4I. INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND:

6A system that allows users to have “access” to PGP key but never able to access “private key”, thus allowing admin to have total control to access of information

9II. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

11The following tasks will be performed by the Collaborator to meet the objectives listed above.

13• Web-based interface
14• User access is strictly controlled by admin
15• Each user account has only one key ,
16• Key is loaded by admin (or his delegates) into each of the user account in the easiest way possible
17• Multiple user account can have access to the same key
18• The security of private key is paramount i.e location of the server needs to be hidden from user
19• Trial version first to be hosted on VPS, but may be physically hosted to ensure maximum security
20• This program will be integtrated into other web based applications in the future e.g. through API other web-based application may obtain its functionality without ever having to access the server it self, (or knowing where the server is)

48Collaborator agrees that satisfactory progress will be monitored during the life of the agreement as follows:
491. Communication and progress updates Collaborator will occur regularly via teleconference and email correspondence, to occur at least daily
502. Formal phone meetings will be scheduled to monitor during design stages
