I've been involved in blockchain tech community since 2011 and have been interacting with many developers, including Vitalik Buterin, for example. But it's hard to say how much that "helped". 4472c: "What will be Killer dapps": I think ingeneral that there are some things holding back the blockchain revolution. One is bad tech, it would be crazy to think we can build the future web on linked-lists and noSQL, where the web1 and web2 was built on proper relational DBS:.

11031. Security. Super-important, but blockchain in general is already more secure than non-blockchain so I don't agree it is the core problem. However: ChromaWay have always focused on security first. If you look deeply at Chromia, it is designed for security. Just one example out of my head: we did a new programming language with static typing instead of using SQL.
11042. Interoperability. Is that blockchains largest problem? I think we first needs apps that people (normal people use). We don't have a magic solution to this, but look at playing well with ETH right now.

1799I start with 3, the role of ChromaWay. ChromaWay worked with blockchain tech since 2014, Started with public blockchain use: tokens on the bitcoin network. Then market wasn't interested. We started to do private blockchains too. did a relational database + blockchain = relational blockchain as a private blockchain. Then came up with Chromia idea. So Chromia came and was ideated from ChromaWAy the company, and ChromaWay does development of Chromia for now. In the future, it might be other developers. Since Chromia will be decentralzied the company ChromaWay necessarily will have to give up control of it. We understand that, don't worry. Otherwise no one will use it, if we are not 100% decentralization focused. ChromaWay as a company can still benefit for example with offering support etc for app developers, and give enterprise customers to the Chromia project... Like what happened with green assets wallet, first on our private blockchain then on Chromia....

1900Speaking in my role as a CEO, slavery is sadly illegal (joke). However we try to motivate people in different ways. Money you know is not necessarily what motivates people. But we do have great developers, they like the challenges, the idea and our vision. Since we started with chromia I think zero people have left. Before that one person was fired, and another guy left freely to write a book on bitcoin. Non-developers, many see that we appreciate a mixed background, and value diversity. We really have some motivated talented and experienced people coming to us. What about a CFO with 10 years of experience that said yes to HALF the wage she could get on the market? Or a developer that won 4 ethereum global hackathons in a row.

2183A. Yes, I think the whole industry is a bit concerned that it is not happening faster, enterprise adoption. I'm not that surprised though, having worked for a long time as a software consultant. Look at "cloud". It took years before anyone dare to go to the cloud, then suddenly everyone did. And projects in banks, they take years.... However, we at ChromaWay now start to see bigger budgets, growing interest. So I'm positive. And not only in private blockchains, enterprises can also be interested in public blockchains. Now if there only was a public blockchain with 30 years of maturity and proven to work well... OH there is, Chromia: built on Postgresql with added security  :blush:

2385RANT (warning): No one before blockchain came ever asked about "a ledger" or an architecture like that, what I can think of. Instead a relational database is what EVERYONE is using. It is so common you don't even think about it. 100% market penetration, 85% market share in databases (even though NoSQL is barking like a dog, it has only achieved 15%).

2387And now 100 people above, everyone is asking US to motivate why our tech is better. I see relational database as the thing that is status quo, the thing you should beat. Not ledger-like architectures, it was severely beaten last 30 years.
