1Cooper: The first evidence that we can find of the destruction of the sovereignty of the American people began in 1913 with the passing of the Federal Reserve Act. This set the groundwork for a central bank in the United States; something our forefathers had warned us against to begin to destroy the money of the nation. 
2Now, the law defines money as a dollar in this country. One dollar in the law is specifically stated to be a specified measurement of in weight of gold or silver coin. Now, notice I said gold or silver coin. Not just gold or silver but gold and silver coin! 
3The Constitution specifically gives Congress the only authorization that there is to make or create money. The Constitution also says that no state shall make anything other than gold or silver coin in payment of debt. 
4So, if you understand these things that what you're carrying in your pocket right now is unconstitutional, illegal counterfeit is not money, cannot even be called currency. 
5One of the first things that happened is that they loaned the United States of America $100. 
6That was real money, that was a real loan; interest-bearing of course. Up until that time, the United States government had not needed to borrow interesting bearing money. 
7They created money on the good faith and credit of the United States of America by printing United States notes! Backed up by gold and silver coin. The surplus was held in reserve by the United States government and any United States silver certificate or gold certificate could be freely exchanged for the equivalent of gold or silver coin at any bank in the country.
8Now, when the United States printed United States Notes, United States Notes were not backed by gold or silver coin but were backed by the good faith and credit of the United States. This was money that is supposed to be issued as a temporary currency in place of real money for a short period of time when the nation was in trouble, rather than borrow interest-bearing debt money. 
9I hope you all can understand what I'm talking about. With the creation of the Federal Reserve, it stopped all of that. Now, United States notes had not been printed up until that time since Abraham Lincoln printed United States notes in order to help finance the civil war. 
10When Abraham Lincoln was assassinated from that time up until 1913, we had used gold certificates, silver certificates, gold and silver coin, and on occasion, there was a loan made by the United States which was interest-bearing, which was called a Note. 
11After 1913, the Federal Reserve System was created. 
12It is a private corporation. It is not an agency of the United States government. It is privately owned. The only legitimate loan it has made to the United States government has been the original $100 loan in real money. Since that time, all of the money that has been loaned to the United States or created in order to purchase United States Treasury Bonds by the Federal Reserve System has been created out of thin air.

14It is money that has never existed, does not exist in fact. It is created as a book keeping entry. The Treasury is ordered to print the money. The Federal Reserve pays the actual cost of the printing. There is no profit to the United States government. The notes are then given to the Federal Reserve, who then uses them to purchase a United States Treasury Bond.  
15The Bond is interest bearing. So the people are then obligated to pay back, ladies and gentlemen, something that was never in existence in the first place until it was created as a bookkeeping entry. Not only do we have to pay that back, but we have to pay interest on top of that was never created in the first place. 
16The interest ensures that there will be a continued, over the years theft of the energy, the work, the substance of the American people and it's reflected as inflation of the dollar. 
17In other words, the more money we borrow that never existed and the more money we have to pay back interest bearing with interest that was never created, the less the value of the dollar. Until we reach a point where when we started with a dollar that was valued at 100 cents, we are now at the point where that same dollar will only buy 10 cents worth of what it would have bought in the beginning.
18So, what happens is that over a period of time, we are borrowing money and paying back more than we borrowed. Now, this begins to be reflected in our standard of living going down. Now you'll see that this really didn't happen until two things happened.
19The American people had no concept of what was happening until two things occurred. 
20One, gold was made illegal to own and people were asked by the government to turn all of their holdings in gold into the United States government, except for what was called numismatic or collector coins. At that point, gold certificates began to disappear. 
21The second thing they did is go from Silver Certificates to Federal Reserve Notes, and Silver certificates began to disappear. The third thing that happened was that they debased our coinage. We used to have Silver Dollars, Quarters, Dimes, and these coins consisted of approximately 90% Silver. Real Silver, real money.

23The executive orders were signed. Real silver began to disappear from circulation and in its place, we began to see these strange little things that look like real silver. You see, they know the mentality of the sheeple. 
