1This whole last year was full of learning, collaboration and contribution. I believe this one year had great influence on the way I dealt with the problems and also helped me build stronger relationship within and across the teams.

3Capability & Knowledge Development:
4On the knowledge development front, I stayed focused and really worked towards increasing the depth and breadth of knowledge.

61. Got trained on Docker, Kubernetes and DevOps fundamentals. Started working with these technologies, and implementing them in the team. 
72. Tried to deep dive in the Image Processing discipline, which I believe would help me uncover more efficient solutions in the Document Classification areas. 
83. Got to work with new technologies HBASE, WebHDFS and ElasticSearch along with the team as a part of one delivery. 
94. In the area of Web Services, worked with the technology Flask to implement RestFul architecture. I'm also trying to upskill myself, with respect to deployment of Web Applications using Django and started working on it. 
105. Also worked on Database Management using SQL. I'm also interested to learn Hadoop & Hive, and I'm working towards it.

12I have attended trainings for Docker & Kubernetes, and also completed some more trainings with the help of Learning Hub. I have enrolled and completed two trainings, Business Acumen and  Agile Methodologies by the GT&O University, for which I was given two badges.

14Worked towards gaining proficiency in Python, Computer Vision and Machine Learning, in the Technical Domain. Understood the business processes more clearly, which helped me give multiple suggestions by unraveling the patterns in the data we receive.

18This past year I really worked towards flawless and on time delivery. 
191. Designed and delivered the Document Linkages, a key process which enables the Search UI and LIBOR pocesses with an accuracy near to 80% as expected. I have always been pro-active on calls with the stake holders and proposed multiple ideas to make the process efficient, now working on devising them.
203. I have also contributed during the HMDA Migration phase with some key processes like the integration of the different template extraction methods and also developed the document classification module, which will be used prior to the attribute extraction process. I have taken hands off from Poornimaa, while she is set to leave for few months. Now, supporting the HMDA process by rectifying any errors that might effect the process.
214. I have contributed for the latest HBase release by designing some key components like, Authorization methods and few Rest API methods. 
225. Always looking closely into any issues or risks with any of the processes, and rectifying them on time.
236. Made sure that there is production stability by adhering to the SLA, and made sure no manual issues occured. 
247. Always made sure that the data is available to the LIBOR teams and for the Search UI without any escalations.

281. Agile methodologies have been adopted and the SDLC SDM adoption is also done. Always maintained a sourced code repository and took care of the workflow management, config management during deployment. I'm also working towards, making sure that code scan and unit testing occur for every deployment.

321. I have arranged daily tech stand-up call which helps in discussing about the different approaches proposed by different team members and determine the best methods, for Document Linkages.
332. I have also given K.T and tried to give a better understanding of the project pipeline and Linkages to the new team members.
343. I have always participated actively in the SDM review meetings and raise concerns without any hesitation. 
354. Interacted with other teams as well, Govind Kannan's team and tried sharing the developments we have been doing. Also we took help from them, in the areas of Layout Aware Text Extraction from PDFs.

431. Presented one White Paper along with Ravi, Natarajan on " Detection of Credit Card Fraud".
442. Participating for the second time in codeWeek along with the other team members. We are trying to implement an all round solution for document classification, using self weaved Image Clustering & Classification pipeline. We'll also be showcasing this on a wider forum for the Global Innovation Fair on Dec 13th.
453. Working with the team, to start a Emailer Series for sharing knowledge regarding ML and related topics.
