3I believe there is a misunderstanding regarding the 30 day policy as I did indeed email the appeals team before the 30 day ineligibility mark. I was terminated on January 2nd, 2019, and I emailed you guys within the same day. The appealing process has been very lengthy with back and forth emails—which is why I am still in the process of resolving this situation after 30 days. You guys also kept assisting me after the 30 day mark, so I am not sure as to why I am being told this now.

5I was directed to forward an email to you guys off a different email account as a part of the verification process. On February 4th, 2019, I was told by Merlin from Customer Care to contact you guys off of an email starting with "ri" and ending with @gmail.com. I am now contacting you in hopes of verifying myself and continuing the appeal process.

7My username is PewDiePie and my user ID is 17273165. The email I originally emailed you off of is "rblxpewdiepie@gmail.com" when I was directed to email you off of my current email address.
