11Hey there,
12Hope you're having a great day purple_heart
13Sorry about the delay, we are experiencing an influx of customers at the moment.
14I can see that your Hosting plan was suspended because of the following reason: Several video and audio files that promote and/or depict acts of (usually racially or politically motivated) terrorism, violence, murder, rape, genocide, and bestiality.
15Please note that we do not tolerate such content on our Services and as such you were suspended.
16I will not be able to unsuspend your Hosting plan since this is the third suspension for this Hosting plan.
17I am sorry that it has come to this.

23 Hello, I was inquiring to see why "murdochmurdoch.net" has gone down, It's a fantastic source of entertainment and holds, quite possibly, the finest community of respectful people that can, not only make jokes, but take them too. absolute comedic talent in the sparse and far between reaches of high quality satire and irony online. If you have any information or could set aside time to evaluate the issues with it's online hosting, I would greatly appreciate it.

34this is not my hosting plan, I am a fan that tried to access the site in question, the site in question represents a satirical depiction of online communities clashing under different principles and melodramatic depictions of history. Should humor, and satire not be tolerated, I would respect your decision to suspend this community, but seeing that is not and, if anything, raises awareness, I would like to request on behalf of the community that appreciates this kind of content, whether it be considered edgy or upsetting to some, that it be re-evaluated under the understanding that we love this creator because they create content that touches people deeply and makes humor of the over-regulated internet; which censoring only exemplifies exactly why it's so satirically funny.

43Ah, I see what you mean. Please note that it is illegal under many laws (Including our Terms Of Service) to post this kind of content online, even if it is just for "humor" purposes. I understand how you feel in this situation and I wish I could unsuspend the creator, but as we have to follow our Terms Of Service to make sure that such content is not available to those who would see it as offensive or abusive, we cannot unsuspend the website.

63It's actually not illegal under law, and the only stipulation against this creator is that it in a vague interpretation may violate rule 3 of general rules of conduct: " Promotes, encourages or engages in terrorism, violence against people, animals, or property." In which case, if given inspection, not a single line of dialog or media could be represented in a wholeheartedly serious manner to be telling any audience or person to commit violence or terrorism against man, animal, or property. Again, I would like to ask for a re-evaluation, or if the necessity requires, a change to the TOS, to outline the forbidden concept of humor, comedy, or satire.

74I admire your dedication Tkyo, but please understand that even if the content does not actively take part in encouraging the visitor to engage in the activities displayed, the fact that the content is there at all could be classified as Promotion of the activities, even if they are displayed in a joking or humorous manner. Please note that TOS changes would not be possible in this case as this would cause controversy and prejudice against Hostinger, which is not what we would like.

100Censoring comedy or satirical content provided to users could be interpreted as fascism and favored treatment of artificially protected classes, and that also could cause controversy and prejudice against Hostinger. It's not so much of a public reception problem as it is one of principles. At worst, there would be lash-out from one party due to the absence of artificially hyped outrage, on the other spectrum of this altercation, there is the concerted representation of those who don't want censorship to continue at the rate it is going online. I truly wouldn't take the interest and effort if I didn't think it was an endeavor worth questioning, personally, and mean no harm to you, the business, or any parties involved, but it truly is one of those cases of misrepresentation and targeted censorship for stepping slightly to the side of the same driveling, uninteresting content that seems to be copy/pasted everywhere online. The only parties I can see genuinely crying blood over some funny, poorly animated shorts is politically charged redditors with lust for character assassination, personally driven by a void they seek to fill through destroying the entertainment of others in the namesake of woke virtue signalling that will, at best, leave a vapid empty stain in which no one can create anything that doesn't adhere to the same constant barrage of seriousness applied where not desired. I appreciate the reception and fair dialog that has thus far been given me.

110I realize what you mean Tkyo, it's great to see that you are fighting against the monotony of the average internet user and in some cases I would agree with you, but please understand that this opinion that you have would be considered extreme by most people and the belittling of other people just because they are not comfortable with certain content being published online, would be seen as provocative and taunting to those who would oppose this one world view you have. I am not trying to say that your opinions or ideas are not as important as the "politically charged redditors" you have mentioned, though please consider that not everyone has the same vision of the world that you currently have. Also, please consider that if we would allow this kind of content and other Hosting providers would allow it as well, then we would be endangering our young generation by letting them be exposed to horrific events such as genocide, rape or blatant murder, because this website was available to the public and just about any Internet user could access this content without any restrictions (at least that's what I know). This has been an interesting conversation Tkyo, I respect you and your world views, though I do not I agree with them. If you have any questions regarding our Hosting Services then I would gladly answer them and provide more information. Thank you very much for your time.

117Our young generations are barraged by pornography, content that idolizes drugs and violence through the music industry and mainstream film, and a deeply flawed concept of healthy relationships to one another through the continuous sludge of curtailing the words of others for the sake of the exact media complex that barrages children with pornography, music that idolizes drugs and violence, and film that explores these trends in depth. I would consider it, safe to say, poorly made animations based on humor and satire, while embracing ideals against the slow degradation of the youth is somehow not nearly as horrible as the content that circulates on twitter, reddit, facebook, and in all probability, hostinger. I'd love to agree with you that censoring shorts that may contain references to horrible events is somehow, making them go away, but in reality, it expedites the process by which they can be forgotten and causes more harm to the youth. I hate to say it, but rape, genocide, and blatant murder isn't a product of media, media is a product of rape, genocide, and blatant murder.
