What makes Twilight so skilled in the magical arts? Well, a few things.

81First and foremost, she studies. A lot. A lot is putting it mildly. Twilight 'obsesses' over magic. She studies all day, all night. She is a perfectionist as well. She isn't satisfied until she's mastered whatever spell she's studying. Once she has, she simply moves onto the next spell. She often studies several spells at once as well. Studying isn't the only reason for Twilight's magical success however. She is also a fast learner. Twilight has on more then one occasion been able to see a spell a few times, then know the basics of how to use it. An example being when she copied a dark magic spell used by Celestia, which was later used by Twilight to uncover a hidden passage in Sombra's castle. Studious, fast learner. What else does Twilight have going for her? Her special talent as a Unicorn (former).

83Twilight's special talent is simply magic itself. To put this into perspective. A DJ can skin records. A guitar player well, plays guitar. A singer sings. What if a person was able to do all of that and more? That is Twilight. She is gifted in magic in all it's form. There are limits to Twilight's abilities however. She is unable to use specialized magic that involves another Unicorn's special talent. This means that while Twilight understands how Rarity's gem finding magic works, Twilight is unable to reproduce it in any way. Nonetheless, all these advantages have made Twilight a powerful and skill magic user. Her great magical potential has even led to her being recognized by the Princesses. Why, she is even one of them now. The transformation into an Alicorn has given her a large boost in native magical reserves as well. This is at the cost of a glaring weakness however.[/sub][/color][/color][color=pink]

She has quite a few underneath her belt, and she's always learning more. Time travel (something she was only able to do once mind you), silencing spells, movement stopping spells, the infamous want it need it spell, offensive, defensive, transformation. Twilight's magic is multi-faceted and unique. The Alicorn transformation has also given her a far deeper reserve of magic energy, at a cost however. This next section will list some of Twilight's more famous magic spells, and will end with her unique condition.

89ᘛ    Telekinesis    ᘚ 
90The simplest form of magic known to Twilight (and most any who use magic), is Telekinesis. Twilight is able to move objects using her will and magic alone. Twilight's ability ranges from simply turning the pages of a book, to moving a house if the need arose for it. She often uses the magic to move ponies out of the way if she's trying to get to a book she wants. Of course, Spike appreciates this type of magic. Saves him having to always head to the top shelf to grab a book for Twilight! This is the simplest form of Unicorn magic, and most all Unicorns have access to it. Twilight has been shown to use Telekinesis to great effect as well. If need may be, she has enough latent magic to move an entire house! Not that she would. It would still tax her greatly.

92ᘛ   Teleportation    ᘚ
93Twilight's most commonly used spell is a teleportation spell. She is able to magically transport herself short distances, to long distances. Twilight is able to do this effortlessly if she is only teleporting herself a short distance. She has the ability to teleport others as well. The longer the distance and the more people going with her, the bigger toll this takes upon her magical reserves (Resulting in becoming physically tired). Twilight tends to 'bamf' around all the time. Often teleporting past doors instead of opening them, or teleporting from one room to the next! Teleporting is one of the few ways Twilight tends to abuse her magic talents more then she should.

95ᘛ   Offensive Magic    ᘚ
96Channeling magic for offensive purposes is one of Twilight's specialties. Twilight most commonly channels energy beams from her horn, using her latent magical energy. These blasts can range from the strength of a stun gun, to being strong enough to knock out a large beast. There have even been times where Twilight had enough magical power to level a town! (though at the time she was imbued with the powers of the other Princesses). Twilight tends to favor the short to long range energy blasts more then anything else. She is learning other offensive spells however.

98ᘛ   Defensive Magic    ᘚ
99For an Alicorn Princess, you'd be surprised to learn that Twilight favors defensive magic over offensive. Twilight is more concerned with defending her friends then doing any real damage. Why? Princess of Friendship. Can't make friends with someone if you blast them with purple death beams. Barriers are Twilight's specialty. They are formed as domes of magic that ward of other magical attacks. In some cases they can ward off physical attacks as well. Every hit the barriers take does wear on Twilight's stamina however. The most powerful defensive spell Twilight has at her disposal is something she calls "The World". She creates a spherical dome of her magic that then freezes all movement within by stopping time within the area. (Za! Warudo!). Twilight has mastered another spell that allows her to silence a certain area within the sphere of magic as well.

