126I run streams, and run brackets. I organize money and make sure it's all balanced for venue,  myself, and the players

135I would love to ensure that a tournament is run the best way it can. Make sure the players are having fun but also ready to compete. I also would love to do commentary, but if there's no room for that, I can also make sure the stream is run with the highest quality in mind.i also love running brackets. I try to make sure that the bracket is ran smoothly and in a quick fashion to get people home in a timely manner, especially on a weekday.

138i would expect you to help run all the tournaments you are working for, meaning if you are working that night and there is a tourney you would be expected to help run bracketing regardless of what game it is. However i will hugely take into account your inclination to smash and other fighting games and try to make that scheduling work as much as possible.
139I would expect you to work with me to help extend our reach and interest for said tournaments as far as we can take it
140day to day
141there is probably some menial work that includes helping customers who come in with whatever they need whether that be a game suggestion or help starting up their station
142basically me and my manager will be working approximately 60 hours a week

200I don't work for them, so I can't speak for the business as far as a proposition l. Barry works for PCG. I just run a tournament at their location and help them advertise their events.
201If anything, I speak for the smash community. My goal is to make sure that if you run an event there that if falls under Westchester rules so that the same rule set can be used at every westchester event, and that the data from thise brackets can be used and collected for use in power ranking (which we release seasonally).

442Well, as far as smash goes, a third tournament hurts everyone. Yes smash 914 is all going to try, and the Thursday tournament isn't going any where.
443And as far as an online presence, Monday might be the only good time to stream and build an audience
444Tuesday is taken by the biggest streamers, Wednesday is NYC's night, and Thursday is us and possibly a big name player streaming himself.