24If they had issued copper coins, everybody would have complained. So instead of issuing just copper coins, they put a real thin layer of silver alloy over the surface of these coins; sandwiching inbetween these thin layers of silver alloy, copper.
25The sheeple said, oh it looks the same as the old coin, so it must be worth just as much. The truth is, it's the same as if they had issued a copper coin because that's what it is. 
26It's not worth really anything except the weight of copper in it and a very little amount of silver that coats the outside of your Quarters, Dimes, etc.
27Now, the United States Code defines in the Statutes at large the definition of a Dollar as a specific weight of measurement in Gold or Silver coin. Doesn't say anything about Dollars being paper. But it specifies that paper can be used in exchange for Dollars, when it can be readily exchanged for the value in Gold or Silver coin as currency. 
28It makes no provision for the issuance of Notes. A Note is an instrument of debt. It is not money. Never has been, cannot be exchanged for money. It is worth only what any fool is willing to exchange for it. 
29The statutes at large say that it is against the law to debase our coinage. The penalty, ladies, and gentlemen for the debasement of the coin of the realm of the United States of America is death, in the law! 
30Yet it's been done, no one has been charged, no one has been fined and certainly, no one has been put to death except the American people who have accepted it. 
31Now, with the first loan of $100, came more loans and if you understand human nature, when money is readily available and it can be had without any hassle, people will take advantage of it and take it and spend it, and that's exactly what Congress did. Congress abrogated their responsibility under the law, to be the sole creator of money. Notice I said money, what is money? Gold or Silver coin in a specific measurement called a Dollar. 
32They abrogated that responsibility. They delegated that authority, which they had no right to do under the Constitution to a private corporation, to a central bank called the Federal Reserve which then debased our coinage, destroyed our currency and began to issue debt notes. Instruments of debt. 
33How did they do this? Because from the time of 1913 until 1933, they loaned the United States money which it could not pay back. In 1933, the United States of America was in all actuality, bankrupt. Bankruptcy was declared. The bankruptcy proceeding went through the courts.
34The President and the Federal Reserve pushed through Congress a law called the Trading With The Enemy Act in another form, this law had originally been created during WW1 to punish Americans or anyone else who dealt with trading for profit with the enemy of the United States of America. Which at that time was the Khazars Germany. 
35When they realized the United States was bankrupt and this was by design, this was no accident. They brought out the old trading with the enemies act. It was instituted by executive order by the President of the United States who at that time was Franklin Delano Roosevelt. The great darling daddy of all Socialists and Socialism sucks. 
36The reason for this is because for a long, long time they had tried to come up with a plan to subjugate the American people and put them into bondage so that they can be controlled to bring about what they call the new world order. The term new world order is not new at all. Neither is the new age. The new age is really the old age. It just keeps occurring over and over again with new people, new sheeple actually who buy into it.
37Now, when this occurred, and when the President signed the executive order implementing the Trading With The Enemies Act under a declaration of national emergency because of the state of the economy and the bankrupt United States of America which most Americans don't even know this occurred. There was a clause in there that was left in there exempting the American people from being called the enemy. 
38In 1937, I believe it was, a new executive order was issued where this clause was left out. In effect making the American people the enemy.
39We have been the enemy ever since. Everybody in this room has lived since their birth if you were born after 1933 under emergency rule. 
40In other words folks, since that day you have had no Constitutional rights whatsoever. The law granting the President of the United States extraordinary emergency powers in times of national emergency abrogates your right to protection by the Constitution of your Creator-endowed rights. 
41That's when the flag with the gold fringe began to appear. That's when our courts ceased to function as Common Law Courts and became courts in equity in under admiralty jurisdiction. That's when things like civil rights began to appear. 
42That's when laws began to be passed abrogating what we had always thought of as things that could not be infringed upon. That's when our right to own property ceased to exist. 
43In 1938 you saw the whole structure of the government change. You saw bureaus cropping up that never existed before. You began to see things like Warrant Deeds and Certificates of Title. Telling you that yes, a Title exists, yes a Deed to that property exists, but Mr. Sheeple, you don't own it. You see, the true owner holds the Title. The true owner holds the real Allodial Patent Deed which is what you really should have if you owned your property, your home, your land. If you don't have an Allodial Patent Deed to your home and your land, you do not own that land. 
