1This is the full story about Vanguard Gaming:

3The night before the server had shut down Eric Snow one of our developers was shit talking the server and complaining because he was
4executed by 6+ cops at the same time. He was streaming at the time and he had about 50+ viewers and bunch of people watching him
5complain and he was talking about potentially leaving and that made most of the developers question their position and if they want to
6continue at Vanguard or not. During the stream I typed, "I'm planning on leaving aswell it's a lot of work". Those are not the exact words
7but it was something like that and that caused a lot of the drama that happened and led towards the fall of VG. Shortly after
8Mr. Boolean / Casey Matthews messaged me saying, "I'll go to anzus if you do, just saying". At that moment I knew things were taking a turn
9and at the moment I did want to leave the server and step down from my position. I did not want to sell the community nor shut it down
10when I spoke to the other developers and SMT/SLT members about my resignation they all bashed me and told me that I cannot and told me to
11shut down if I do because a few people would leave aswell if I would resign so I was forced to stay on. But at that point the damage was
12done and one of our main developers at the time Mr.Boolean was making arrangements to develop for Anzus Gaming and that caused Arkam and
13Cole Slaughter to lose interest and motivation in the project any further. Our other programmer DomT602 the creator of the framework is in
14the military and only has time for 1/7 days of the week and with that type of activity we could not go without a experienced developer
15such as Boolean. So we tried to think of other ways we could keep going with the development and many people said we should consider Jimbo
16Hops but we did not have the money to pay him $250.00 a month. I'll get to the money later... At this point there were rumours going around
17that Vanguard was shutting down and that caused the population to decrease significantly and most developers and high staff team members
18were discouraged to keep going. This is the time I considered either selling the community to someone who had the money and time to do so or
19to bring 1-2 people into ownership that could help with the money and time issues I originally have. I indeed did message Chapo Guzman to
20see if he was interested in purchasing the community but I did not recieve any promising message back so I went on about talking to a few
21of our members that wanted to keep going with the project. Carlos Walter and Nicholi Calstone approached me and told me they were interested
22in purchasing the community and I was considering it, they offered me $250.00 USD each a total of $500.00 USD. I was considering this option
23but then I got the idea of seeing if they would essentially buy into a ownership position and that way they could help me with the money and
24time. They were intrigued with this idea and so was I because this would mean I would not be leaving the community but I would be able to
25stay apart of the leadership and keep guiding the community and at the time hopefully to success. The outline of the deal between Nicholi/
26Carlos and I:

28- Everyone would have a 33.3% ownership to the community and each "vote" would weight the same amount. 
29- We were to save up donation money for atleast 2 months before paying me back.
30- Once the money was saved the donation money would go 40(Forrester)/30(Nicholi)/30(Carlos).
31- The money would go 33.3/33.3/33.3 once my intitial investment in the community was repaid of $1000 USD.

33There was no specifics of this deal and they did not ask for any sort of source files or anything like that. I stated I was only "selling"
34the community which is very broad. This was not done intentionally it was bad business on their part and I should not be help accountable
35for their mistakes. After we verbally agreed on the terms they proceeded to send me money via PayPal and they both did not send me the exact
36money promised originally but I still went through with the deals with open arms. I got around $450 USD instead of the $500 USD. At the time
37the deal was made we started making changed to the structure and we had assumed the same rank 'Community Owner'. I do not know if this was
38the exact name but it was similar to that. About an hour later a few screenshots between Cole Slaughter and I emerged and they made me look
39very suspicious and made me look like I stole donation money. All the evidence is stacked against me at this point but this is the screen-

41But that was not the case I have no evidence currently to show that I did not steal the money but this is what I have and this is the real

43true but the evidence is stacked against me as I stated before and I understand if people still choose to beleive the conversation between
44Cole and I. As soon as Nicholi and Carlos saw that screenshot they questioned me and I explained what was the actual truth and they
45seemed to beleive me and I asked them if they wanted their money back and have the community still after that but they declined and said
46they want me with them in ownership and help them out. I assumed that everything was back on good terms with them. About 6 hours later
47there were a few problems with the server and we could not fix them and they started to change their minds about the community and started
48accusing me of stealing the donation money once again and said they wanted their money back and to get out of the ownership position but at
49that point they alrady had access to the dedicated box and they had all the framework / map files. Then they had charged me back for their
50payment and I took away their access and I decided to shut down the community because I knew this was too deep in shit to pull back out and
51save.

53Short Explanation of what happened:

55- Eric Snow complained about the server on stream with 50+ viewers.
56- I made a dumb mistake and announced that I was planning to leave in his Twitch chat causing drama.
57- Eventually causing Mr.Boolean to quit and most of our developers left without motivation and planning on leaving aswell.
58- I planned to sell the community or get some other people into ownership.
59- I sold the community to Nicholi Calstone and Carlos Walter.
60- They claimed I scammed them but I did not I help up my terms.
61- I was accused of stealing $500.00 in donations according to the first screenshot between Cole and I.
62- The reason that conversation happened between Cole and I was because of the second screenshot.
63- Nicholi and Carlos wanted out and wanted their money back and I refused.
64- I shut down the community and I gave the Discord and all of Vanguard Gaming files to Marshal Walter for him to contunue what I wanted.
