3605:30 Plurple I wasn't aware of the user limit having been exceeded. As to another chance? My account was inactive for some time, yes. However, while it was active I followed all the rules and seeded for much longer than the required times. I had no issues with my account on BTN prior to this. As you saw from my PTP account I maintain a good ratio on my download/upload.