44It's owned by the State because at the time the bankruptcy was declared to bring the United States back into solvency as a government to be able to pay its debts and to be able to function as a government, all of the resources and property of the United States of America was pledged as collateral. All of it! That's when Birth Certificates were required to be issued ladies and gentlemen and they were issued and recorded and kept in the Department of Commerce called the Department of Human Resources. 
45You cease to become a Sovereign citizen and you became a Human resource. It's also when the Social Security System was foisted on the American people and you were told it was a voluntary system that you could choose to participate in that you didn't have to participate in and you were told that number would never be used as an identification number and everybody bought it, you know why? Because no one was smart enough to understand what was going on. You see, in the eyes of the law, whoever bestows a benefit has a right to control the benefit. 
46Whoever gives the benefit has the right to call the tune. If you don't believe that, remember when you lived with your father as a child. You received the clothing on your back from your father. You sat at his table and you ate his food. Nowadays it could be the mother or the father. Back then it was usually the father. You ate his food, you slept in his bed, you enjoyed his protection and the roof over your head was paid for by your father.
47Therefore when your father said you had to empty the trash, you had to empty the trash. He said you had to be in at 8 o' clock you had to be in at 8 o' clock. You accepted the benefit, you had to obey his rules.  It's no different with the government. 
48When you accepted the Social Security System and you signed up for it and you receive a Social Security number, you became a taxpayer, you became a 14th Amendment citizen of the Federal Government residing within the boundaries of the Federal District of Columbia and any territory owned by the Federal Government. You gave up your Sovereign rights as a Sovereign Citizen of the Sovereign State where you were born.
49You see because the Constitution did a funny thing. It created this Federal District where the government could reside. The second government, because the Constitution created two governments and most people, don't understand this. There is the government formed by the unification of the several states for the mutual benefit and protection and there's another government that was formed by the Constitution to be the Seat of this government and this government, the second government, the Constitution specifically states Congress shall legislate in all cases whatsoever. 
50Which means Congress has the full measure of law over the citizens of that second government. They have no Constitutional rights. Whatever Congress decides is the law for those people is the law for those people. Now, this government, the second government never had any citizens except government employees that lived and worked within that boundary until the 14th Amendment to the Constitution was created to deal with the recently freed slaves from the Civil War. They had no standing as citizens in any state in the nation. They were not born, for the most part in those States. 
51The ones who were born were kept from enjoying citizenship status by the Constitutions of those States which specifically states you had to be free, White property holder in order to be a citizen. 
52To give Blacks status, they created the 14th Article and Amendment to the Constitution.
53So you had two types of citizen. You had the freed slaves and you had the Government workers who worked for the Federal Government and resided within the boundaries of this bogus second government. The 14th Amendment to deal with the problem of the States gave the 14th Amendment citizens the same rights in any State that they would have within the boundaries of that second government.
54In the Constitution, it gives citizens the right to contract. That right to contract got us all in trouble when we contracted with the Federal Government to receive benefits from the Federal Government. When we did that, we gave the Federal Government jurisdiction over us. We became indebted or indentured to them and therefore negated our rights and citizenship as sovereign states of the several sovereign states and became 14th Amendment citizens of the Federal Government residing within that District known as the District of Columbia. 
55You see, it was a trick and it was done by fraud because the law also says that any contract to be valid, must be made with full disclosure to both parties to the contract as to what the terms of the contract really are, and none of you were told when you entered into the Social Security system. Number one, it wasn't voluntary, you were told you had to do it. In my case, when I went to the local Air Force recruiter, he told me that if I didn't do it, I'd go to jail! It was a lie. Nobody told me what my rights were, nobody told me what I was giving up if I accepted a Social Security number. Nobody!
