17A genuine story set in Fluff-Kevlar`s universe. A well written story, not just one which is only focused on mindless fucking. Have a great story and just have some sex in between. That would be awesome. I said it 20 years ago and I will say it now again: it is time for furry creators to create great fantasy stories and characters. "Dreamkeepers" showed what creators of the fandom can create if they are willing to.

30Emperor Radoslav Kovsai rules over the Katrician Empire. It's one of the bigger ones at approximately 2.5k systems, noted for its stability and history. Vikna, Nytro, ARA, etc. all serve Katric.

33While Sabir is the King of Siania, he isn't the ruler. Kesis is the official ruler of Siania, and Ayn is the official heiress. Siania's notable as one of the galaxy's oldest empires, from which Katric liberated itself. They seem to be pretty good allies, given their conflict took place some 20,000 years ago.

35Both are member states of the Grand Empire, which is kinda like a hybrid of the United Nations and the Galactic Republic. While the UN is more a discussion forum, the Grand Empire is like a massive legislative branch - it even has its own military force. The Grand Emperor is elected and there's an absolute fuckload of representatives. It functions on the Grand Emperor having the best intentions for the galaxy.

56First of all, LorePerson, it's really awesome that you, and others, have retained so much. Honestly I figured a lot of people wouldn't bother to remember all this. And secondly, I feel bad, since so much of it is either scattered everywhere, out-of-date, or in need of a rework. I see that people are hungry for neat, interesting story bits, and I keep backtracking. A lot of my stuff needs reworking, mostly outfits, weapons, a few locations, and ships. Not everything, but my story used to be much, MUCH more fantasy-based, and now I'd say I'm more determined to give it a solid 25% fantasy, 75% scifi vibe. No more angels/demons type stuff, more basis in tech than magic, so a few weapons and things need to reflect that. Just an overall shift. I've never been more sure of something before, and I'm glad in one sense, that I hadn't started the story yet or else this shift would be much harder to do, haha.

60Short answer, the Grand Empire is closest thing to a 'ruler' but they're much like a UN. Grand Emperor Yuka (chinchilla i have a few doodles of around) is the ruler. Radoslav is Emperor of Katric, the country of ARA/Vikna. Kesis is Queen of Siania, country of Ayn/family. Yet-unnamed-OC is the leader of Liertz, the country of Nytro/Zofie.

68This and all the comments below it...thank you. Even anon support on u18 can be a good help. I read all of them. It means a lot to hear these things, and made me smile. Normally I'm fine, I don't 'break down' over my own stuff a lot, but it does happen. Probably to all artists, at least once in a while. Stuff like this helps the bounce back. While all the support and comments are great, sometimes self-doubt is just unavoidable...but in my experience, it's always resulted in improvement, so I just gotta remember that.

143I could of sworn the Tower was on Katric. Its the HQ of Kaltag (which I keep wanting to call Keltec, which is a completely different company), so I figured it'd be on the capital world. But I'm assuming Kan Rein is it from your wording? Or is that something/one separate? I didn't see it stated outright anywhere. Only location given is a general galactic region in Warning's initial break down of the Big 5 AI's (Feb 23 2017.) Maybe we can get it in an Ask ARA question at some point, if/when that picks back up :D

145In my scan of the AAS archive, I can see what Fluff means by needing an update. The one that stood out was the Queendom of Siania (Ayn's area) has 2000, with most having at least 1 habitable planets, but only 28 billion population (Nov 13 2016.) That seemed low to me given that our dirtball has ~7.5 billion on it alone. But that might be the Star Wars effect as they tended to have low pop numbers on their planets as well, but I kind of figured nearly 40-50 straight years of galactic war of varying intensity had something to do with that.

176Regarding population numbers, Star Wars is an interesting example. Most of the planets function similarily to cities or major stopping points rather than entire planets, and this is shown through low population numbers and relatively small battles and blockades.
177Plenty of major populations have up to a few billion with smaller ones varying between several million. There's a few notable outliers, such as Scarif being composed entirely of military personnel and Coruscant being a Ecumenopolis at 1 TRILLION.

The average system population lists at 4 billion, with the lowest at 40 million and the highest at 38 billion.

Obviously a certain amount of planets would be barren and uninhabitable, and it's very possible a large amount of systems have no habitable planets and are secured through political claims and military presence. Alternatively, the population could be spread out across the territory, but with very low numbers similar to Star Wars.

Unfortunately a lot of the information can contradict itself due to constant retcons and the fact all of this is preliminary and the actual story is still yet to begin. Fluff's most recent post here actually mentioned outdated information, changes and the switch from fantasy towards full sci-fi and space opera.