101ᘛ   Transformation Magic    ᘚ
102Magic that allows the transformation of one living (or non living) thing into another living (or non living) thing. Transformation cannot create live however. One cannot transform say a rock, into an actual pony. Stone Golems however are completely possible. Twilight herself is only able to transformation objects into other objects (she's still learning that one as well) or transform ponies into other creatures. Twilight once turned herself and her five friends into Breezies. Purely to get the small creatures home of course. Twilight herself has said she could turn a pony into Griffon, if only temporarily. A little bit of gender transformation is not beyond her grasp either. She has the ability to temporarily change her mare bits into stallion bits. This is only done for fun in the bedroom of course.

105Twilight's experience with dark magic is far more intimate then it should be. Dark magic corrupts by nature. This corruption has spread to Twilight as well. Her studies delved too deep one day, corrupting her enough to give her fledgling fangs. Those such as King Sombra have much larger fangs as a result. The magic has also cursed her with an inner beast. The beast is unleashed whenever her corruption reaches a certain point. Why use dark magic at all when these risks are present? Simply because it's powerful. Twilight hopes to uncover the source of dark magic corruption and either cure or suppress it. Thus allowing dark magic to be used freely! Whether she achieves this goal is up for heavy debate. You know Twilight though. She won't stop trying until she succeeds.

107ᘛ   Alicorn Hyper Sensitivus    ᘚ 
108A condition born when Twilight became an Alicorn. The massive surge of magic that poured into her threw off her bodies natural systems. Think about what happens if lightning strikes a computer most of the time. The sudden surge of magic blasted Twilight's five senses and kicked them up into overdrive. "Taste, Touch, Smell, Hearing, Sight," all of them were supercharged. While this may sound like an advantage, it's actually a massive handicap to Twilight. Twilight can longer handle strong tasting food due to her enhanced sense of taste. She can no longer handle too how or too low of temperatures due to her enhanced sense of touch. Twilight constantly complains about being to smell, hear, and see 'everything'. Twilight has been dealing with this condition for only half a year now. It's something she's developed spells to counteract, but hopes to find a more permanent solution in the future. This condition is also unique to Twilight, though the super charging of one aspect is not unique to just Twilight. All Alicorns are afflicted with their own version of this handicap. Naturally, I play Spike with my Twilight as well. There are a few key differences between the way I play him, vs how he is in the show. The first and most noticeable change is his age. I play him as 16. A teenager and much older then his canon counterpart. The relationship between himself and Twilight is also explored more in detail. They are mother and son, brother and sister, partners in crime. The relationship between the pair is hard to pin down to any sort of absolute. It's that type of ambiguity I rather enjoy in regards to the two of them. Spike acts as a foil to Twilight. When Twilight passes out in her chair at night, Spike tucks her in. Where Twilight wants to delve in as deep into her research as possible, Spike reels in her in. In most cases I play Spike as being more responsible then Twilight is. He is the glue that holds her together. This isn't to say Spike doesn't still have his own share quirks and oddities however. Spike is central to RP with Twilight. Whether he is regulated to the background or not, he will always be featured.[/sub][/color][/color][color=green]

He's played anywhere between the ages of 16 (default) and 18. With this update in age, comes an update in personality. He's more mature then his canon counterpart. He's grown into a dependable young dragon. Whatever Twilight needs, Spike can provide. This means more then just organizing books or fetching them for her as well. Spike grooms Twilight. Keeping her neat and clean, reminding her to bathe, reminding her to sleep! When Twilight delves too far into her studies and forgets to do these things, Spike is right there to reel her back in.

115This isn't to say that Spike doesn't still have his own immaturity left over. Spike is still a comic book nerd of the highest caliber. He's even got quite the impressive collection stashed away! He's prone to blunt outbursts and can be a bit of a troublemaker at times. He's flustered easily by genuine compliments as well. He has a bad habit of downplaying the compliment a few times before finally relenting. Then there's his old crush on Rarity. That has evolved with time as well. While he still melts if Rarity flashes her eyes and calls him Spikey Wikey, he isn't as gullible to believe he has much of a chance with her. Instead he views her as a great friend and an unobtainable beauty. As far as possible romantic interests go, Spike looks to the CMC more then anyone these days.

