This was after I was arrested at DePaul University for "trespassing". The DePaul University administration and Public Safety was trying to cover-up the rape. 21The day that I was arrested was the day after I had a court date because I had allegedly kicked the hinges off of Michael Chukwu's doors (these charges were dropped). I did not know that I had this court date because I was homeless. Was this an odd coincidence? It was not. I was supposed to appear at the Belmont & Western court on the same day that I was arrested at Sancutary Hall. A warrant was filed because I had not shown up at the court date and I was arrested the day after.

23At the trial located at 555 W. Harrison, they tricked me into changing the jury trial to a bench trial so that they could rig the trial. My own public defender, Celia Kilpatrick, was against me. Michael Chukwu had been to this court and had sex with multiple people. The judge in charge of the case, Clarence L. Burch, clucked Michael Chukwu and Jake Galladora, and also received a lap dance from Jake Galladora. The entire courtroom was making references to the case being rigged, asking me many times who the Housing Coordinator is (Luke Rygh). They were insinuating that the court case was rigged (e.g. the pronounication of Luke Rygh's last name). The prosecuting attorney (white male black hair, under 6'0) was mentioned that the room I was assigned was a "gift", reference to Presence Health (e.g. presents) hospital system, where I was raped in many hospitals. They gave me 2 months supervision which expired in September 2015. I called Campus Safety and spoke to Robert Wachowski to ask about the status of my supervision and he told me "You are not welcome," even though my supervision was over. He is wrong, and I am allowed on DePaul campus by law.

40In April 2016, Lieutenant Lisa Johnson of the SIUE Police Department let me know that she has "closed" my rape case. They are denying that any rape happened, even though dozens of SIUE students knew that I was raped. Johnson has previously told me over the phone that her investigation prompted a video statement from me, but later changed her tone and told me that there would be no arrests made. She has even told me that she had contacted my rapist and that he had an alibi that he was at work. She was blatantly lying and was implying that if she arrested my rapist, she would need to arrest the head RA that gave Michael the key to my room including involved students. She is black, in her 40s, overweight, and has a toddler.

He was keeping it a secret the whole time, and he even took me to a restaurant and we split a plate of chicken wings and drank beer. Michael Chukwu stalked me to New York City with the help of my father and his friend. I was actually escorted off campus by Syracuse University Department of Public Safety after they found out that I was raped in one of the buildings and claimed that I looked suspicious. I reported the rape to the same department but they never contacted me back to this very day. Leroy Antoine has poor verbal skills. I bought Leroy Antoine Premium membership on WarRock, which cost real money. One reason why he raped me may be because one time while we were all on voice chat, a high level player in our clan was giving away free items if fellow clan members said what he wanted to say. Leroy Antoine was in this voice chat and said things like "I'll suck your penis." The player who was giving away the items recorded them saying these things, and I uploaded it on YouTube. However, it was only on YouTube for a short while and then I removed it because he asked me to. This might have been his revenge. 48Michael Chukwu went to the Rape Victim Advocates (RVA) office in downtown Chicago (180 N. Michigan Ave. Suite 600, Chicago, IL 60601) and had sex with staff. One of these staff members was an Asian female counselor. I went to this office to try to arrest my rapist. The receptionist most definitely knew that they had sex with my rapist and was glad that I didn't know and that I would never find out. On the contrary, the Asian female counselor gave away many clues and hints that she had sex with Michael Chukwu. She wanted me to know. She made endless references to Michael Chukwu, ones that I had not given her any information about. She made references to my fight with the 6'2 black male rapist in front of my building. She even made references to Jake Galladora, citing "point" and "history" (History was my major when Galladora was my roommate). Later, she started to aggressively come on to me, bringing up sex. She was pressuring me for sex and was trying to seduce me. She was rubbing her legs, showing off her chest, and doing other things of that nature. She was playing with her hair flirtatiously. I was very turned off. I was reluctant to respond to anything, but she stopped talking and made a pause for me to ask something as if this was the only way to move forward because she had sex with my rapist. When I didn't say anything, she kept pushing for me to engage in sex. She convinced me that having sex with her is the the only way to arrest my rapist. She kept asking if there was anything that she could do (suggesting sex), and I kept saying no. But she was continually asking and said that this case can be difficult to prosecute and that they need me to fully cooperate to move things further. In the past, I have always refused sex with people who had sex with Michael Chukwu, such as in hospitals. However, I was extremely desperate to arrest my rapist at this point. So I set my beliefs aside and I asked her directly for sex. She said no, and I realized that I was setup. I left the office. The next day, I received a phone call from the RVA and they told me to stop coming because I was "harassing the counselor". Is it absurd that the RVA staff have sex with random people who go into their office talking about people they don't know about? Or is it more absurd that they did not tell me anything? Or is it even more absurd that they set me up so that they don't have to arrest my rapist? Regardless, I was very vulnerable during this incident and I should have never trusted the RVA in the first place. This organization should not be taken seriously.