56Today blacks are taught that they still don't have standing in the several States and that they will always be 14th Amendment citizens, and that's another con, it's a lie. Because every State in the Union has changed the Constitution to allow blacks born within that state to be state citizens. Yet black leaders are teaching them this bullshit. It's just not true.
57So they go down and enter into the Social Security Agreement also, not understanding that they're also giving up their rights and once again are becoming slaves that they spent so much time getting out of.

59Most people in this country don't know it, but if you have a Social Security number, you are a slave right now. You're an indentured servant, indentured to the Federal Government because you have accepted a benefit from them.
60You see, this country was established by our forefathers knowing full well the foibles of human nature. As a grand experiment to see if we were capable of being responsible and ruling ourselves. Responsibility means responsibility. It means you don't take handouts from anybody. If you can't tow your load, you drop by the wayside and you perish. That's the price of freedom. To be free, you must accept the responsibility that goes along with it. You must be productive, you must produce, you must take care of your own self. You must prepare for your old age, you must produce a family that can take care of you if you get sick or ill, or can't make it anymore. 
61You change their poopy diapers when they're young and their obligation is to take care of you when you are old. And so the children are raised in a family where they see the old people. They learn the wisdom that they spent all of their life learning. The Grand-parents have time to spend with the children. The Grand-children, the Great-Grandchildren see the old folks die in the home and so they are comfortable with birth, life and death and they're not afraid of it. They don't need a great benefactor to take care of them.
62Socialists are children folks. They're afraid of life, they're afraid of responsibility, they're afraid of death and they don't believe in any God, so this is it and they need the protection of the all-powerful State. They are children.

64The next thing that happened and this was planned long before anybody even believes that it was planned. Albert Pike wrote about three wars that would bring an increasingly, more powerful world organization into existence with each war and the third war, which is coming, mark my word; would be the final war where all the peoples of the world would get down on their knees and beg for world government and no more war.

66The first world war was created to bring into existence the League of Nations, which it did. The second world war was created to make the League of Nations stronger and it resulted in the formation of the United Nations which it did and the third world war will result in George Bush's 5th goal in the Middle East, the completion of a new world order. Get the last issue of TIME Magazine and read the article that Henry Kissinger just wrote in there about the new world order.  Read Zbigniew Brzezinski's new books where he calls for a New World Order where he says it will be Socialist in nature!
67Read H.G Wells book that he wrote in 1940 and was published in 1940 called the New World Order where he describes the new Socialist world government that will come about. None of this is new. For those of you who have been going around all your life calling those of us who have been trying to sound the warning, we've been shouting in the wilderness, trying to wake you from your slumber, get you to pull the wool off your eyes and stop being sheeple and start being real people and called us paranoid conspiracy nuts, I want you to reexamine the real facts and real evidence. Stop being Archie Bunker. Stop telling me not to confuse you with the facts because you already know what you believe. 
68Because we're on the edge of a precipice over which you don't want to go, believe me. 
69We're at the end, folks. The end of freedom is here, now. You no longer have any Constitutional rights protected by the Bill of Rights under the Constitution. You in fact, legally, technically within the law have no Constitutional rights whatsoever. 
70Remember, not so long ago, this was a nation that produced a military attack on a church in Waco, Texas and the American people accepted it! Accepted all the excuses and reasons why it was done; and I even heard Christians, people who call themselves Christians, all they're just a bunch of religious fanatics, they deserve what they got. 
71Forgetting our forefathers came and founded this country to escape religious persecution. Most people don't even know what this country is or what it's about. They don't remember or were ever taught the ideals this country was founded upon and what breaks my heart is that most people don't even seem to give a damn
72It is time that all that has to change. You see, it's either going to change or we're all going to be real slaves. You see, you no longer have the protection of habeas corpus. We have political prisoners in prison right now that have been there for as long as three years with no trial, no charges, habeas corpus is rejected everytime it's submitted. In this country, the United States of America, your door could be broken down in the middle of the night, any night of any single week. Your home can be searched, your whole family can be searched, your women stripped, their body cavity can be searched. 
