2Margaret, I think when Marcos started using the iPhone, he linked a Gmail account with the apple account. When I try to activate the apple account, it says that it is disabled:

10The way to unlock the account is by selecting the first option, entering Gmail from the landmarks and following the steps to unlock the account. After unlocking, I can proceed with activating the iphone and unlinking the Marcos account from my cell phone.
11I do not know why the account is still locked ... You have reset the apple password, correct? I really do not know why it's still blocked with this same warning.
