32On behalf of Sykes Enterprises/Alpine Access, I would like to thank you for the time you spent with us. An audit of equipment records show that you currently have deployed equipment that has not yet been returned.

40At this time, we need you to return this equipment. In accordance with the Equipment Agreement that you signed as a part of your employment paperwork, you must return all deployed equipment within two weeks of this notice.

44A pre-paid FedEx return label has already been sent to you. If the records indicate you have multiple pieces of hardware to return, additional labels were included. If you no longer have this label and need another, please let us know ASAP as this equipment needs to be returned immediately. Please do not reply to this email, please email Home-Recovery@Sykes.com to obtain a new label.

48If you do not have the original box, please use a comparable box with adequate packing material. Remove or cross out all prior shipping labels. Do not leave the box(es) unattended outside your residence. Either you, or someone 18 or over, will need to give the equipment shipment directly to the driver.