117Another key difference between my Spike and the canon Spike is his new found bravery and abilities in combat. If Twilight can be considered your typical Sorceress , then Spike is her Rouge. He's quick on his feet and speedy. He isn't going to be winning any power lifting records though. He's still young however so who knows about in the future? Spike has learned to pick locks. A skill he picked up from who knows where. He uses scrolls and his own fire to conjure weapons to his side. The most notable being the crossbow. When out in the field with Twilight, he acts as the scout for her. Sensing out danger and letting her know what to prepare for. He's also gotten a small case of sticky fingers. Though this rarely comes into play with his friends. As far as everyone knows...

119Spike is older, more experienced, and much more useful to his best friend. In essence however, he's still the same Spike. A lovable, goof ball dragon with a lust for knowledge of his own. Wishing to learn more about his own dragon kind and struggling with being torn between two worlds. If only a little. The final note I will make here is Twilight always comes with Spike. This is non-negotiable. What is negotiable is what sort of role he plays within RP. He can be an integral part, or he can simply be a background character. This would mean he's only mentioned when it's important. In either case however, Spike will always be there.

Twilight's castle was gifted to her after the event with Tirek concluded. Her home had been completely obliterated by Tirek during the fight unfortunately. This would have left Twilight homeless had the Tree of Harmony not gifted her with a crystal castle based loosely on the Golden Oaks Library. While the castle doesn't quite feel like home yet, it is getting there. The castle has many rooms and many secrets as well. Twilight herself has used magical means to modify some of the castle's interior to her liking. Her friends have also decorated the castle, preparing rooms and making it all more like a home. Twilight is also able to meld her own magic with the castle, allowing her to change rooms to her liking. In this way, she has added a few rooms to the castle to make it more like a home. The very nature of this castle suggest it to be a "living" magical being, though that remains to be seen. For now, it's Twilight's home.

127The main feature of the castle is the throne room. The room holds six chairs formed in a circle around the Cutie Map. Each throne decorated with one of the Elements of Harmony. Each chair is for one of the Mane Six. At the back of the room in view of all the other chairs is Twilight's throne. The throne of magic. The middle of the room houses the Cutie Map, and all the chairs are arranged in a circle around it. The map itself provides missions of friendship for the mane six. It will pick one, two, to all of them by causing their cutie marks to glow. The map then takes the cutie marks and points to a particular point of Equestria that requires the aid of the chosen heroines. The map can be considered a quest giver. It tasks the mane six with solving the problems of Equestria. This isn't one of the more visited rooms if nothing of note is happening however. The other prominent feature of the throne room is a large magical chandelier, made from the remnants of the Golden Oaks Library. Each crystal decorated upon it holds a memory of Twilight's time in Ponyville.

130The grand bath is located in the middle of the castle, past a long hallway. It is a massive room, filled with crystal pillars. Statues of the four Princess line the room on four different points. Celestia, Luna, Cadence, and Twilight. The statues are naked, wearing only light robes. They hold large pots, pouring water into the bath itself. The bath is a massive pool of heated spring water. The heat is that of a hot spring. The water temperature can also be controlled and changed at Twilight's discretion. The bath gives off an impressive and regal ambiance (as it should since the decor was designed by Rarity). Several chests contain plenty of bathing essentials. These include fancy soaps and shampoos, as well as several grooming kits. Everything one needs for a lavish day at the spa.

133An absolutely massive library located near the front of the castle. Twilight has gone to great lengths to try and fill it with books of all types. Magic books, romance novels, series of stories like the Daring Do books, how too helpful guides, dance lessons, and everything in between. Twilight keeps her new library meticulously cleaned, and can often be found passed out in one of the comfortable chairs. This is where Twilight studies as well. The library is open to the public as the Golden Oaks Library was before it. Just be sure you return those books on time!

