2This is in regards to the recent Abuse Report, complaint on our webservice regarding (api.spamtec.cc)
3and the usage of CloudFlare in this situation.

5With the following reports we have received, i would like to clear things up with the administrators and or System Administrators of cloudflare.
6With the report being filed, a user going by (A7U) Has launched a DDoS Attack / Network Entensive based attack against our webserver using a DDoS For Hire based hosting going under the name 'schemanet.host', after said DDoS Attack was launched against our service using a ("CF Uam Bypass") Which focuses on Bypassing CloudFlares DDoS Mitigation System to raise the CPU and Ram Usage of the following WebServers designated host. in which case would be the OVH Hosting we are currently using. After this DDoS Attack was launched, once again, we used cloudflares ClientSide Filtering system to create a mitigation process in which we used to add Recaptcha to filter the Traffic coming in to ensure no further damage would be caused to our webserver / servers hosting. in which this particular attack raises a servers BandWidth usage aswell causing the owners the need to Give a large sum of money / payment usage to Refill said lost bandwidth and server usage rates.

8After we were DDoSed we took matters into our own hands, giving said user warning that the attack was not allowed and that it was illegal. with this being said, the user ignored out demands and request to stop said DDoS Attack and continued to take malicious actions towards our hosting.
9after said user ignored our requests, we blacklisted the site from having any type of communication/connection to our webserver / hosting.

12the 'panel' other known as 'api' subdomain is used for our personal services / API System in which users may purchase a (access key) / (Token/APIKey) in which allows said users who choose to purchase this service use said APIs for customized tools, scripts, and programs.
13We have full documation of our beta version and screenshot evidence to provide proof that this host is NOT related to a DDoS For Hire service and or a "Booter/ Web stresser" service. as such services are considered illegal in the United States and DMCA Regulations protect the internet from such services, we try our hardest to keep away from such actions and users who revolve around said usages and such.
14with all of this being said, we have no problem providing Full access to the services and pages to both CloudFlare services and OVH Hostings.
