3-For this to work, you either need a rooted android phone or a rooted android emulator like Nox or Bluestacks. It wont work on iPhones. 
4-Its pretty simple. Go to the playstore and download "Device ID Changer" by VTechno.
5-Open the app, grant root permission and change your device ID. 
6-Open ExpressVPN. Choose the trial account. and enter any email address but add @gmail.com, @hotmail.com etc at the end of it. It doesn't accept any temporary mails.
7-After your 7 days are over, repeat the above steps. 
8    -Change device ID.
9    -Enter any mail and end it with gmail hotmail etc
10    -Profit.