136Another large room. A hall fit for an entire banquet. The hall is usually just relegated to breakfast with Twilight's friends however. The hall has a large, rectangular table in the middle. Chairs line the table in a way that allows everyone to chat and enjoy a meal. The room connected to the hall from the left is a fully furnished and stocked kitchen. Perfect for cooking. Twilight hopes to hire a personal chef sometime in the feature. Not for any sort of diet. She just wants more delicious snacks!

139A secret room, hidden from almost everypony. It is located at the very bottom of the castle's basement. The door is hidden behind powerful magic. A barrier spell bars entry as well as hiding the door itself from sight. Only Twilight's magical signature can undo the spell and allow entry. The lab itself is absolutely massive. It contains a library that holds nothing but Twilight's research results and data. It holds a magical inhibiting room. Locked within are magical artifacts that need to be kept away. One such artifact is the Alicorn Amulet. Then there is the research and development room (R&D). This is where Twilight conducts her research and experiments. The lab contains more then just these mentions as well, and Twilight is always expanding it to her liking.

142Perhaps the simplest room within the room. Book shelves line the walls (of course), but other then that it is a simple yet well furnished room. Everything within is designed for comfort. Comfortable chairs for reading. Comfortable lighting for reading. Seems to be a pattern. Her bed is a canopy bed with dark curtains that can be pulled around it. A few magic candles lie around the room for dim lighting. They light with Twilight's magic and glow faintly with a purple glow. Twilight's personal room is located near the top of the castle. Much like it was when she lived in the Golden Oaks Library.

145Spike's room is much more vibrant then Twilight's. Comic book posters line the walls (along with a picture of Rarity, an artistic nude of all things.. Given to him by Rarity.. Hm). The room has a comfortable bed in it, though nothing like Twilight's. The bed feels more like an over sized pet's bed. Believe it or not, he prefers it this way. He has his own reading space as well. Spike's massive collection of comics lies within a special chest that can only be unlocked with his fire breath. He also keeps his special tools in his room, hidden underneath the bed. Why does Spike have a lock picking kit? Why not? Spike's room is very close to Twilight's, across the hall actually.

If the scene calls for a shorter reply, then it's semi para. If I'm building the world or setting up the plot however, that's when it dips into full paragraphs. I'm not too obsessive over my partner's post length however. I just ask that they match my minimum. That means semi para, four lines. This isn't very hard if you follow the post flow chart. Describe what your character is feeling and thinking - react to my character - describe the scenery and world around them - then set up the next scene for my reply. Do this and you'll find hitting that minimum will be child's play!

155A little RP Related note here. "In Medias Res" Is always an option. It means "In the middle of things". We set up a scenario from point A, that will go to point D. We would then start RP at point B or C for the sake of skipping what would otherwise possibly be a long, boring set up. Ask if you'd like to do this. Know however that I won't start in the middle for your sake if you just want to jump into sex. You don't get out of the story half of the pool that easily kiddos! I have one more bit advice for those of you with poor Grammar and spelling. Type up your post in a program that has spelling and grammar checking. The gems are old, usually hidden, and are well sought after. A large one can fetch quite a high price! The gems can be mass produced and recreated, but they are often weaker in power then the gems found in ancient ruins. Many adventurers seek out these gems in order to turn a profit. Magi-Science is also a very popular field within this universe.[/sub][/color][/color]

This version of Canterlot has the most Magi-Tech infused into it. The entire city as far as the gates and other points go is almost completely automated. The royal guard training facility exists here along with the royal guard's main headquarters. The city is large and grandiose, filled with impressive buildings. It constantly radiates an aura of magic. Magi-Science is also heavily featured within Canterlot. The city is mostly populated by Unicorns, though Earth Ponies, Pegasi, and all other species are also welcomed.

170Cloudsdale is still the same floating city in the sky. It is the home of the pegasi and the weather hub of Equestria. Magi-technology is prevalent here. The technology is used to regulate the weather of Equestria. While Cloudsdale is generally populated by Pegasi, all species capable of flight tend to mingle here. The Wonderbolts Academy rests here, as does the main headquarters of the Wonderbolts. A prestigious flight school lies within this floating city as well. Cloudsdale is able to move as well. The entire city is powered by the latent flight magic of the pegasus face. This means the city can, and often does change location. The city itself is beautiful, inspired by a cloud motif.

