6Background story: well, my name is Mark Morgan and I was born in August 1993, when I was 14 years old I used to help my dad in his field with doing farming tasks, we used to work together in the evening; Because in the morning I go to school. When I was 17 years old my father passed away, I had to leave school and focus on working; Because I had to take care of my mother and small sister, one day a friend called me and he had a job offer for me, Which was a truck driver, I had to drive daily from Tierra Robda to San Fierro to transport cargo, and I was not getting well paid, So one day I was reading the newspaper and I saw that Los Santos International airport is hiring some security guards, I have found applying for this job hard, Because I had no Valid firearm permit, so I had to keep going and look for another job and when I was 20 years old, I have found another job as a miner in San Fierro my payment was not enough back then, So I had to quit mining job and seek for another one, One day a friend of mine called me for a job as a taxi driver at Los Santos, actually the payment was quite enough but I had to travel every day from Tierra Robada to Los Santos and back to Tierra Robada at night,

9when I was 26 I have deiced to move along with my family to Los Santos, Life was tough at the beginning but we have managed to get through it and work together and rent an apartment and I was happy in my new job as a taxi driver, later I have found that the truck depot in Los Santos is hiring some skilled drivers to deliver some cargos From Los Santos to Las Venturas, I worked there for over 3 years, later when I was 29 years, I started working as a trainee in a Lawyer's office and I started studying the Law of the city, when I was done with my studies, I started working as a branch manager in Pizza stacks, Willowfield branch, now I have bought an apartment for me, my mother and my sister to live in, and we are living in Los Santos peacefully till now.

22What is our policy on rape, robbing and scamming?

25It is considered from disgusting roleplay which has to be done after an OOC permission given by all the players that are roleplaying the rape scene and if the OOC permission is given from all the players involved, The rape scene must be done in an empty place with no other players around, So it won't be interrupted by any other player,Also it can't be done in Safe zones that are mentioned down below, Also if anyone from the involved players felt uncomfortable during the rape scene, you can stop it immediately and tell other players involved in the scene to stop, Even after giving the permission to others. Punishment is Temporary/Permanent ban depends on severity.

29Safe zones: 
30Safe zones are considered safe places where players can't get robbed kidnapped or killed at, so to sum it up, they are totally safe at these places (Los Santos Airport-
31City Hall, Banks, all SAPD-LSFMD-SD HQS, Ammunition stores, Prison lobby, and Santa Maria fishing pier and more.)

33Robbing: 
34well, robbing is taking someone's stuff by force or by threatening, Players participating in the robbery must be level 5 or above and players below level 5 can't attend in robbery scenes
35and if there is a player which is below level 5 with a group of people who are involved in a robbery scene or something like that he will not take any part in that roleplay scene and he will just roleplay the things that he can and if an admin found out that there is a player abusing that he can't be robbed or something he will punish him according to his actions. The maximum amount that can be robbed is 500 dollars but there is no limit to how many weapons, drugs or cargos that you can rob, You are not allowed to kill people while robbing them or even after doing it, unless they show some bad attitude or they are not complying with your orders, people can rob back what was robbed from them before, you can rob the same person more than once after 2 hours period as a cooldown period. Robberies must be performed in a realistic manner, including a player motivation to be performing the robbery, So you can't rob while being rich just to have fun, players shouldn't be performing high risk / little reward robberies, such as performing robberies with unrealistic equipment or performing robberies in highly populated areas with many witnesses, Players should not be performing robberies unless their character has a reasonable reason to be doing so

48Well, scamming means to hire someone to do you something or to perform a task for you for some money and after he perform this task or this mission you refuse to pay him, Also it can be when buying something from someone, You can scam him/her by taking the goods or the thing that your buying without paying back and vice-versa, Player(s) involved in a Scam must be level 5 or higher. Players below level 5 shall not be scammed or involved in scamming roleplay scene, If any player was caught violating this rule that he can't be scammed an admin will punish him according to his action, also the maximum limit for scamming is 50,000 dollars,

51you are not allowed to steal someone's house furniture as a furniture designer, example if someone gave you the full access to his house you can't just scam him for his furniture.
52Legal Casino betting businesses/shops can't scam players, the maximum amount of a bet that you can place in a legal betting casino is 1,000,000 Dollars all interactions and bets and everything should be roleplayed properly.

58(1) Trying to raise the price of something than the scamming limit to avoid getting scammed is not allowed and if the player was caught he will be punished accordingly.