50Michael Chukwu visited the Department of Public Safety office of Loyola University Chicago and talked about me to them and possibly had sex in their office using my identity. I called them and told them he was my rapist and I needed help. They lied and said that they did not know anything in a sarcastic tone. They asked if I was a student in a disparaging way and I said no (they already knew the answer), but I told them that I was a family member of an LUC alumni. The officer then told me that the alumni herself needed to call in order to obtain any information in a very rude, condescending tone. The Loyola University Chicago Department of Public Safety does not care about my rape and were unable to give me a straight answer about anything. They definitely knew who I was and refused to give any information. Recently, a Public Safety car accelerated very fast on Albion and Sheridan (car coming from the lake) while I was crossing. It was obvious the driver knew who I was. It seemed like it was trying to scare me, like a gangstalker. This was around 3AM-4AM in the summer.

52After I was arrested at Sanctuary Hall, the police used excessive force on me. The officers were both black, male and female. They unnecessarily twisted my arm, dragged my body, and threw me to the back of the cop car (SUV), banging my head. The male black officer sexually frisked me heavily for no reason.

While I was at jail in Protective Custody at Cermak, I was raped under the supervision of an African psychiatrist and multiple security guards. I was raped every night while I was in a hospital unit. When I was in my holding cel at Cook County Jail or the courthouse jail, there was a speaker on top of my jail cel. They were saying, "FUCK YOU GIBRAN, FUCK YOU", and they said many random things about DePaul. "We're DePaul, we fuck you. We don't like you. We fuck you. Just fuck us." There were many white male and female voices, along with a black male voice. Many people took turns talking.

56The Circuit Court of Cook County (555 W. Harrison) is extremely involved in my rapes (all branches, entire building), and so is the court on Belmont and Western (Chicago, all branches, entire building). They are refusing to arrest my rapists at this location and lie and do not make No Contact orders or do anything lawfully for that matter. The judges involved are a black male judge named Clarence L. Burch and a black female judge. Some key people involved are Michael Cooney (white 6'2 attorney, received oral sex from Michael), a female overweight blonde attorney (555 W. Harrison) and Joana Panici (attorney, received oral sex from Michael). Michael had sex with every man and woman he could in these courthouses; every single person who works at this courthouse is involved. Every court case I have at this location is rigged. They have let my rapist Baltimore Yates free with no charges. They gave me 2 months supervision at DePaul knowing that I was raped. The supervision ended a very long time ago.

58Baltimore Yates was arrested by the Chicago Police Department for an Assault charge. At the court date, I had video evidence of him violating his bond. The black female defense attorney for Baltimore Yates got a hold of the video evidence on USB and renamed the files to say the N-word on them. After seeing this, the black judge Clarence L. Burch dismissed the case, even after I said that he raped me. Clarence L. Burch clucked both Michael Chukwu and Jake Galladora. He also received a lap dance from Jake Galladora.

60Detective Kenneth Wiggins (black, 6'2), assigned to my DePaul rape case, originally claimed that there was definitely evidence in the form of sign-in sheets and videos. After visiting DePaul to investigate, Wiggins had sex with DePaul staff (bribery) and later let me know through telephone that there was no longer any evidence after he visited the school. In other words, Wiggins went there to obtain evidence and instead had an orgy, and now denies any evidence. Michael Chukwu also had sex with multiple gay male and female police officers throughout districts before this event, including IPRA staff. Officer Rajkovich was given this case by IPRA. He said he went to DePaul and gave the exact same story as Wiggins. Officer Aranowski was responsible for the rape kit and report and did not follow protocol. They claim that they received the rape kit and that they are processing it.

They claimed to continue to investigate on the matter. After meeting with them, I updated this information on Facebook, and was sent an e-mail by Matt Muir saying that none of it is true, even though he and other staff made several obvious references to having sex with him in person, including multiple secretaries saying his rape code words of rhyming.

His relative drove her SUV over the curb violently. This was the warning that if I don't remove him from Facebook that I will get hit by a truck.

I asked him for a police report number that I had made in 2013 when Jake Galladora choked me. He refused to give me the report number, even though this is normal protocol. One of them even said, "That was Jake." in reference to the reckless driving.

Gustavo Pacheco and Christina Luna and their kids are also involved by insisting that I borrow their bicycle and after I was hit, indicating through smirking and gestures that it was planned. At the court date, he did not show up, and instead a family member in his 20's-30's (also involved) took the fall. The judge (white) gave a new date for a trial. On the new date, a judge named Edward J. King (http://edwardjking4judge.com/) let this person leave because he was not the accused, letting them both free. The judge was definitely involved in sexual relations with Michael Chukwu. At court, the cop in charge of the accident whispered to me in a serious tone, "It was IT." further proving the Galladora's involvement in the car hitting me.

She also mentioned, "Tell your friend not to come here anymore." She seemed very angry and hostile. This was while she was closing the door and I didn't know what she was talking about. I realized later that Michael Chukwu had visited. I visited their house again the next day and spoke to their father. He also said, "Tell your friend not to come here anymore." I asked him what he was talking about and he became nervous and closed the door. He was hostile and did not want me to come inside and was telling me to stop talking to his family. Rogelio Hernandez was not replying to my text messages or phone calls. He responded once but then he stopped after that.

I did not talk to him and she was disappointed.