173Fillydelphia is a more modern city, yet not as grand as Canterlot. The city isn't as big as Manehatten either. It is a city mostly populated by Earth Ponies. These Earth Ponies also live alongside dragons! This city was created by Earth Ponies to welcome all other species. While dragons make up most of the non pony population, there are still many other species living here. It is the melting pot of Equestria. Magi-Tech isn't too prevalent here however. The dragons live in a part of the city known as "Dragon Town". That part of the city is a tourist attraction, known for it's amazing food.

176The main city of trade and commerce within The Magi-Verse's Equestria. Ponies and creatures from all walks of life come to this bustling city to buy, sell, and trade. Items, food, information. News is prevalent here as well. The city is much more modern and less fantasy like then Canterlot or Cloudsdale. Mass produced Magi-Tech tools and devices are sold here. Small devices such as lights, music players, and the like. Manehatten is also home to the Adventurer's guild. The guild hands out tasks to complete, paying for them. Whether it be solving problems, exploring ancient ruins for Life gems, or simply helping out townsfolk with their troubles. Those who wish to explore the world all eventually end up at the guild.

179A simple town, populated by Earth Ponies, Pegasi, and Unicorns. It is a sleepy town of no particular note. The most striking feature of this quaint town happens to be the large castle in the middle. The castle is home to Twilight Sparkle, as is the town. It is known as the town of beginnings mostly due to how the fourth Princess of Equestria started her journey here. Ponyville is to this day the heart of soul of Twilight Sparkle's 'kingdom'. This is also the home of all of the mane six. Save for Rainbow Dash who lives in Cloudsdale. The town is famous for it's simple yet pleasing atmosphere. It is far removed from the hustle and bustle of the big cities. Twilight makes her home here as well.

182Deep in the Everfree forest rests the Castle of the two Sisters. An abandoned castle that saw Celestia and Luna's youth. The castle is full of tricks and mystery. Twilight herself spends many nights here, reading the Diary of Celestia and studying the old texts and scrolls. 227One list thing to note here is the [b]"Maybe"[/b] list. My maybe list is essentially a no list unless I'm in the mood for the kinks within. So you always need to ask if I'm up for it. That's where the most extreme kinks I may act on are located as well. Two things have to happen before I'll even consider doing a kink in that list. The first, I need to be in the mood. The second, you (My partner) need to be interested in the kink. If those two conditions are met, then I'll go ahead and add kinks from the maybe list into RP.

It's not in there because it's a purely mood based kink or extreme kink. It is in there because I never want to approached with just romance in line. If the entire scene you propose is "He just wants love, let's fall in love" I'm not interested. Romance for me has to flow freely into a long term RP. None of this love at first sight stuff the movies spoon feed you. I want actual romance. I want the characters to not even like each other to start with, possibly antagonistic. I want the characters through the course of RP to settle differences and became friendly. After that, the slow burn to burning passion can ignite. In summery - We take our time over Long term RP as opposed to just they trip and fall in love in the beginning.

I've listed a few times that my Twilight has fangs. These fangs are a result of a small amount of dark magic corruption. You may be asking yourself now, what happens if the corruption of an Alicorn heightens? Well, you get the terrifying (and lustful) Night-Mare!

288The Night-Mare is what happens if Twilight delves too deep into her dark magic research. Think of it as a Jekyll and Hyde situation. If her dark magic corruption reaches a certain level, out comes the Night-Mare. No worries however as the corruption isn't permanent. Being the intelligent magic genius she is, Twilight created a passive counter spell. It causes her corruption to continuously recede until it's back to the 'normal' level. The problem with this however is the spell is a fail safe. It doesn't take effect until after she's become the Night-Mare, and takes about 20 minutes to finish the process and turn her back. Of course other powerful Unicorns or Alicorns could force her to change back themselves. So what does the Night-Mare do? It's a bestial creature that sates it's needs. If it's hungry, it eats. If it's tired, it sleeps. If it's angry, it smashes. If it's amorous? It chases down any and all females, males, shemales, what have you, and sates it's lust upon their bodies with nary a care in the world! The night simply causes trouble whenever it rears it's ugly head!