73Your property can be confiscated, your bank accounts can be confiscated and can also be sold off at auction within 24hrs without any charges brought against you with no due process of law, with no trial by jury in this country. NOW, TODAY! You have no freedom of speech anymore. The Press is shackled. I can go on and on and on but I think you get my message. All Ten Articles and Amendments are dead and buried. They're gone. All this talk about the Bill of Rights is just so much bullshit! You don't have any.
74Did you know the police can now beat a confession out of you and it will not be thrown out of court? It stands. Next thing that happened folks, before WW2 even started, we have evidence that they had planned the United Nations and the division of post-WW2 world had already been made. We have maps that show exactly what came out of WW2 that were made before the war even started! The meetings by the big three during the war were just to sum up the final agreements, make the final divisions, and make it official. 
75What happened post-WW2? The war was over. We were all allies. We were supposed to share in the spoils of victory and go on to a peaceful world. Again, it was supposed to be the war to end all wars. We had a new enemy all of a sudden. Just appeared out of nowhere. 
76It was called the Soviet Union and an iron curtain was lowered and walls were built and taxes were raised to fund great armies and keep them standing against the Constitution, because most of you don't know that the Constitution of the United States of America only authorizes one standing military force and that's the United States Navy. All other military forces in this country are illegal, unconstitutional except in time of war.
77But how else could they justify getting rid of the militia? How else could they justify getting the guns out of the hands of the American people? Because the 1920's, in the writings of the new age magazine, the official organ of the supreme council of the 33rd degree of the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, Southern Jurisdiction, Headquarters 13 blocks from the White House; they began to outline in the 20's the process for disarmament of all nations of the world. They also outlined the formation of a Public School system with mandatory education for all children in the United States of America. 
78We have them, it's documented, it's in their words, their writings and their publications.
79We have the voting record of all the Congressmen who voted for all these treaties, all these laws, and all these things that have destroyed this country over the years and from the beginning of this century.
80Harriet Truman is probably one of the greatest traitors that's ever lived in this country. 
81At the time he was President the American people knew he was a traitor, they knew what he was doing. They talked about it in public forums, they published newspaper articles and books condemning what he was doing. But over the years, people have forgotten that and those in power have taken those books and those pamphlets, and those newspaper articles and those magazines out of the shelves of your libraries so you don't even know about it if you were just a child or born after that time. And now the Socialists have published a big thick book called Truman, glorifying him and his accomplishments. 
82And the Socialists claim he is one of the greatest Presidents of all time. Why? Because he is the one who made their dream of a one world, totalitarian, Socialist government possible!
83You see the first steps committed by the debasement of our coinage, by the destruction of our economy, by the constant and continual inflation of our Dollar. By the destruction of our right to own property. By the use of debt, money, instruments of debt called Notes. Look up the definition of Note in your dictionary. You won't see the word money mentioned there. 
84While that put us in a system of slavery through debt, this act finally took away the nation, took away the sovereignty. Destroyed the entire concept of a Constitution and Bill of Rights. When Harry Truman signed the United Nations Treaty and had it ratified by the Senate and then pushed through the United Nations Participation Act, which I bet nobody in this room has ever read; nor do I bet that anyone has read the United Nations Charter or resolutions that have been passed. Maybe some, I doubt most of you have. 
85Nor do you understand the implications of that act, nor have probably most of you read Article 6 of the Constitution which explicitly states that any treaty entered into by the United States of America becomes the Supreme Law of the land. 
86The Executive Branch has interpreted Article 6 to mean that they can even subrogate the Constitution. supersede the Constitution, Overrule the Constitution. If the Constitution conflicts with a treaty, the courts have ruled that since the 1920's, the treaty shall prevail.
87What that means is that if the Supreme Court was ruling on that question in the 1920's, when the United Nations Treaty was signed and ratified by the Senate in 1945, that means the United Nations Charter became the supreme law of the land. That's exactly what it is today. 
88What you are seeing is not the United States troops going to feed the starving people in Somalia. I mean, how stupid can we be!? They didn't invite us over there. The people in Somalia did not say to the United States of America, please send troops to our shores, we're starving! They never said that! 
