6I have spoken to Nocturnal and he has explained what RAISA is. I think the idea is alright and can be useful in some terms, however I don't want you guys to grow too much. I also want to come to a compromise, I do appreciate your ambitions to be on the server as RAISA, however we feel it would be better if RAISA was a non ingame thing. It's still completely IN CHARACTER and will include the exact same ROLEPLAY, however it won't be done in the server. Since your work consists of mostly paperwork and documents etc. Nocturnal has agreed with this, however I wish to hear anything you would like to say about this subject.

24I don't see how me wanting RAISA to be an out of game thing being disrespectful. I previously said that I liked your ambitions and like RAISA's duties as I believe they are somewhat useful. However recruitment is simple, just handpick someone who rather seems fit for the position or perhaps create some sort of application process. Also, guards is the last thing we really need on this server.
