14Yes, it's been quite positive through-out the years. I have been administrator rank on two other server owned by my friends, daily these servers had about 35- 50 people daily. It was doing very well until the owner started focusing more on life, it was really tragic how cringy that may sound, it was quite sad as the server was highly entertaining to play on.

16Always when I helped anyone the response was positive and I almost never got negative feedback. I like catching helper as it cleans out the whole community and makes more players happy. we had the plugin /helpop wich allowed members of our servers to report any hackers and make us teleport to them. Becuase we had this plugin we could catch hackers more easily than if players shout in public chat ''Oh no! Staff tp:a!! hacker!'' I think everyone understand that's not really the smartest thing to do but once you fight a hacker you get frustrated and just panic. I know that feeling.

18I've only falsely banned a member one time. That was once I was going around, I teleported to random people reported or not reported and I saw this one guy hitting everyone, it looked really fishy looking back at it! However.. Many people reported him so I went ahead and banned him when i thought he was cheating, turns out this guy was a staff's alt I had no idea about, but he just came on his main account and unbanned it, It was all a missunderstanding and I sincerely apologized.

23Why should you be chosen as a staff member?
24My name is "Strials" and I can bring many things to the velt community. I've been playing minecraft for over 4 years and have played factions for around 2 years and hcf for about 4 months.. What I can bring to the velt community is way more than just a helper. I can bring someone who cares about the community and will try their best to change it. I can bring hope to velt when it comes to needing someone that is up for the job. I personally really enjoy helping other players out and making them feel secure when it comes to depending on a staff member. To be more accurate, I can be a staff member that does his job correctly and makes sure to keep the server as clean as possible and making sure to have all cheaters banned from the server. I, as a person that has been playing minecraft for over 4 years, know what cheating looks like and how to compare whether someone is cheating or legit, which gives me a huge advantage. One thing that really bothers me is when a new player is asking questions and the staff usually seem to ignore that player because they have no rank. I tend to help as many players as possible even when I am pvping. I move things out of the way to be able to help others. It just really bothers me when there's a staff member online, and there is someone struggling but never even gets noticed in the chat. This is something that can easily be fixed, which is one of the reasons I am applying for staff.

26For starters, I am a really active player on minecraft, which is a good thing considering that many staff members are usually never online due to time-zones/personal life. I personally really enjoy the community even tho it has it's ups and downs. If one falls, we all fall as a community. I really do believe that as a person, I have the capacity to become a staff member and help out the sever in many ways possible. I really believe that adding me to the staff team wouldn't only help the staff team itself, but the whole community in general!

28Getting on topic, I can bring many new things that velt has never experienced, such as an extremely dedicated staff member that tries to fix everything as soon as he can, I can be someone who makes velt feel like a safe place when it comes to people trying to make the server "cancerous". I might not be ideal for some people, but I can definitely make a change to the velt community in many ways. Being added to the staff team would really mean a lot to me in so many ways.

32As I've said earlier in this application - I really just want to help out the community and I love beign a helper. I think it is really funny and good at the same time, Like I do something good for the community this case beign removing all the hackers from the server, reviving people that were banned by hackers or other glitches, I know how to ss properly, I know a bunch of things, not trying to brag really.
33As a astaff member I will clear chat, hackers etc.. Racism, spam, disrespect and much more, will be reported and removed. I am willing to learn about all the hidden rules in beign staff on veltpvp.com. I am not also a guy who think he is all boss because he is staff, one case beign like - oh I got staff, now I can say whatver I want, no buddy, that's not how it works. People who think like that annoys me. They make racist and homophobic jokes teasing people, moments later they wonder why they get demoted.

37I currently live in Sweden (EU). My name is John and I am now going to start 9th grade. I currently work with my mom in her job I dont really know what its called in english, which has helped me become more "social" and mature as a person. Even tho it might not pay a lot, It's enough for me to buy what I want. With the money I've made, I've bought a complete gaming setup (over 2000$) As for myself, I am the one taking their time into doing something they are really dedicated to. I usually make a good relationship with anyone I meet and can try my best to not be awkward when we "first meet". I try to be optimistic whenever possible and enjoy to make others feel that I am always there for them. More about myself, I am someone who uses video games as an "escape" of my anxiety, which is death. I really try my best to enjoy life at it's fullest and try to keep my head up whenever something wrong is going on in my life. I really think I am the one that brings "life" to my family. I always try to make everyone laugh and pull some jokes here and there on my parents. You can say anything, but words don't hurt me. I try to put a smile on my face even when I'm not supposed to.

41What makes me different from other players within the community is that I stand out as a player. I tend to try to show everyone that I am not someone that will give up and tolerate immaturity within the chat. One thing that stands out the most is that I am someone who can have their giggles while still taking there job serious. When it comes to completing a task, I will always try my best to finish my priorities before doing anything else. (Example: choosing minecraft over homework, I will do homework first) I see things differently than what the average mineage player sees. I try to make things be different in a good way and prepare for what comes my way. First off, I will start by helping in many ways possible, give it my best at all times. I am not the one that gives up all the time. If I have something to do, I WILL do it and wont make up excuses for it, that's just me.
