34a) We give them 365 days to complete AIT
35b) If they don't complete within this window, they're given a 45 day "warning" from S-1
36c) They then have the standard 45 days to complete AIT, or apply for an extension
37d) If they haven't completed or gained an extension, they are eligible for discharge at 410 days
38e) Any extension granted is at the discretion of S-3, with the understanding that they've already had a year