89But, catch this folk. I spend just a lot of my time laughing my head off at the stupidity of the sheeple.  Our troops invade a foreign country with the intention of shoving food down their throats. It was an invasion. You see, we went uninvited. How would you like the Somalis to send their army, navy, and airforce to our shores to shove food down our mouth? 
90And then when they began as patriots to defend their soul, we were told the Somalis, warlords, not patriots, warlords had instigated unprovoked attacks on our benevolent soldiers who had went there to feed them. We were invaders, their patriots resisted our invasion. We labeled them warlords and called their attacks unprovoked. And I say to everyone who has spouted that nonsense, bullshit!
91 You are liars, deceivers, you are manipulators and to the sheeple of this nation, I say if you don't straighten up your act you're going to get exactly what you deserve. 
92I'm going to read something to you folks that will bring it home. 
93This is an official document of the State Department of the United States of America titled Our Foreign Policy. It is Dept of State publication 3972. General Foreign Policy Series 26. Released Sept 1950. Division of Publications, Office of Public Affairs. It is signed by Harry Truman.

103First, he says there's no distinction between foreign and domestic policy and then he says the policy is a reflection of the national interests. 
104That is a way of saying our policies reflect what we are and what we want. 
105"During the 175 years since we became a nation, our national interests have changed in some ways but their general character has remained constant. 
106Here are some of the values that have existed all throughout our history.
107We are an independent nation and we want to keep our independence. "
108"We attach the highest importance individual freedom and we need to keep our freedom. We are a peaceful people and we want to get rid of wars and the threat of wars.
109We have a comparatively high standard of living. We want to raise the standard so that everyone in the United States will eventually have a decent secure living. 
110We are friendly people, we have no traditional enemies, and we want to be on good terms with every other people. These are the things on which Americans with all their different points of view are most likely to agree. It is the job of the government as the agent of the people to promote these national interests. 
111The Federal Government as the agent of the people continually has hard choices to make. It is the job of the government as the agent of all the people to try to harmonize group and sectional interests on the one hand with national interests on the other.
112There has never been a time in our history when we could go about the business of promoting our national interest-free from the threat of destructive forces. Some of these forces are from inside the country. They stem from groups that oppose the national interest. 
113Some Americans have a view of life that conflicts with the basic propositions on which our Democracy was founded. "

116"Some try to profit at the expense of the freedom or well being of others. Some hostile forces have been outside our country. Having made the radical adjustment in their thinking, the American people began to consider in earnest this problem, how to make their exposed position comfortable and safe for their free society. To that end, they began to plan and build an international community in which people could live in peace under the protection of the law. The building of such a community is the most ambitious, most difficult, most hopeful and the most exciting enterprise on which the American people have ever embarked. "

118Notice they keep saying the American people. The American people had absolutely nothing to do with any of this! Opposed it at the time! Visciously opposed it. 
119Harry Truman was known throughout this nation as the greatest traitor that ever lived. 
120"It is big enough and hard enough to engage all our energies. If it were not for the threat of aggression we could concentrate all our energy on that job. We could say that it was, in fact, the substance of our foreign policy. But unfortunately, that is not possible. The Soviet power drive has cut across the course that we and other peace-minded peoples have charted for ourselves as a hurricane cuts across the path of a ship. It has blown us all miles off our course. It has been a tragic interruption to our progress, a wasteful diversion of our energies; nevertheless, we're plowing ahead, breasting the hurricane as we go, holding onto our main purpose. What does it mean to build an international community? It means first organizing the members to deal collectively with their problems and to defend themselves collectively against anyone who may threaten the peace and tranquility of the community. So we took the lead in organizing the United Nations and its various specialized agencies. 
121Now for those of you who don't understand it, the United States created the United Nations. In all actuality, the United States is the United Nations and the United Nations is the United States. 
122"It means second, repairing the damage of war so that members in good standing can play their full part in the life of the community. To this end, we took the lead in organizing the Marshall plan and the relief programs which preceded it.  It means third, bringing the outlaws back into the community as decent, working members.
