2When you buy you will get only email address. to get the account you will have to go to the site of the email and create an email with the email i sent you. So for example you get test123@gmail.com after you purchase, you will go to gmail.com and make email account and you should put your email address to be test123@gmail.com after you make an account you will go to instagram.com and reset the passworod. Then instagram will send security code to the email you created and you will type it in.
